"Hank! Are you alright?" Asked Dave, he saw Hank stare blindly into the ceiling, then he felt a faint killing intent,he felt that Hank was acting like a maniac.
"Sigh...i am alright, but i have some bad news.."
Hank then told something that shocked Dave to his core,
"What! You mean we have a mole from the zombie race?"
"Shh!" Hank immediately put a hand over Dave's mouth, Dave also noticed his mistake and became alert.
The two nodded as they rushed out for Jiraiya's room
*bam!*
"Whao!, can you guys knock?" Jiraiya asked hurriedly, putting on his clothes, there were some wounds on his back he was tryint to get to.
Hank didnt give Jiraiya's words any worth as he closed the doors
"Jiraiya-san, we have some grave news" Dave said
Jiraiya also let go of his goofiness, putting on his robes as he sat down
Hank then dropped the bomb
"This whole invasion by the zombies is carried out because of the moles the zombies have placed in the human strongholds....each strong hold has a zombie mole, and they cannot be exposed unless caught in the act or by an A rank and above observation skill"
"This! You mean we really have a mole among us..."
"Hank-san, is this the knowledge you gained from your prophetic dreams?" Jiraiya who thought about Hanks timely assistance in his own world spoke up
"Yes, i even know who it is among us, its one of the B ranked awakeners, he is the one reason your stronghold has half its forces outside the stronghold right now!"
Dave exploded with rage,his killing intent nearly caused the room to shatter
"Its her! That bitch!"

Soon enough the boss zombie appeared, flanking on its side were two B ranked zombies,along with hundreds of C ranked zombies
"....humans....meat....die!"
"What the fuck! Its a talking zombie!?" Dave was surprised
He hadnt seen any zombies that could talk before
"Remember what we discussed, i will deal with the boss!, Jiraiya-san will take care of the B ranks and Mitsuri will provide supprt"
Hank didnt give the other side any time to act, pushing the initiative as he launched himself at the boss monster
"Heh...puny!" The hulking zombie which looked like the abomination from the marvel franchise struck out his fist, sending a blast of air at Hank
Hank wasnt a push over as he used his skills and his newly strengthened body after the new skill awakening to easily achieve super speed as he dodged the incoming attacks.
The other zombies and beasts were being handled by his teammates so he was free to deal with the boss.
Hank used two fire ball jutsu sending them flying at the zombie boss who didnt even bother to dodge.
The flames licked the zombies body and flickered away.
"Remarkable resistance,but lets see if you bleed" Hank stabbed his wind enhanced blade at the zombies back.
*shuaaa*
A stream of dirty blood gushed out of the monsters back, although the zombie couldnt feel pain, the fact that a puny human was able to harm his exalted body was a humiliation to him.
"Roaaaaar!"
The Zombie boss roared in anger,swinging its massive club at Hank at breakneck speed, Hank dodged the attack using substitution jutsu, landing a hundred meters away.
The after effects of the attack caused the nearby zombies to be smashed into nothingness.
'Has he entered the so called second phase of a boss fight!' Hank mused to himself.
Looking at the nearby dead bodies of the zombies and dead awakeners,Hank raised his hands as he used his newly gained skill
The skill lets him rip out a spiritual record of dead or defeated enemies unless stopped by some circumstances.
He can then use these records to summon these spirits and fight for him, assimilate them to gain their skills(a random) or gain stat boosts
Hank immediately used the stats boosting ability of his record, forcing down the nauseating feeling in his chest as several memories clashed in his head.
'Sigh! The skill is powerful,but a double edged sword'
Hank felt his physcial prowess increase by leaps and bounds as he clashed with the boss monsters again.
"You are immune to most magical or energy attacks...but pure physical attacks and slashing attacks still land...i guess its time to show the world the might of the Hatake clan"
Hank used shadow clone jutsu to summon three shadow clones of himself, something that could leave him catching his breath before was now so easy with the stat boosts.
"Hatake kenjutsu: Three decapitations"
The boss monster's head spinned in the air as he was unable to locate the fourth shadow clone dealing the real killing blow.
The shadow clones dispersed as soon as the job was finished.
The whole fight took five minutes, Hatake sword techniques werent meant for long fights, they were meant to be deadly and swift.
Hank walked upto the dead zombie boss and raised his hands
A blue spectral figure was ripped from the body and absorbed into his.
"Assimilate"
Hank again felt the familiar power coursing through him,he could almost feel invincible..almost.

Hank was overwhelmed by the system notification, seeing the surrounding zombies who were still alive, he put the system aside and started slaughtering the zombies wantonly.

The whole stronghold was standing in selence as Dave, the acting leader inscribed the name of the dead soldiers as the others stood in solidarity at this moment.
After the silence, the awakeners began helping the normal members in the reconstruction and went to work.
Dave led Hank and the others back
"Thanks guys, if it werent for you, we might not have survived" Dave said gratefully, although the awakeners were strong, they didn't have the versatility of the ninjas or samurais, if their abilities got countered ,they became sitting duck.
Dont look at Hanks immediate win against the zombie boss, it was just that Hank was a slippery bastard that didnt play fair.
"Its alright, you are a member of the chat system, and we already got our reward from you so we cant really deny you our help" Jiraiya replied with a laugh, patting Dave on the shoulder
"That's right, you are our friend, we cant let our friends suffer, right admin-san!" Mitsuri asked, her eyes landing on Hank who also nodded.
"Dave, you need to deal with the mole after we go back!" He said as the system acted, the three turner into particles of light and left.
Hank arrived back in his apartment, the sun was setting,it was almost evening.
