"Your smile is still the same. As beautiful as always!" Alfredo noted flirtatiously and reached out to touch Sari's hair, but she moved back.
"I took a look of effort to obtain this look, please don't mess with it." Sari said jokingly, meanwhile, she was indirectly trying to stop Alfredo from overstepping.

After chatting with Alfredo for some more minutes, Sari returned to the ward, and Alfredo accompanied her.
When they got there and entered, Tony was there with Alicia and Avery, June's assistant.
"Alfredo?" June recognized the doctor the moment Sari walked in with him.
"One and only, June! How are you doing?" Alfredo hugged June before asking.
"It's good to see you again. I'm fine." June smiled.
"Alfredo was recently transferred to this hospital. I found out today." Sari said as she glanced at Tony briefly.
"Who's he? He seems pretty close to Sari." Alicia asked Avery.
