Sari picked the coffee in front of her and drunk half of it. "You are probably sick of hearing me speak of the same thing, right? I will go and check on June."
Tony pulled Sari back on the chair when she stood up to leave. "You are not a bother to me, and I will never get sick of you. You don't need to overthink and try to fish out my thoughts. You are an important person to me."
Sari found her heart flutter at his words. She found his words comforting, and it reminded her of how perfect their relationship was before she blew it off.
She regretted breaking up with him, but she had to keep her word, of only dating for three months. Since she suggested it, she had to see it through.
"Sari, why did you break up with me?" Tony suddenly asked, taking Sari by surprise.
Sari panicked, and pulled her hand away. "Didn't we agree to break up after dating for three months? Why are you suddenly asking me this?"
