Enjoy your day. Enjoy reading.
Without uttering a word, Zareef turned backward, and decided to leave. Anjum's intention was obviously cleared. Talking wouldn't set him free, getting the money she asked for would be the best.
Zareef could never withstand losing Buthaynah; therefore, he decided to go into action.
He felt nothing for Anjum. He worked under her at the company where he worked as a part-term storekeeper. He knew Anjum so well. She wasn't the kind of woman he could accidentally fall in love with.
Anjum was brutal. She didn't have human love in her.
Her family in general was a predator family. They went for what they wanted without worrying about who was affected. They were selfish-minded people. They preferred to ruin someone else just for them to get what they wanted. They only cared about MONEY, THEMSELVES and POST. Even within their family there was no love.
With Zareef's long legs, he was walking speedily and leaving the living room.
Anjum stared at him with a mock smile on her face. Her mind was peacefully at rest that he could never get the money.
"I own you still death do us at part, idiot" she soliloquized as she stared at Zareef, walking towards the exit door. She was angry based on what Zareef did, but at the time, a romantic feeling filled her heart. She was madly in love with him.
As Zareef wanted to make use of the door, the door pushed in from outside, a middle-aged woman dressed in an elegant dress appeared in his vision.
Zareef exercised patiently for the woman to cat-walk in with the high heels she put on before he passed beside her and left the room.
With an astonished and annoying look, the woman turned her neck, and took a glance at Zareef, making use of the door. The woman cat-walked down the stairs at the door, and asked in a loud tone.
"Who's that rude, stinking, poor boy that just passed beside me like he saw nothing?"
"He is the useless son-law claimed to be married too by Anjum. Just like mother like daughter" Old Mr. Zubair responded as he stood up, and walked closer to the woman.
"Ignored that, my precious daughter. Welcome back, and how was your journey" Old Mr. Zubair added as he hugged the woman.
The woman was Anjum's aunt, an elder sister to her mother, Durra. She was the apple eyes of old Mr. Zubair. He took her above anyone in the family.
It wasn't a natural love, but because she invested in the family's growth and wealth in the way she could.
The woman's late husband was the richest man in the world. This added to the growth of the family business. After her husband's death too, the woman kept using her beauty and body to catch rich men, and she deeply contributed to the growth of the family.
Durra didn't want that lifestyle. She believed in love and not attraction. As a result of that, she contributed nothing to the family's growth, and that was why her father, old Mr. Zubair disliked her.
"Welcome, aunt" Anjum greeted, while Durra hissed and walked away.
It was a strong and brutal enmity that was between Durra and her elder sister, the middle-aged woman.

Zareef stopped walking as he came out of Zubair's residence. He had a worried expression on his face. He knew surely that Buthaynah would have been waiting for him. And, he knew how madly she had been craving for marriage.
"I won't let this girl trap me in this marriage. Even, Buthaynah would have been waiting for me, and she wouldn't be happy if this didn't work again. She has wanted this ever before now", Zareef soliloquized.
"I can see how excited she was when I told her that we were going to the registry today. It would hurt her if I said it couldn't work again."
"I can never withstand seeing Buthaynah hurt or sad" he spoke in a dull tone.
"Anjum wants one billion dollars, right? I WILL GIVE HER!" he stopped a taxi and entered inside.
Zareef had an unrelieved identity that no one, including Buthaynah, knew about. He was the son of the current president of the country. He and his twins' brother too were billionaires on themselves. They owned a multibillion business together.
Ten years ago, Zareef estranged himself from the family. The woman he loved so much was married too, by his father.
This made him angry, and he wholeheartedly disliked his father.
Back then, he couldn't comprehend it or had the ability to withstand seeing them, so he left with no means of communicating with him. Even, he broke his twin brother from reaching him. He left the business they built together for his twin brother just because he didn't want to set his eye on his father again.
He saw his father as a betrayer. Therefore, he didn't want to have anything to do with him.
The one billion dollar Anjum thought was huge was like a peanut to Zareef if he was in his real identity.

At the most beautiful and biggest resort in the country, Zareef came down from the taxi. He stood rooted at the front of the gate, took a look at the tower building from up to down.
This was one of the businesses owned by him and his twin brother.
It had been ten years, he was here last. The resort had grown than before. It showed that his twin brother was actually managing their businesses well.
He started walking, and entering inside. As he entered the reception, the staff members there fixed their eyes on him. He and his twin brother were identical twins. It was the same face they were seeing.
"Good day!" Zareef walked to the counter and uttered in a cool tone.
"Good—good day sir, how—how can I help you?" The lady stared at him with an astonished expression. They wanted to assume if he was their boss's twin brother, but the cheap suit and how Zareef looked discouraged them.
There was no way the president's son and a twin brother to their CEO who look like a pauper man like this. Even, they that they were mere staff members looked wealthier than him.
"I'm here to see Hisham. Is he around?" Zareef asked. The lady and other staff there took a glance at him.
Who on earth calls their boss by his name?
"And, who are you to him?" a young man dressed in a black suit asked in a proud tone. He walked closer to Zareef.
"He is my twin brother, and I am here to see him", Zareef responded. The staff looked at each other again. The suited man chuckled with an unbelievable expression on his face.
"And, how on earth is that possible?" the suited man said.
"How could you be Mr. Ghassan's twin brother? Accidentally or faking the same resemblance to him doesn't mean you can associate yourself with him", he said in a rude manner. Zareef took a glance at him.
"Is he around? Can I go and see him?" Zareef spoke in a loud tone. He didn't have time. Buthaynah was waiting for him.
"We don't allow strangers to see him" the man spoke.
"Excuse me, I just said I'm his twin brother", Zareef uttered aggressively.
"A pauper man like you can't be Mr. Ghassan's twin brother. Stop associating yourself with the rich because of the resemblance", the man spoke back in an insulting and arrogant manner.
Zareef released a breath. He was tired of this humiliation. However, he decided to be calm and handle the matter gently.
"If he's around, call him and tell him that Zareef is here", he spoke in a calm tone.
"We are sorry we can't call him. It's obvious he can't know you. Please, take your leave", the man pointed at the exit door and spoke insolently.
