Chapter 208 - Guardians of Eternal Equilibrium

After the collapse of the "Throne of Broken Silence"…

the void was no longer empty.

The gray sky fractured.

Vertical cracks opened within nothingness.

And from them…

they descended.

Not flying.

Not walking.

But as if reality itself stepped aside for them.

Five entities.

Their bodies half-material, half-spectral.

Their faces concealed behind smooth white masks without features.

Behind each of them, a geometric circle rotated slowly—

circles… symbols… cosmic equations.

They were not rulers.

They were something older.

One of them spoke:

"Imbalance has exceeded the permitted threshold."

The second:

"The first three layers have collapsed."

The third:

"The Heir of Chaos has deviated from his trajectory."

The fourth turned its gaze toward Kim.

"The error must be corrected."

Kim stood in the middle of nothingness.

His eyes hollow.

No clear goal.

Only black energy breathing around him.

He feels them.

Slowly, he turns.

One Guardian extends a hand.

Around Kim, massive luminous cubes form—

geometric restraints.

Attempting to stabilize him.

Kim smiles.

He extends his hand.

Chaos strikes the cubes.

They crack.

They shatter.

The First Guardian steps forward.

"Chaos level unstable."

The Second:

"Removal required."

Kim does not wait.

He lunges.

An illogical speed.

He strikes one directly in the mask.

The void explodes from the impact—

But—

His hand passes through it.

As if its body is not fully present.

The Guardian looks at him calmly.

"You cannot strike a law."

Then—

It raises a finger.

A pure white beam fires.

Not fire.

Not energy.

But correction.

It strikes Kim directly in the chest.

His body trembles.

The old seal—though shattered—

reacts for a brief moment.

His eye widens.

Then—

He falls.

For the first time since his madness…

he hits the ground.

He tries to rise.

His body does not respond.

Chaos slips beyond his control.

Devouring him from within.

The Guardian looks down at him with quiet superiority.

"You are merely an unstable possibility."

The Second adds:

"You will not defeat us. We are not beings to be fought."

The Third:

"We are equilibrium itself."

Kim laughs.

Weak.

Broken.

Black blood spills from his mouth.

He tries to stand again.

His knee trembles.

He falls once more.

For the first time…

He feels something different.

Not pain.

But realization.

That—

He cannot win against them.

Not now.

Perhaps… not ever.

One of the Guardians raises its hand again.

"We will suppress his energy and redistribute it across the layers."
