Chapter 131 - Arcane Solutions: Shop-Chapter 126: Scorpius and James

A few days later, after Steve found time to return and confirmed no other activity on their end, Gemini finally felt comfortable leaving the shop to the returning Director Ethan. She packed her bags and returned to Britain. Ethan's problem had been completely solved through Tony and Banner's joint efforts. He'd perfectly adapted to the Extremis Virus, gaining Killian's unkillable constitution and fire-starting abilities. Ethan's recent hobby was reading superhero comics in the shop, trying to find a suitable nickname for himself. He wanted to be a hero too!

Arriving at Britain's Ministry of Magic at midnight, only an elderly wizard guarded the International Department. After checking Gemini's wand, he pointed to the Apparition area and let her choose between Floo or going home directly.

Gemini looked disgustedly at the filthy fireplace and decisively chose Apparition. It was late, so she didn't go to Harry or Draco's homes, returning directly to Grimmauld Place. After briefly greeting the screaming grandmother portrait, Gemini downed a bottle of Dreamless Sleep Potion and instantly collapsed unconscious on her bed.

Early the next morning, Gemini woke refreshed. The Dreamless Sleep Potion improved with Draught of Living Death was excellent—sleeping until dawn with no headaches or dizziness. Perfect for jet lag!

Over breakfast with Kreacher's rainbow flattery and scolding of Coby, Gemini received replies from both Harry and Draco. Due to her earlier message, both had decided to move to St. Mungo's early for safety. The wealthy Malfoys had rented half a corridor, including kitchen, bedroom, delivery room, nursery, and even a reception room. Ginny and Astoria could stay until it was safe to go home.

Gemini thought it made sense. Better safe than sorry.

She had Coby pack at home and Kreacher prepare lunch, then headed to St. Mungo's with gifts from America for babies and new mothers. Grimmauld Place wasn't far from St. Mungo's—no need to find an Apparition spot. Just a few streets to Purge and Dowse Ltd. Looking around, she waved at the mannequin in the window display and whispered, "I'm here to visit Ginny Potter and Astoria Malfoy."

The mannequin slowly turned and winked. Gemini looked around again and walked straight into the glass like passing through water. Instead of the shop window, she found herself among noisy crowds of strange patients queuing for triage.

Gemini didn't compete with the queue, heading straight for the VIP rooms. After identifying herself and wand verification, a Healer led her to the fifth floor Spell Damage ward. A long corridor was divided by glass doors—one side warmly decorated family rooms, the other filled with strange cries from regular wards.

Entering the glass section required another search. Harry and Draco had placed special security here, with house-elves under strict orders to ensure everyone's safety inside.

After much fuss, Gemini finally saw Ginny and Astoria sitting by a sunny window, laughing over tea. Both looked delighted to see her.

"My God! When did you get back? Why didn't I know!" Ginny laughed and stood, walking toward Gemini.

Her confident stride looked nothing like an eight-month pregnant woman. Gemini started sweating. "Stop! Don't move! Be careful!"

Astoria sat in her chair, gently stroking her belly. "Alright Ginny, be careful. You're scaring Gemini!"

Ginny stood awkwardly smiling at Gemini, who quickly dropped her things and stepped forward to support her arm, carefully helping her back to the chair before sighing in relief.

The three sat in the sunlight discussing Gemini's studies and American adventures. Gemini showed her gifts one by one, especially the two mechanical cradles Tony had personally made. Though magical cradles were great, Tony's mechanical ones had many functions that delighted both pregnant women.

Besides gentle rocking, the cradles played soft music and had emergency buttons. If danger arose, they'd activate protective functions, automatically forming a cocoon with protective runes on the exterior and invisible cushioning inside, ensuring the child wouldn't be harmed by any movement. The internal circulation system reportedly used aerospace design, plus timed feeding—just put clean water and formula in designated spots, and a nipple would automatically appear at feeding time.

Even if they were attacked, as long as nothing went wrong initially, the children would be safe in these cradles.

When Harry and Draco arrived and saw Tony's gifts, they were equally pleased. Harry even tested one, and Draco was already asking for Tony's contact information—wealthy nobles would surely want such cradles.

Gemini began a routine of two points and a line. Mornings after breakfast, she'd bring Kreacher's snacks to St. Mungo's to visit the pregnant women, have lunch there, then return home to rest. Afternoons were for continued study, evenings for calls with Ethan and the American staff to ensure everyone's safety.

Days passed smoothly, as if those dark wizards had never appeared.

Harry and Draco, both veterans of wartime, had experienced chaos. The calmer things were, the less they dared relax.

Until late March, early April, when Astoria went into labor first.

When Draco rushed to St. Mungo's, his son was already sleeping quietly in the cradle. Gemini and Ginny looked reproachfully at Draco. Wizard births were quick with little discomfort—countless preparations existed to ensure magical lineage continuation. In Ginny's view, Draco shouldn't have been running around during the due date period, missing his son's first meeting.

Harry smugly brought warm water, humbly offering it to Ginny while grinning wickedly at Draco. "Draco, you know what? Besides his mother, the first person your son saw was me!"

Draco's face went ashen with rage, but he had no recourse. Who told him not to be there?!

As everyone crowded around little Malfoy, a Patronus suddenly burst in. "Minister Harry, we found traces of those dark wizards you mentioned. They last appeared at Knockturn Alley's black market! Very close to central London!"

Draco and Harry's faces immediately grew serious. Gemini frowned too. Why such convenient timing?

Harry looked apologetically at Ginny. "Sorry Ginny, I think I need to go. Without understanding their purpose, I can't rest easy."

Ginny smiled and touched Harry's cheek. "It's fine. So many people are here. Go investigate their purpose—it's to protect us. I won't blame you."

Harry and Draco exchanged glances and nodded. Draco settled into his chair. "I'll stay here to watch over them. Don't worry."

Gemini drew her wand too. "I'll be here as well. Don't worry."

Harry nodded to everyone and headed out.

Though Ginny understood Harry's actions, she still felt sad. Her due date was in the next few days too.

Thinking this, Ginny's breathing hitched. She suddenly gripped a nearby chair, startling Gemini and Draco.

"I think I'm going into labor." Ginny said calmly after recovering.

Draco jumped up and rushed out to find a Healer. Having experienced Astoria's delivery, Gemini was calm, immediately gathering things and carefully helping Ginny toward the delivery room.

Soon, Harry's eldest son let out a loud cry at St. Mungo's. Draco stood at the delivery room door pushing his own child's cradle, thinking coldly, "Hmph, besides his mother, the first person Harry's son must see is me!"

Hearing his muttering, Gemini rolled her eyes. How childish were these two?!

When Harry returned that evening, each family had their own room. Seeing the child, Harry was completely stunned.

He tremblingly touched the child's face, then quickly withdrew his hand, looking at Ginny with tears and smiles. "Darling, we have a family."

Ginny smiled gently. "Yes, we have a new family."

The next day, the Potters, Malfoys, and Gemini gathered in the reception room to discuss news.

Harry held nothing back. They'd only caught small fry who knew the plan against Tony Stark was because he'd led American magical exposure. Some people weren't happy about this. When they caught Killian's trail during his terrorist activities, they wanted to cooperate and use him as a weapon.

"Just the usual pureblood, Muggle discrimination nonsense. Can't they open their eyes and see the world?" Astoria frowned, turning to Draco. "Darling, you didn't participate, did you?"

Draco had wanted to maintain dignity, but seeing Astoria's dangerous look, he immediately cowered. "I didn't, it wasn't me, I don't know!"

"By the way, forget that—what names did you give the children?" Gemini suddenly changed the subject, quietly signaling Draco and Harry. Better not discuss this in front of two new mothers.

"Scorpius. Scorpius Malfoy. Our little scorpion." Draco looked at the blonde boy and smiled.

Harry scratched his head. "Ginny and I discussed it. We decided on James Sirius Potter, after my two fathers."

Gemini and Draco both twitched. What a name indeed. Now the house had two Jameses and two Siriuses. Who knew if Ginny could handle it? Thinking this, Gemini and Draco looked sympathetically at Ginny.

Before Harry could react, both quickly looked away.

"If I have a second son, I've decided to use Albus and Severus as names." Harry said firmly, exchanging smiles with Ginny.

Gemini couldn't help taking out her phone and hitting record. "Harry, what did you just say you'd name your second son?"

Harry smiled and repeated, "Albus Severus Potter. Though it's still hypothetical, one must have hope."

Beep. The recording was sent to Banner.

Gemini waited with her phone. Sure enough, a long voice message came back.

Gemini grinned wickedly and put it on speaker. Professor Snape's roar instantly filled the room. The two well-fed babies woke up crying and were carried away by their mothers, leaving only Harry and Draco to face the old professor's fury.

"You'd better abandon that notion! Potter!" Professor Snape's final words were a vicious threat to Harry.

Gemini couldn't help bursting into laughter. "Harry, are you planning to open a battlefield in your house? Look—James, Sirius, plus Severus. Will there be Remus and Lily next?"

Harry wiped sweat from his forehead. "You're so mean! Why did you send it to Professor Snape?!"

He paused. "Anyway, he can't come out of the portrait to hit me. I'm naming him that!"

After staying at St. Mungo's a while longer, both families were discharged. Draco took his wife and child back to Malfoy Manor where Narcissa was waiting. Astoria made Draco promise not to give Scorpius pureblood education discriminating against Muggles. Draco agreed without blinking. Narcissa had no objections. Lucius had opinions but they didn't matter—Draco was now head of house.

Ginny took the child to the Burrow under Molly's care. With Harry busy at the Auror office, he couldn't leave Ginny alone at home, so he had to ask Molly. This delighted Molly and Leo Weasley—he had a little brother now.

Gemini packed her things. N.E.W.T. exams would last a month, and she had to reach Hogwarts early. The Parkers had prepared things for her to bring Peter. In Gemini's opinion, with summer vacation approaching, why bring anything when they had two-way mirrors daily? Though she complained, Gemini still made extra room in her luggage.
