Chapter 45 - 45

At this moment, Murakami and Shin also arrived on the third floor, only to find a scene of utter chaos.

The once magnificent hall had become dilapidated, with shattered glass and furniture scattered across the floor.

The special forces team members lay in pools of blood, clearly devoid of life.

Murakami looked at everything before him, his face betraying little emotion.

He glanced at Shin, who silently nodded, the two exchanging a knowing look.

Slowly, Murakami and Shin heard footsteps growing clearer and clearer.

Pietro and John Wick were still busy dealing with the miscellaneous soldiers over there.

The weapons in their hands gleamed with a cold light, each swing accompanied by the screams of their enemies.

"This one should be worth 500,000, this one isn't wearing a ninja outfit, so only 50,000, how unlucky. When will I finally see my 10,000,000?"

Deadpool hadn't made a move; he was just snapping photos, already a bit tired of dealing with the miscellaneous soldiers, complaining there.

Just then, Deadpool suddenly barked loudly, "Woof woof, I smell two people ahead. Their aura is much stronger than the previous ones."

His voice echoed through the empty corridor, chilling to the bone.

Hearing Deadpool's words, John Wick and the others stopped their advance.

They became vigilant, gripping their weapons tightly, ready to face any potential danger.

Only Deadpool, a look of excitement appeared on his face.

He immediately put away his phone, his body transforming into a flash of lightning, rapidly rushing forward.

Perhaps fueled by money, his speed was astonishing, like a red lightning bolt piercing the night sky.

Deadpool quickly saw two people at the end of the corridor, one old and one young, walking towards him.

The elder was tall and imposing, with a majestic face, dressed in a black robe, exuding an air of authority without needing to speak.

The younger was slender and pale, with a chilling aura in his eyes.

As the two were about to draw their swords and strike at Deadpool, he suddenly pulled out his phone and yelled, "Wait, wait! Let me check first."

As he spoke, he looked down at his phone screen.

Murakami and his disciple Shin were stunned, not understanding what Deadpool was up to.

They looked at each other, both wearing expressions of confusion.

Deadpool was looking at his phone, his finger constantly swiping the screen, occasionally looking up at Murakami and Shin, muttering, "Not this one, not this one."

Then he held up his phone towards Murakami and loudly declared, "Found it! You are my 10,000,000!"

Murakami's photo was clearly displayed on the phone.

Murakami and Shin didn't understand what Deadpool was saying, but they could tell that Deadpool was toying with them!

Shin gripped the sword in his hand, his eyes burning with angry Fire.

He glared at Deadpool, then violently swung his sword.

However, Deadpool easily dodged his attack with incredible speed.

"You're not my ten million. My partners will be here soon; you go find them."

Deadpool quickly blurted out, a playful smile on his face.

Then Deadpool slashed towards Murakami.

Seeing himself ignored like this, and this red-hooded guy daring to be so disrespectful to his master, Shin instantly grew even angrier. "Die!" Shin roared, slashing at Deadpool's back again.

Bang, a gunshot rang out.

A bullet flew towards Shin, who could only change his attack route and use his short sword to block the bullet.

Then Shin looked in the direction from which the bullet was fired, and it turned out to be John Wick and the others who had arrived.

John Wick stepped forward first and said in Shin's direction, "Let me be your opponent."

John Wick proposed a one-on-one duel, as he had basically been sidelined the entire time, and finally having an opponent, John Wick also wanted to contribute.

Then he rushed towards Shin.

The battle between the two was fierce; their movements were as fast as lightning, dazzling to the eye.

John Wick, relying on his excellent marksmanship, continuously attacked Shin, while Shin, relying on his many years of ninja experience, skillfully dodged Wick's bullets.

John Wick constantly used the gun in his hand to close the distance, attempting to engage Shin in hand-to-hand combat.

Just then, John Wick found an opening in Shin's defense, shot Shin's short sword out of his hand, and then the two began hand-to-hand combat.

Their close combat lasted a long time, their figures intertwining and dancing under the moonlight, a dazzling spectacle.

Shin's strength and speed were both excellent, but John Wick's wisdom and experience were superior.

He constantly changed his moves, attacking at times and defending at others, making it impossible for Shin to predict his movements.

Ultimately, John Wick defeated Shin with his abilities.

His movements were like a precise machine; every attack was accurate, every defense perfectly timed.

And Shin, in his repeated failures, gradually became overwhelmed, eventually being defeated by John Wick in a single blow.

Then John Wick, panting heavily, walked over to Pietro, who was watching the show, and joined the spectating army.

Meanwhile, Murakami easily dodged Deadpool's slashes.

Initially, Murakami tried to suppress Deadpool with his exquisite swordsmanship, but Deadpool's blade skills were equally formidable; he countered each attack with his almost absurd fighting style.

During the fight, Deadpool didn't forget to taunt Murakami a few times:

"You, my 10,000,000, don't seem very strong. Are you getting old?"

"You're already so old, why are you still fighting?"

"I know, you're just as broke as I am. Money, that bastard, always spends faster than it's earned!"

Even Murakami, an old man who had seen much of the world, had never in his life encountered someone as obnoxious as Deadpool. He couldn't help but feel annoyed, and the force of his attacks gradually increased.

Murakami suddenly launched a fierce counterattack.

The blade in his hand transformed into flashes of lightning, catching Deadpool somewhat off guard.

Deadpool, seeing this, remained unperturbed, still quipping, "Wow, that move is amazing! You truly are my 10,000,000."

At this critical moment, Deadpool used his almost omnipotent blade to block Murakami's attack.

Then, he used the force to push Murakami away forcefully.

Murakami tumbled a few times in the air before landing steadily on the ground.

Deadpool took advantage of this opening to look behind him, only to see Pietro and the others had already dealt with the young man and were quietly watching the show from the side.

Deadpool also decided to get serious.

"Sorry, but I'm in a hurry to collect my bounty, so I won't play with you anymore. 10,000,000 U.S. dollars."

Then, the two sides swiftly began their second round of offense and defense.

Deadpool, with his unpredictable swordplay, parried Murakami's attacks.

And Murakami, with his strength and skill, repeatedly broke through Deadpool's defenses.

The prowess of both was fully displayed on the field, each clash leaving spectators breathless.

Pietro and the others watching from the side were thoroughly enjoying the spectacle.

At a crucial moment, Deadpool decided to employ an unexpected tactic.

He suddenly slowed down his attack speed, seemingly intentionally giving Murakami an opportunity.

Murakami didn't anticipate Deadpool doing this; he began to get carried away, and his attacks became even more unrestrained.

Just as his full-force blow was about to strike Deadpool, Deadpool suddenly launched a fatal counterattack.

His blade accurately pierced Murakami's heart, a single fatal blow.

Murakami's astonished expression was frozen in that moment; he couldn't believe his defeat.

Deadpool immediately pulled out his phone, made a peace sign, and took a selfie with Murakami's corpse!

Murakami, one of The Hand's leaders, died!
