Benjamin Everett Tennant POV
After talking with Mark, I've come to the conclusion that he's in dire need of a good mentor for his superhero work. Seriously, the few people that were adjacent to mentors in his life didn't do him much good… except for Debbie, in the show at least. If it wasn't for her, he wouldn't have the moral compass he does.
From the point that Mark got his powers, Nolan stopped being a father, and became more of an instructor to him. Maybe he was one back on Viltrum. He treated Mark like a soldier, more so than his son. But then again, it was his mission to create more soldiers for Viltrum, and Mark was the first experiment, and he had unfortunately proven successful.
Cecil later served to show him the darker, morally gray side of being a superhero, especially one who worked in concert with the GDA. But he repeatedly did things that reduced Mark's trust and faith in him, all because he couldn't see beyond the fear he had that Mark would turn out just like Nolan.
"Hey, everyone. I see that you've been introduced to the controls of the physical training area." I said as I walked into the physical training area's control booth. "Dude… How?!" Rex asks. "How, what?" I ask, but I think I know what exactly he's asking about.
"Are you serious?! Gravity and anti-gravity emitters, robots that essentially have your powers, and a place that can withstand damage from small black holes?! And you're telling me that this place can still be upgraded?!" He says, and I honestly understand where he's coming from. Most of the tech I have is so far ahead of Earth and most other civilizations in this universe. Hell, the only reason that I still say 'most' instead of 'all' is that I haven't seen the full capacity of Geldarian tech firsthand. If I had, I would definitely be ahead of everyone in the universe.
"Yeah. The only reason Omni-Core's this small is because I had limited resources and time to make a base. If I had more of either, this place would easily be larger than the moon. As for the level of tech, that one would require some more time and innovation to give it a significant jump." I respond. "But moving past that…" I begin, then look over to the clone that was escorting the Teen Team. "… what caused the tremor?" I ask him.
"Oh, yeah. As it turns out, while they were doing the regular stress testing, three of 'em decided to lean really heavily into the stress part. One of them turned into Way Big and did a power bomb, and the other two turned into Heatblast and Atomix, then had a beam clash that caused an explosion, and it just had to happen at the same time as the one that went Way Big landed." The clone explains, and I facepalm.
"Well, at least the floor's done with its repairs." I say, then turn to the Teen Team. "I guess that you wanna see what the floor is like?" I ask, and they nod. "Okay, follow me. If we were any earlier, you'd probably die from the heat and radiation." I say, and they pause in shock. "I'm sorry… What?!" Rex says. Again, rightfully surprised, but at this point, he's being a bit much.
"*Sigh.* The names my clone mentioned are codenames for three of my aliens. Specifically, a Pyronite, a To'kustar, and a Prypiatosian-A." I say, then cause a projection of each of them to show. "What the hell is that?" Rex asks, pointing to Heatblast.
"That… is a Pyronite. It's a plasma-based lifeform that lives on a star. It's the main source of my pyrokinetic abilities." I explain. "As for the source of the radiation, that would be this guy." I say, pointing to Atomix. "This is a Prypiatosian-A, an energy-based lifeform with the ability to produce, manipulate, and absorb nuclear energy and radiation in extreme amounts. As for how extreme; given enough time, they can create spheres of nuclear energy as large as the Sun." I explain, and I feel the astonishment in their silence.
"If it makes you feel any better, I've got one species that's literally just a fish with legs that can breathe on land." I say, jokingly referring to Walkatrout. "Oh, yeah. The fact that you've got a fish with legs as a transformation is somehow supposed to make us forget that you just said that you could create an entire Sun!!" Rex said, and honestly, I kinda get it. Looking at something like this just makes the sheer chasm in power levels between the Invincible and Ben 10 multiverses that much clearer.
"I've already mentioned that I've got one that can control time. Being able to create a star isn't all that crazy in comparison. I mean, I've got one that's literally a living planetoid that can control gravity." I say, then pause, understanding that I've just dropped another bombshell. You know what, I might as well rip off the band-aid since I've already gotten this far. It's not like I'm telling the weaknesses of any of my aliens.
"And as for the third alien that he was talking about, that is a To'kustar, a species that's born within unpredictable cosmic storms. When they get old enough, their bodies can become so large that they dwarf entire star systems. In that form, I'm able to create magnitude 7 earthquakes just by stomping. And that's still not the most powerful form I've got." Their jaws dropped after I'd finished speaking.
"So, if you ever wonder why I don't transform into my alien forms while I'm on Earth, there's your answer. It'll either be even greater overkill than how I am now, or it'd be a disaster for any bystanders around." I say. "Now, if we've finished with that, I can finally get to explaining this part of the Omni-Core." I say calmly, then turn to the control console.
"As my clone should have told you, the place is constantly under about 10 Gs, thanks to the gravity emitters." I begin explaining. "But that's when they're stress testing the place. When I enter there to train, it's increased to just about 500." The room stayed silent. "As for the combat drones, they are all made in the armory's factory. Creating tech that could fully mimic my abilities took a little while, but we eventually figured it out." I say, momentarily reminiscing on the hours I had spent with my clones to make what are essentially practice dummies.
"As for the "upgrades" that Rex mentioned…" I say with air quotes. "It's more accurate to say that the area adapts to whatever damage it receives, then repairs itself. Right now, with the degree of stress testing that has been done by my clones, it's capable of receiving forces capable of annihilating the moon with little to no damage." I say, feeling a bit impressed by just how much my clones had tried to essentially destroy my training area.
"That's a bit extreme, don't you think?" Rudy asks, still keeping that flat tone of his. "Maybe. But you know what they say, better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it." I say, then walk over to the console and begin editing the parameters of the training environment, so that they don't either get severely injured or killed by it from simply entering. I reduce the gravity to 1G, and turned the room's temperature down to 68°F, and reduced the ambient UV radiation in the room to the equivalent of a mild sunny day.
"So, who's interested in actually seeing what it's like in there instead of behind a screen?" I ask them, and Rex shuffles backward ever so slightly. "But you said that thing's always at ten times Earth's gravity. Wouldn't that essentially be suicide for us?" He asks. "If it's about that, then don't worry. I've already reduced it to Earth's gravity. All the environmental conditions in there have been recalibrated to mimic Earth's, so you can rest easy on that front." I tell them, and I see Kate become visibly relieved.
We go down into the actual training area, and the wall directly beneath the control booth's viewing window opened up, showing what the guys at the armory had put together for my training. It was a set of armor made entirely out of Infinitum-B, that would cover everything from my shoulders to the soles of my feet if I wore it. After inspecting it for a few more seconds, I began pulling the parts off the display and cladding myself in the admittedly heavy armor.
As I put on more parts of the armor, small mechanisms connected each part in a way that allowed each of my joints to move freely. As I put on the breastplate, its mechanisms interlocked with the rest of the armor, making it look like a bulkier version of the Iron Man Mk. 3 armor, but without the helmet or miniature arc reactor. Each part of the armor was an inch thick, and from what I could feel, the total weight of the armor was over 11,000 metric tons.
While I was already strong enough to lift this, my Smart Atoms are what I should thank for helping me avoid damaging the floor beneath me. My Viltrumite transformation, which I now call Man-O-War, for how much it lacks when compared to my other heavy hitters, has served me the most when it comes to helping with my civilian life, and that's all thanks to the Smart Atoms I got from it. Being able to essentially manipulate any inertia my body's under has been a huge help.
"What's that supposed to be, a new supersuit?" Rex asks. "No. We're in the physical training area, Rex. This is a training suit. Specifically, a weight suit made entirely from Infinitum-B. And if my senses aren't wrong, it weighs just a bit over eleven thousand metric tons." I tell him while taking some test steps around the place.
"That's if you don't activate the other systems in the suit, Boss." My clone says over the PA system. Curious as to what he meant, I tried interfacing with the suit, as if it had more tech to it, only to find out that it does. The thickness of the pieces now made sense. These guys had built gravity emitters that went up to 250G into each piece. "You guys are crazy." I say out loud. "Well, we all got it from you." He responded, his voice tinged with amusement.
"What's going on?" Mark asks. "It's nothing to bother yourself about, Invincible. My clones simply decided to try playing a prank on me by including gravity emitters in weight suit that's literally heavier than a hundred 747s." I say, annoyance leaking into my voice as I continued walking, trying to get used to the weight being spread over my entire body. "You sure that's 11,000 tons? 'Cause you're moving pretty easily under that weight." Rex says.
"Well, yeah. I can already support that weight without issue." I tell him, and from the other end of the area, my training dummies begin coming out. "The aim of this particular bit of training is for me to learn to fight as close to my peak as possible even while under some negative condition. In this case, it's while having high amounts of weight on me." I say, then turn to the clone that stayed in the control booth.
"Make where they're standing restricted for the dummies. I don't want them getting hit by stray attacks." I instruct him. "Got it, Boss." He responds, and I turn over to them. I bend down and place my hand on the floor, interfacing with the nanites that are in every part of the Omni-Core, then begin reshaping them to create a transparent dome that covers the Teen Team, while isolating them from the effective range of the area's gravity emitters.
Mark looked at me with some confusion, probably wondering why I'd only covered them and not him. "I said I was gonna give you something to hit… so get your head in the game, Invincible." And just as I said that, a small army of featureless, humanoid, robotic dummies came up from the storage under the floor on the other side of the training area. Once they had all appeared, they charged at us.
Omniscient POV
Codex referring to the robots charging them as mere training dummies was a gross understatement and oversimplification of what they really were. Rather than mere combat drones, they were a vastly improved version of a technology that was created by a certain tentacle-faced tyrant in the Ben 10 multiverse – Bioids. These were androids that could mimic genetic substance that in their original universe, would allow them to receive input from the Omnitrix and transform into aliens, much like a user of the Omnitrix would.
However, since his abilities weren't tied to a device, Codex and his clones had to rework them from the ground up. Instead of being tied to a device, they instead codified the DNA of each of his transformations, then attached a set of 5 aliens to each bioid, allowing them to have more variability in battle. Understanding that this wouldn't serve as even the slightest challenge to him, the clones added extra augmentations that enhanced the total physicality and the abilities held by the bioids when they'd transform.
This became obvious when the bioid that was furthest in the line charging at them transformed into Fasttrack, and unlike when Codex himself transformed into the alien, the bioid's musculature was visibly larger, and its limbs had cybernetic enhancements applied to them. The instant after the bioid transformed, it dashed at them, and with the sound of multiple sonic booms going off at once, covered the almost 8km(~5miles) distance faster than the blink of an eye.
When it got close to the pair, it lashed out its right leg for a kick towards Invincible's head. Caught off guard by the bioid's speed, Invincible put up his arms to block the kick, only to let out a grunt, as the bioid had switched the path of its kick from his head to the side of his chest. Although the blow didn't damage him, its point of impact caused him some discomfort. Shrugging off the slight pain, he moved to punch the bioid, but it had already zipped away from his line of sight, and before he could set his eyes back on it, it punched his face multiple times in the span of a second, then zipped away again.
Normally, Fasttrack would have issues stopping and redirecting itself, but the cybernetics that were attached to the bioid's legs allowed for it to essentially stop on a dime, regardless of its prior velocity. This allowed for it to maneuver in the way it did as it attacked Invincible with hit-and-run tactics. It repeated the cycle of attacking, zipping out of his line of sight, and attacking his blind spot over and over, causing some bruising to begin building up on his face and underneath his suit.
As a few more seconds passed with the bioid's assault, Invincible began to get used to its speed. It zipped away then sped back to punch him on the right side of his jaw, but at the last instant before its fist hit him, he caught its arm, then sent a punch towards its head. But before his punch could hit, it reacted by transforming into a Mars-Mallow – Codex's Martian form, and slipping out of his grip.
Since it didn't have the speed of the Citrakayah form, the punch still hit its head, but using its Martian physiology, it morphed its head around Invincible's fist. It noticed that he was surprised at its appearance, and capitalized on the opening that had created, extending and wrapping its arms around his legs, and sharply pulling him away, treating its arms like rubber bands. Invincible, who was still new to someone/something weaker than him using tactics against him, was once more caught off guard and flung away from the bioid.
The bioid quickly released its hold on Invincible, then dashed towards him. Invincible, who had stopped himself midair, flew at the bioid, and when he got close, threw a punch at its armored midsection. The bioid, having planned its approach, morphed its body to be as flat as it could get onto the floor, causing Invincible's punch to miss it entirely. As the half-Viltrumite flew past it, the bioid reformed its body behind him, jumped up and positioned its body for a dropkick, then transformed again.
In the place of the Martian, Crashhopper appeared, and kicked Invincible in the back with enough force to rip through most materials, sending him flying into the wall. As the bioid landed, it transformed again, this time, turning into Rath. It dashed after Invincible while he was still flying, and shortly after he hit the wall, the bioid jumped forward, slamming him back into the wall with a flying knee.
The bioid didn't stop at that, as it began sending out a flurry of blows, aiming to keep Invincible from making any moves to attack it. Invincible powered through the pain that was building up, and turned to face the bioid, only to get slashed across the chest by its enhanced claw. To his shock, the claw cut through his suit and drew blood from that single swipe. The bioid tried another swipe, but Invincible blocked it, then punched at its head.
The bioid dodged the blow and tried putting distance between itself and Invincible, as it transformed into its fifth and final transformation, Eye Guy. The sight of a humanoid creature with bat-like ears in the place where humans had eyes, and multiple green eyes all over its upper-body put him off, but it didn't stop him from trying to land as strong a blow as possible. However, he was about to be disappointed once more.
The bioid jumped backward, away from Invincible, and shifted four of its eyes to its stomach, and blasted out energy beams from them, using the kinetic energy produced by the blasts to propel itself backward. As it tried to move away from Invincible, it shifted six of its eyes to its arms, three on each, and blasted freezing rays from them, which Invincible avoided by flying away. Before the bioid could shift any more eyes, he flew down to it, and hit it with an uppercut to its midsection, launching it into the air.
He chased the bioid upwards, landing powerful blow after powerful blow, before putting his hands together and slamming them down on the bioid like a hammer, sending it crashing into the floor. He flew after the downed bioid, only to see it close all of its eyes and open a large one on its chest, and fire out a similarly large, but much more powerful energy beam from it. He immediately altered his flight course, dodging the beam.
But even as he dodged the bioid's attack, he still moved to attack it, refusing to allow it to regain a foothold in the battle. Although he hadn't properly faced an enemy that would be a threat to him, his battle with Onslaught in the simulation was more impactful than even he knew. The fact that the bioid could draw blood from him contributed heavily towards the determination he had to destroy it.
By the time the energy beam fizzled out, he had gotten into striking distance. He wasted neither time nor chance, and struck at the bioid's chest with all his might, denting it in. He continued pounding its chest in with blows, until he eventually brought both his fists down onto it, causing the bioid's chest to give way under his fists, and erupt with green blood, staining his suit. Under the catastrophic damage, the bioid forcibly reverted to its robotic form, causing the blood that had splattered onto him to turn back to the nanites that flowed in each bioid.
Invincible let out heavy breaths as he stumbled away from the bioid's broken body, only to look up and see a shadow approaching him. "Well, you sure took your time." Codex said, still clad in the Infinitum-B weight suit. Behind him were the torn and broken bodies of dozens of bioids. Seeing that, Invincible laughed to himself, wondering just how much stronger than him Codex actually was.
"Don't feel too bad about it. These guys were made to face me, and I've got a lot of powers. You were able to work with what you've got and take one of 'em out. Most heroes would probably die to the one you faced." Codex said, reassuring his friend. "Really?" Invincible said, looking at the clearly different number of bioids they had each taken down. "Doesn't feel like it. Ow!" He said as he readjusted his posture, only to quickly exclaim, as he felt the knuckles of his right hand sting with pain.
When he dealt the finishing blow to the bioid, his fist went through it and hit the immensely durable floor with full force, causing some fractures, a dislocation, and a small tear to open up on the back of his hand. Seeing this, Codex called out to the clone in the control booth, telling it to return the bioids and send over a canister of Regen Serum.
"Wait, send them back? What do you mean, send them back?" Invincible asked, only to feel the nanites that were stuck to his body flow back to the fallen bioid. He watched with fascination as the nanites reentered the bioid and the pieces that had broken off it were set back into place. Looking up, he saw the dozens of bioids that Codex had taken down do the same thing, and in a less than a minute, all of the bioids had fully repaired themselves, and begun returning to the storage from whence they came.
As he watched them go, he suddenly felt something cool spread over the wound on his chest, and looked down to see Codex spraying Regen Serum on the wound. "Hand." Codex said curtly, and Invincible gave him the fractured hand. Codex adjusted the fractured bone and dislocated joints, then sprayed the Regen Serum. Invincible no longer felt even the slightest sting from the wound on his chest, and he could already feel both injuries knitting back together.
"Hmm, that's not good." Codex said, and Invincible's heart stuttered in fear. "What do you mean?!" He asked. "Your suit. It's damaged." Codex replied, and he looked down at his chest. The flesh where the wound was had sealed up already, and his hand was already good as new. It must be noted that it hadn't even been 20 seconds since Codex applied the Regen Serum. But even as the effectiveness of the green liquid fascinated him, Invincible looked at his suit with a frown.
"Well, since we're heading to the armory next, that won't be an issue." Codex said, lightly patting his back, while pulling down the dome over the Teen Team. "Dude! That was so cool!" Rex shouted as they approached the pair. "Does that suit really weigh 10,000 tons, or were you just exaggerating?" Kate asked. "It is a little over 10,000 tons, but with the gravity emitters in it activated all the way, it would weigh over 2.6 million tons." Codex said, as he began returning each piece of the armor to the stand in the wall, leaving the cloning hero speechless.
"By the way, if you want to train your strength and other stuff, the place is open, Invincible." Codex said. Invincible looked down at his own hands in silence, thinking about how easily he was being beaten by the single bioid he faced. He thought about what could happen if he was facing someone, or even a group of people who had similar abilities to the aliens it had transformed into, and instead chose to attack regular people.
"Thanks. I'll try to come around." He said, deciding that he'd put himself through training to make sure that such an event wouldn't occur. "Good. Since your powers are innate, it also means that they'll get stronger, and you'll be able to control them better as you train them, kinda like a muscle. So it's actually best that you come by and train sometimes." Codex told him, reminding him of what Omni-Man had told him when they were working on getting him used to flying.
"Anyway, you guys ready to see what my clones actually make for me?" Codex said, his tone holding clear excitement. "If they made all this for you to help others, I'm interested in seeing what toys they make for you." Rex said. "Well, I hope you won't be disappointed." Codex replied, then guided them out of the training area, and over to the armory.
Upon entering the armory, a clone in the form of Frankenstrike approached them, with another in in Juryrigg's form on its back, using its conductor coils as supports while tinkering with a piece of tech. "Hey, guys. How's the bomb solution coming along?" Codex asked the pair. "We've been done with that for a while. We've just been doing some work perfecting this." The Frankenstrike clone said, pointing to the device in Juryrigg's hands.
"What's that?" Codex asked. The device was white and ovoid-shaped, with a green, translucent panel on what he assumed was its top half. "It's spatial storage for ya. So instead of liquefying your insides and hiding stuff in your body, ya can just use this instead." The Juryrigg clone said, then tossed the device to him. "Just put it over your arm. It'll merge with your suit from there." The clone said, then jumped down from Frankenstrike's back.
"The one in your hands is the second one. The first one's over with the completed stuff. We left a little something in that one for ya." The Juryrigg clone said, then sauntered away. As the clone walked away, Rex walked over to Codex with what was clearly a teasing smile on his face. "Dude…" "Don't." Codex was clearly not as amused as he was.
"Oh, come on. You've got Frankenstein's monster… and a freaking gremlin as forms. How cool is that?!" He said, causing Codex to let out an exasperated groan. "You gonna remain stuck on that, like the dummies that have cybernetically enhanced versions of my transformations?" "Oh, yeah. But even you've gotta admit it's pretty cool." Rex said, almost like a child seeing a dinosaur for the first time.
"Yeah, yeah. Let's get you guys some upgrades already." Codex said, giving all of them pause. ""Upgrades?"" They all asked. "It's mainly for Rex, Kate, and Invincible. Your suits are okay for regular Earth tech, but they could be better. I'd have also offered some upgrades to Eve, but she's already got some unstable molecules on her. And for Robot, that'd mean that I'll have to dig deep into his code and hardware, and I don't think he'd like that." He said, guiding them further into the armory.
"What's that?" Rex asked, pointing to a massive cylinder with a turbine peeking over its edges. "Bioremediation engine. When we've made enough of them, we'll send them into as many polluted bodies of water as we can. Clean up the environment a bit." Codex replied. "And that?" Rex asked after some more time walking, this time, pointing to a tunnel on at the far end of the area. "Super collider and particle accelerator. We use it when we have to make new elements, amongst other things. Right now, it's inactive." Codex said impassively.
"I'm sorry… do what?!" Rex shouted, but – "Oh, we're here." Codex couldn't be bothered to respond to his surprise anymore. They had stopped in front of a large array of weapons and gadgets hung on a wall behind a table, and on the table was the second of the spatial storage devices. "Well, I might as well see what this one's like." Codex said, telekinetically pulling the device to him, and putting both of them on the back of his forearms.
The devices immediately assimilated into his suit, their white exterior adopting the suit's jet-black hue and circuitry patterns. As they settled, Codex interfaced with the devices, gaining full knowledge of their build, functions, and contents. "No way." He said, then pulled out an electric guitar from the storage device on his right arm. "Would you look at that?" Codex said, his voice showing that he was very pleased with the guitar.
"Really? You've made so much tech that's decades, if not centuries ahead of the rest of Earth, and you aren't impressed by it, but a guitar is what gets you smiling?" Rex asked. "You've got no idea, Rex." Codex replied, then returned the guitar to the storage. "Anyway, it's time I gave you three your upgrades." Codex said, then pulled off a device that looked like a fusion of a light machine gun and a rocket launcher from the weapons on the wall.
"Three of us?" Kate asked. "Yeah. It's Invincible, Rex, and you, Kate. Eve wouldn't really need it because of her powers, and Robot… well, unless he's got no problems with me altering his systems, he won't allow me to do anything to him." He responded. "Thank you, but I'd rather you don't do anything to me." Robot said, just as he finished speaking. "You see?" Codex told Kate, who nodded in understanding.
"Okay, so how's this gonna go?" Invincible asked with interest. "This guy is loaded with balls carrying nanite-infused UMF, and this…" Codex responded, then had the scanner built into the gun in the place where a scope would be pop up. "…will scan your suits, so that the UMF will properly assimilate your suits and replace them with no issues." He said, aiming the gun at Invincible.
"Now, don't move." He said, then fired a single ball of unstable molecular fabric at the half-Viltrumite, surprising him. The ball impacted Invincible's torn suit and seemingly liquefied, before spreading all over Invincible's body like an amorphous ooze, covering him in white fabric, making him look like a white mannequin. After covering him, the UMF reshaped into his suit, and the color shifted, soon settling into the color scheme and pattern of Invincible's suit, goggles and all.
"Cool." Rex said, only to feel something soft hit his chest, and seconds later, he too had his body covered by white UMF. It eventually shifted, taking the form and color scheme of his suit, not leaving out his boots and gloves. Before Rex's suit finished reforming, Codex fired a ball at Dupli-Kate, and just like Invincible and Rex Splode before her, she too was covered in UMF that eventually shifted into her own suit.
"It doesn't feel any different." Kate said after inspecting her suit. "If your suit was already comfortable, it won't feel any different." Codex said as he returned the launcher to the wall. Over with Invincible and Rex, on the other hand… "Whoa, this is pretty good." "Yeah, I can even see the trajectory of my throws before I make them." They said, as they tested out the HUD that had been integrated into their goggles.
"While you guys might not need the HUD, it'll at least help you out there." Codex said, his back facing them. "The HUD's got different systems to help you guys analyze combat and rescue situations, and before you start asking… yes, my goggles also have it." He said, now holding three small boxes in his hands, which he handed to Invincible, Eve, and Robot.
"These are the devices my clones came up with to deal with the bomb vests. If you come across someone who's got one on them, just push it onto the vest and let it work." He said, then began guiding them out of the armory, so they could return to the central hub. "So, why didn't we get one?" Rex asked, referring to himself and Kate, as they all loaded onto the maglev platform Codex had taken from the Omni-Core's floor. "Invincible and Eve can fly, and Robot's got his hoverbike. You two have only got your Lamborfeeties to move around with." Codex replied.
As the forcefield covered them, Codex ramped up the speed of its movement to Mach 2, sending them rocketing over the Omni-Core's floor. What surprised them, however, was the fact that such high speed was having zero negative effect on any of them. This was because inertia dampening had been incorporated into the forcefield, allowing for them to move very quickly without the fear of being assaulted by high Gs.
They quickly reached the central hub, then walked over to the teleporter. "Will you ever consider working with the GDA?" Robot asked. "Maybe. I can't make a definite choice on that now, but that could change in the future." Codex replied. "By the way, what about the culprit? The person that put the bomb on Terrence?" Invincible asked. "You just go ahead and let me deal with that." Codex replied, and with a bright flash of light, all of them were teleported back down to Earth.
