Queen Adrnia asks me to return to him.
"He needs you right now. The truths are heavy on him. I told him about Rigel."
I can imagine that Saiph must be struggling with his returning memories. Learning the truths about his mother and brother takes a toll.
Alone, I return to him. Everyone stays back, letting me speak to him.
Saiph appears lost. Bond trembles from his grief and worries. We talk and I try to pacify him.
It's then that he tells me about his wolf. Excitement runs through my veins at the prospect of finally seeing and meeting him.
Saiph's eyes burn bright like rubies tinged with gold at the edges.
Mesmerised, I watch him, holding his face in my hands.
"Amaia!" A possessive growl slips through Saiph's lips and the very hair on the back of my neck stands up. The voice vibrates through my very cells. Obsessive and commanding.
"Hey! What's your name?" I ask, rubbing Saiph's cheekbones.
"Zlatka!" Comes the heavy voice again.
