Chapter 265: N's Submission
At the northernmost League headquarters in the Unova region, N, accompanied by Zekrom and a red Genesect, ascended the throne.
Ghetsis entered the hall, frowning as he looked at N seated on the newly constructed throne. "N," he said, "why did you hand Reshiram over to that guy? Reshiram's strength is no less than Zekrom's! We finally liberated the Unova region; with two dragons, we could easily defeat the League and liberate all the Pokémon in the world!"
N, eyes closed, replied in a deep voice, "My affairs are none of your business. Ghetsis Harmonia Gropius, although you are my adoptive father and you put me on the throne, do you think I don't know your intentions? I genuinely want to liberate all the Pokémon in the world, but you only want to conquer it. Our paths diverge, Ghetsis Harmonia Gropius, don't make me eliminate you here."
"You?!" Ghetsis exclaimed angrily.
But just as he was about to do something, three sharp blades were already at his neck. The Shadow Triad stared at Ghetsis with icy eyes; if he made the slightest move, they wouldn't hesitate to strike him down.
"Shadow Triad! Don't forget I'm the one who raised you!" Ghetsis roared.
At that moment, two women stepped forward—Anthea and Concordia. Anthea spoke up, "While it is true that you, our foster father, took us in, your ambition is far too great. We do not agree with your ideals. N will be a just king, the one who will lead us forward!"
Concordia added, "Ghetsis, we've seen what you've done to N since we were young. Ghetsis, you deliberately let those abused Pokémon get close to N. N understood their plight and began to pursue his ideals, all for those Pokémon. N's heart is pure and innocent, but nothing is more beautiful and terrifying than innocence. But N has begun to act according to his own will, which is something to celebrate. Please don't disturb N!"

Zekrom, carrying N, charged towards White Kyurem, unleashing a powerful Bolt Strike. White Kyurem countered with a burst of Freeze Shock, which dissipated upon impact, heading straight for Zekrom.
However, Genesect nearby fired a Techno Blast, blocking the weakened Freeze Shock. N, standing atop Zekrom, chuckled, "So you really came, Ryan. But isn't it a bit much to start fighting without even a greeting?"
Ryan smiled and said, "Didn't you start fighting without a greeting? These are your people down there, right? Well, let's raise the battlefield a bit. After all, I don't want to hurt my future comrades."
"Don't talk big! Tornadus, Thundurus, Landorus! Please help me!" N shouted, then threw out three Poké Balls, and the Forces of Nature appeared beside him.
However, N accepted Ryan's suggestion and raised the battlefield, not wanting to harm his followers below.
Lillie looked at the three Forces of Nature that had appeared and said, "The Forces of Nature? This is the first time I've seen them. I'll hold them off for now, Ryan, you focus on fighting N."
Ryan nodded, and the next moment, a scene that shocked N unfolded! Ryan took out three round stones from his backpack and threw them. Three dragons appeared in front of N, while Lillie jumped onto Reshiram's back and said, "N, you fight Ryan. As for these three Forces of Nature, I'll handle them!"
After saying that, Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem roared and charged directly at the three Forces of Nature, sending them flying away from the main battlefield.
N exclaimed in disbelief, "What's going on? How come there are three more dragons?! Didn't you have White Kyurem?! Where did these three dragons come from?!"
Ryan laughed, "My White Kyurem is controlled by Reshiram's consciousness. A lot of things have happened, but I've also discovered some incredible things. If you want to know, come to my Mercenary Guild. But for now, let's have a good fight! Fusion Flare!"
White Kyurem unleashed blue flames at Genesect. Zekrom immediately stepped in front of Genesect, its tail generator spinning and emitting blue light. Then, Zekrom clenched its fist, its body enveloped in yellow electricity, releasing Fusion Bolt to block the flames. Next, Zekrom flew rapidly towards White Kyurem, slamming into it with Bolt Strike.
A powerful current surged through White Kyurem's body, simultaneously jolting Ryan. Meanwhile, Genesect seized the opportunity to unleash a Techno Blast directly at White Kyurem. Enraged by the attack, White Kyurem created a massive, blue-purple sphere of energy in front of it with Freeze Shock, which suddenly exploded and slammed towards Zekrom.
N directed Zekrom to dodge, but Genesect behind it couldn't dodge in time and instantly froze solid, falling helplessly to the ground.
"Genesect!" N cried out.
"You still have time to worry about it? Worry about yourself!" Ryan's voice reached N's ears.
White Kyurem's ice and fire blades slammed into Zekrom, who let out a mournful cry and crashed heavily to the ground.
"Boom!" A deafening explosion followed, and the entire League building collapsed. Zekrom was now incapacitated, while N, protected by Zekrom, remained unharmed.
N looked up at White Kyurem in the sky, then at the defeated Forces of Nature beside him, and said with a wry smile, "As expected of Ryan, I've utterly failed."
White Kyurem and the others descended. Ryan jumped off White Kyurem, walked to N, and smiled, extending his hand, saying, "N, come with us. The Mercenary Guild will be your new home. Besides, we need your strength."
N looked at Ryan's outstretched hand, smiled, and extended his own. Ryan pulled N up. Meanwhile, the Shadow Triad, Anthea, and Concordia watched the defeated N with mixed feelings.
"Lord N, you've lost," the Shadow Triad said dejectedly.
Anthea and Concordia shook their heads, saying, "But it's been a long time since we've seen N smile so happily. Perhaps, this is a good thing, isn't it?"
