Chapter 3: Eternal Ice Giant
After the first defeat asgard they send troops
For over a decade, the armies of Asgard marched again and again against the mountain pass. Thousands of warriors, clad in golden armor, thundered forward with banners high. Yet no matter how many came, none succeeded. The pass remained unconquered, its frozen peaks standing like eternal guardians.
The Asgardians could not understand it. To them, Frost Giants were creatures of brute force, wielders of clubs and axes but not of cunning or strategy. Yet time after time, their armies broke like waves against the icy cliffs, ambushed, trapped, and slaughtered by an enemy that seemed to grow more disciplined and more intelligent with every campaign.
And at the center of it all was one giant—Ron.
---
Years slipped into decades, and Ron no longer remained behind the mountain defenses. He was called to the front lines. There, he fought side by side with his brethren, his axe dripping with the blood of gods and warriors alike.
Decades passed like drops of water in the endless river of time. For beings of such long life, a century was but a breath. Yet within that breath, Ron changed.
Through countless battles, his ice core refined again and again until he ascended to the third level. With it came a technique that shook the battlefield itself:
Ice Age.
When Ron unleashed this skill, a third of the battlefield would vanish beneath his frost. Warriors, beasts, even divine mounts—all frozen in an instant, their bodies shattering like brittle glass. Thousands perished, and the land itself became a wasteland of ice, silent and uninhabitable.
Whispers spread like wildfire. They called him the Eternal Ice Giant. A warrior whose power rivaled legends, whose name even gods spoke with unease.
Ron himself no longer remembered how long he had been fighting. A century? Perhaps more. It did not matter. War was endless. Death was endless. And he stood unbroken in the center of it all.
---
At last, the end drew near.
The Last War was called.
Both sides had bled for centuries. Frost Giants and Asgardians alike had buried countless warriors beneath the frozen earth. The balance could not last forever. Victory, or extinction—this war would decide.
Ron stood at the head of the Frost Giant host, his massive frame towering above the ranks. Behind him stretched an army like no other:
Giants the size of mountains, wielding hammers carved from glaciers.
Legions of smaller Frost Giants, their axes gleaming, their roars echoing like thunder.
Ice beasts, summoned from the depths of frozen rivers, prowled restlessly at the edges of the ranks.
And above them all, the sky churned with storm clouds, snow swirling in Ron's wake as his aura of frost spread across the field.
Across the battlefield, the Asgardians had gathered their greatest strength.
The Valkyries, clad in shining silver armor, their wings of Pegasus mounts shimmering like divine fire. Runes blazed upon their lances, shields gleamed with Odin's blessings. At their head rode Hela, her dark crown gleaming, her presence a storm of death. Behind her stood Asgard's gods and champions, a host of brilliance that made the very earth tremble.
The two armies faced each other across the frozen plain. The air itself seemed to still, as if the world held its breath.
Then, the horns of war sounded.
"CHAAAAARGE!"
The Frost Giants roared as they surged forward, the earth cracking beneath their steps. The Valkyries descended in a storm of silver light, their Pegasus mounts blazing across the sky. The clash shook the heavens, the land splitting as frost and fire collided.
Ron was at the front, his great axe cleaving through ranks of warriors, his frost spreading like a tide. Every swing froze dozens, every step turned ground into eternal ice. When he unleashed Ice Age, a third of the field vanished beneath blizzards so cold that even gods faltered.
Yet the Valkyries answered with divine fury, their lances piercing giants' throats, their spells splitting glaciers apart. Hela's laughter echoed across the battlefield as she cut down Frost Giants with each sweep of her blade, her black aura devouring their strength.
The Last War had begun. A war not of mortals, but of legends. A war where even gods trembled.
And at its heart stood Ron—the Eternal Ice Giant—a warrior who had fought for over a century without falling, now leading his kin into the final storm.
