-EXPLANATION-
■Soul power is the energy,force,concept that is a necessary component for someone to exist. it allows someone to interact and change things in the world.(yes even defying concepts like fate)
■The total amount of soul power that will ever exist in a universe is for most universes limited. Meaning that changes and interactions that happened, happening, will happen/might happen are all fixed.
■This energy,concept, force etc is intertwined with another concept i will not be explaining here(fate)
-Clarification-
■It only measures the magnitude of changes not what happens/changes.
□So it does not dictate what will happen in the universe that is for fate to decide (and for an important concept it is surprisingly fragile).
□ Soul power(Sp) dictates how many big/small events that can happen like if a universe doesn't have enough TSp big changes/events cannot happen.
□things like time travel won't happen unless the universe has enough Sp to spend with some remaining for smaller things like planets orbiting else the universe will stagnate and become a stationary/dead universe

■Sp=soul power this is mostly used for & by inhabitants of a universe
□every inhabitants of a universe is born with it.(not really but technically)
□the universe gives the inhabitants some Sp to work with from there they can gain/make more Sp with aid from their universes consciousness(i just realized Sp works well with luck[next chapter fate and luck i guess])
■TSp=Total soul power is mostly used for & by universes
□Every universe born/created is given a certain amount to start with (from their creator gods energy bank which powers their multiverse)
□for most universes this is their only amount of TSp for their whole lifetime but some special ones that are able to form a complete conscious are able to foster and grow their inhabitants to get more TSp (more explanation later chapters)
