"The main reason is the mounts. The Direwolf's skin is as hard as iron and exceptionally fierce, running like the wind; the Veridian Charger cannot compare. Many of the soldiers who died in battle were torn apart by Direwolves."
Erica Huxley explained.
"What about their Direwolves? How many have we captured?"
Marshall Morgan asked.
"Not many. These Direwolves have long been tamed by the Umbral Moon Empire using Secret Techniques; they won't surrender and fight to the death. We've barely managed to capture about a hundred, but we can't use them."
Erica Huxley explained.
Marshall Morgan furrowed his brow.
"Move out!"
A moment later, Marshall Morgan led his army and continued onward.
There wasn't much to consider; Marshall Morgan didn't believe that all of the Umbral Moon Empire's forces were as elite as the Direwolf Legion.
If all were such elites, the Solarian Empire would have been destroyed long ago.
Such elite forces shouldn't be too numerous.
