About ten minutes later, an old man leaning on a snake-headed cane walked into the room.
Looking at the young man before him, Genji realized it was indeed *that* person.
"Terumī Mei told me everything. You are the one who saved our village, restored the Fourth Mizukage's sanity, and spared the Mist Village from an even greater disaster," Genji said. "I offer you my deepest gratitude. As for the Three-Tails, please accept it as a token of our thanks."
He could clearly weigh the importance of the village against the Three-Tails. Mei had just briefed him on the situation, and now he understood why she had willingly given herself to this man. Just as he had suspected, this was the legendary figure from the Uchiha clan.
Ryōsuke hadn't expected the old man to be so reasonable. Taking the opportunity, he explained his plan to establish a shinobi world alliance once more.
Elder Genji's eyes widened in sheer shock. The scale of this man's ambition was staggering. He was a truly dangerous figure.
Seeking clarity, Genji asked, "If you intend to establish a new order, you will inevitably have to oppose the Daimyō of the current world. Are you saying you plan to eliminate the Daimyō?"
Even Terumī Mei was startled by the question. In truth, the Daimyō were the actual rulers of the various nations. To forge a true world order meant standing directly against them; otherwise, any talk of a new order was meaningless.
Ryōsuke, however, replied with complete indifference. "That is only natural. The Daimyō themselves possess no real power. On what grounds should they compete with us shinobi? The world belongs in the hands of the strong. Don't you agree?"
Genji took a deep breath. *What a terrifying man. Truly worthy of the Uchiha name.*
"But doing so will ignite a war far more brutal than any previous Great Ninja War," Genji warned. "The Daimyō command massive armies, and they will absolutely not relinquish their power easily."
Ryōsuke burst into laughter. "Relinquish power easily? What a joke. In the face of absolute power, they don't have the right to say no."
Genji was inwardly shaken by the man's domineering confidence. He could sense an aura radiating from Ryōsuke that felt like an ancient, primordial beast—an oppressive presence many times more intense than even a Tailed Beast. Combined with the intelligence he had gathered, it was clear this man had attained an even more horrifying level of strength. He had likely surpassed the realm of a single person rivaling an entire village.
A sudden, chilling thought struck Genji. *Could it be that this man is capable of fighting the entire shinobi world all by himself?*
Why else would he harbor such colossal ambition? The mere thought made him gasp, though he forced himself to maintain a calm facade. He deeply understood that this movement was now unstoppable.
"If this alliance is formed, who will be in charge?" Genji asked, needing to secure the best possible outcome for his village.
"Besides me, who else could forge this into a true alliance?" Ryōsuke stated bluntly. "Naturally, I will be the one in charge."
If he wasn't at the helm, it would just devolve into another fractured coalition, no different from the current loose system of villages where everyone only looked out for their own interests. If that were the case, there was no point in creating it. Since he was doing this, Ryōsuke refused to let the alliance exist in name only. Eliminating the deep-rooted factions of the various villages and integrating them into a unified entity would take a massive amount of time.
Moreover, calling it an "alliance" was just to make it sound appealing. In reality, he was establishing a regime where his word was absolute law.
Genji sighed, realizing the undeniable truth in Ryōsuke's words. Without this man leading it, the alliance would be nothing more than a scattered, nominal pact. Ryōsuke was truly preparing to make his move, and no one could stand in his way. Resistance meant certain death. Although he hadn't taken the mantle of Hokage, it was obvious that the Leaf Village was entirely under his control. Now, he was finally baring his fangs, and they were far sharper than Genji could have ever anticipated.
Genji turned to Terumī Mei. "What is your opinion?"
Mei hadn't expected to be asked, considering Genji was the true authority in the village. She was still reeling from the shock herself. Initially, she thought Ryōsuke only wanted to unify the shinobi world, but now it sounded like he intended to conquer the entire globe. It was incredibly domineering.
Still, her heart belonged to him. "I support the alliance," she answered.
Genji could see it clearly now. Her heart was completely devoted to this man. But that wasn't necessarily a bad thing. With their intimate relationship, the Mist Village wouldn't be mistreated in the new regime. In fact, it was a blessing for the village. Establishing a shinobi world alliance and a unified order meant an end to war. As a village elder who had witnessed countless shinobi die, a future without war was the greatest gift the Mist Village could ask for.
"Very well. I agree," Genji said.
Ryōsuke was mildly surprised by how smoothly everything had gone.
After seeing Genji off, Ryōsuke looked at Terumī Mei with deep affection. "Let's have another child."
Mei was a little taken aback but smiled warmly. "Okay."
Children were the crystallization of their love, after all. The more, the better.
That night, Ryōsuke diligently resumed his "plowing."
A year later, another baby boom arrived, bringing Ryōsuke a wave of excellent rewards.
This time, the precious treasure chests obtained from the Jōnin-level women giving birth didn't yield anything extraordinary. However, the rewards from the Kage-level women were quite impressive.
Yugito Nii gave birth to a child, rewarding him with another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan—a decent prize.
Terumī Mei's childbirth granted him a hundred points of spiritual energy, pushing his sensory abilities to an even more exaggerated level. When he spread his spiritual energy outward, it felt like he had full map vision; absolutely no one could hide within his sensory range.
Konan's childbirth rewarded him with another 100 units of chakra, further expanding his reserves and amplifying the destructive power of his ninjutsu and the Eight Inner Gates. It was a fantastic reward.
But it was the gorgeous treasure chest from Tsunade's childbirth that truly surprised and thrilled him.
It actually contained a special physique from the One Piece world: Big Mom's Iron Balloon!
He never expected to draw a reward like that.
