The cold silence inside Mount Eden's hidden chamber lingered after Kalethara accepted Rayon's decision. The cave was illuminated only by faint emerald crystals embedded within its walls, while the air itself seemed to carry the ancient heartbeat of Tiamat.
Rayon stood before the sealed stone wall.
Without another word, he looked toward Kalethara.
"Open it."
Kalethara nodded quietly.
She stepped toward the ancient wall, pricked the tip of her finger, and allowed a single drop of emerald blood to fall onto the smooth stone.
The moment the blood touched its surface…
Ancient runes ignited. An emerald light spread across the wall like veins before the entire mountain trembled.
The stone slowly separated down the middle with a deafening rumble, revealing another chamber hidden beyond. It had remained untouched for thousands upon thousands of years.
Rayon stepped inside. The room was silent.
Four pedestals stood within the chamber. Each one carried an artifact capable of altering the fate of existence itself. The first rested upon a black stone altar. A single ancient tome.
Its cover was darker than the void itself. The Book of Darkness.Its presence alone distorted reality around it. An ordinary being would lose their mind simply by looking at it.
Within its endless pages rested the absolute truths of endings, cycles, destruction, inevitability… Only Darkness could read it. The second artifact rested upon a pedestal carved from flawless white stone. A translucent crystal floated above it.
The Wanderer's Stone. It possessed the authority to observe every existing possibility throughout existence.
Not possibilities that could exist…Only those that already did. Two more artifacts rested deeper within the chamber. As Rayon approached, reality itself distorted.
He quietly spoke two names. Immediately Reality censored them. Even existence refused to acknowledge what had just been spoken.
Rayon calmly reached forward. He took the Book of Darkness. Then the Wanderer's Stone and the two artifacts.
The moment both artifacts recognized their true master… Their violent auras immediately subsided.
Neither resisted. Neither questioned. They simply obeyed. Rayon turned and walked back outside the chamber where Kalethara waited in silence.
Without another word…Darkness swallowed him.
The Endless Abyss…An infinite domain where no beginning or end existed.
A place where Darkness was not merely present…
He was everywhere. Rayon walked through the endless sea of blackness toward one of its deepest regions.
This was a place where nothing…Absolutely nothing…Could ever be sealed. He released both artifacts.
They floated silently before disappearing into the deepest layer of the Abyss. Protected forever. Rayon calmly spoke.
"Vorthalaxis."
A graceful feminine figure emerged from the darkness.
Her blue spiritual body shimmered softly beneath the endless black sky. Without speaking, she gently brought forward the unconscious body of Miyuki. Rayon accepted her. Then returned to Mount Eden.
Kalethara looked at the unconscious girl resting peacefully in Rayon's arms.
After several moments of silence, Rayon finally spoke.
"Do you have a way to take out the power Ra gave to her?"
Kalethara lowered her eyes.
"It is possible…"
She hesitated.
"But it will kill her."
Rayon remained silent. He looked at Miyuki for a long time.
"Hm…If she remembers everything it will be good…but she'll have to accept a hard truth afterwards while living with the same power that killed…"
He stopped speaking. His expression remained unreadable.
Finally—
"Kalethara. Unseal her memories."
Kalethara nodded.
She placed her left hand upon Miyuki's forehead. Her right hand rested over her stomach. Gentle green energy flowed through her palms.
"Energy Bloom."
Emerald light engulfed Miyuki.
The entire cave became bathed in warm green radiance. Seconds passed.
Then…Miyuki slowly opened her eyes.
She blinked several times before sitting upright.
Suddenly her body froze. An unbearable headache surged through her mind.
Countless memories returned all at once.
Her childhood. Her father. Relish. Being taken. Ra. The Zodiac. Every order. Every mission.
Then…The image she wished had never returned.
Her own hand piercing through Simon's chest. Her own voice declaring that her parents were dead. The same father…Who still smiled at her until the very end. Tears streamed uncontrollably down her face.
"No…No…"
She trembled violently.
"I…I killed him…"
Her breathing became erratic. Unable to bear the truth, she suddenly reached toward her own throat.
Before she could act A firm hand stopped her. Rayon calmly held her wrist. She slowly looked toward him. Her voice completely broke.
"Uncle Darkness…I killed my father with my own hands. I hate myself for it…I don't want to live."M What's my reason for living now?"
Rayon gently placed his hand upon her head.
His voice remained calm.
"It is not your fault, Miyuki. You were simply brainwashed and your memories were sealed. At the end…He didn't blame you neither did he look at you as a disgrace. Even in death…He saw you as his daughter."
Miyuki completely broke down. She buried her face into her hands and cried uncontrollably. Rayon quietly remained beside her. Then his crimson eyes darkened.
"Don't worry. I will personally make sure Ra never reincarnates."
Far away…in the continent of Seli. Towering mountains stretched endlessly across the landscape beneath a darkening sky.
A cold wind swept across the peaks. Atop one of the highest mountains stood Erethon.
His hollow crimson eyes slowly closed. The surrounding air became eerily silent. He inhaled deeply. Then smiled.
"I can smell their disgusting scent. It's four of them."
Nyk stood beside him with Destroyer resting across his shoulder.
A grin spread across his face.
"Let's go start some shit."
Erethon chuckled.
"They're underneath the third mountain."
Without another word Nyk exploded forward. The mountain beneath his feet shattered from the force alone.
He shot across the sky like a streak of blue light.
In a single instant he reached the third mountain. Destroyer rested firmly in his right hand.
His blue eyes ignited with Monarch energy.
"Monarch's Blade."
One slash. Nothing more. The mountain split apart.
Then another and another. Countless invisible sword slashes erupted throughout the entire mountain. The colossal peak collapsed instantly.
The shockwave alone obliterated the neighboring mountains, reducing them to endless clouds of rubble and dust.
Deep beneath the destroyed mountain… A hidden cave was finally exposed.
Four figures slowly emerged from the settling debris.
Sagittarius (Authur) , Aquarius (Denichi) , Pisces (Deathlock) and Capricorn (Zella)
Denichi narrowed his eyes at the two figures standing above the destroyed mountain.
"Who are you two?"
Nyk slowly rested Destroyer across his shoulder once more.
A confident smile spread across his face.
"I am your ruin."
Beside him…Erethon's hollow eyes glowed within the darkness.
A smile far too wide spread across his face.
"And I am your death."
