Lollipop 🍭
Leo almost lost it. Just the thought of someone raising a hand against his baby made his blood boil.
A surge of anger shot through him.
Before the guy's fist could even make contact, Leo grabbed his arm with lightning speed.
With a swift motion, he twisted it behind the guy's back, locking it in place and causing him sharp pain.
His back arched under the force, completely at Leo's mercy.
Ren was left speechless.
He hadn't expected Leo to have that kind of strength. It was a complete surprise—he just stood there, mouth open, his heart almost dropping from the intensity of what he was feeling.
He froze, watching, completely captivated.
"Fuck… my baby just turned into a beast for me.
So fucking sexy…" he thought.
The other two guys stood up to step in, but one look from Leo was enough to make them back off.
They didn't have the same courage as their friend.
Leo leaned closer, right by the guy's ear, and whispered,
"Anyone who even thinks about raising a hand against my boy… deserves to have that arm broken."
The guy started begging him to let go, the pain becoming unbearable.
But Leo still hadn't snapped out of it— anger had completely blinded him.
Ren had always sensed that Leo was strong, that he had a temper and could explode at any moment.
But he had never imagined this side of him—this madness, the way his eyes darkened as he refused to back down.
He called out to him several times, telling him to let the guy go, to snap out of it—but Leo couldn't hear him.
Those words never reached his mind.
All he wanted was to make that guy feel as much pain as possible, without a single trace of mercy.
At one point, Ren lied to him and said,
"Leo… the girls are coming.
If Zoi sees this, she might get scared.
Let him go now, baby."
Leo tightened his grip even more.
"You're lucky today," he whispered.
"If you ever cross my path again, this arm will be broken."
Then he let him go immediately.
The guy rushed out of the café, his friends following right behind him.
Even after letting the guy go, Leo still couldn't calm down.
His eyes were burning with anger, a storm that refused to fade.
Ren sat him down immediately and took his hands.
"Leo… baby. Look at me."
"Please, let me calm down," Leo said in a sharp tone, still refusing to meet Ren's eyes.
He feared Ren's reaction too—afraid he might end up being scolded by him.
In any other situation, Leo would've definitely been punished for that rude tone.
But not this time.
Ren gently grabbed Leo's chin and lifted it until their eyes met.
"You're fucking mine.
So damn cool and sexy."
Leo gave a small smile, as a heavy weight finally lifted from his shoulders when he realized Ren wasn't angry.
"No one dares to touch what belongs to me," he said again.
Ren pulled him closer, resting Leo's head against his chest.
"Okay, okay… no one's going to touch me. Calm down."
Now take a deep breath and calm down.
I don't want to see you like this again.
Leave these situations to me.
If you get hurt, my heart stops—do you know that?"
Leo took a deep breath and wrapped his arms around Ren's waist.
"I'm happy you came into my life."
Ren kissed him softly on the head.
"I feel lucky every single day to have you."
Leo rested against Ren's chest, while Ren was lost in thought.
He wondered what Leo's past must have been like.
From the way Leo carried himself, Ren had already understood he hadn't been an angel back then.
But what happened today made him realize something else—Leo was far stronger and fiercer than he had ever imagined.
At the same time, Leo was thinking that he had finally found someone who could calm him down and keep his anger under control.
Besides Jin, no one else had ever managed to do that.
"Baby," Ren whispered, gently running his fingers through Leo's hair.
"Can I bring the girls here with us?"
"Of course," Leo lifted his head, meeting his eyes.
"You don't even have to ask me that."
Ren grabbed the phone and called Nela.
As soon as she picked up, he spoke.
📞 "Where are you?"
📞 "Why?" Nela replied, questioning.
📞 "I'm asking—where are you?"
📞 "Hmm… just around," she said, casually, with no real reason.
📞 "I can see how far you are.
Take Zoi and come inside the café," he said, closing the phone.
Zoi looked Nela in the eyes, waiting for her to explain.
"It's Ren," Nela said calmly.
"He's at the café and wants us to come over."
"Do you think he saw me getting off the bike?" she asked Nela, expecting an answer.
Nela shrugged, showing she didn't know.
"Come on, let's go. We'll find out soon enough," she said.
As soon as they walked into the café, Ren raised his hand so they could see him.
Zoe saw Leon and ran straight toward him.
"Hey, Leo! You're here!" she said excitedly, hugging him.
Leo gently stroked the top of her head.
"Cute as ever," he said with a smile.
Meanwhile, Nela stood there, watching Leo with a serious expression.
"Enough staring like that," Ren said, giving her a look to make her stop.
"You're Leo, the famous one," she said, smiling.
"And you must be Nela, right?" Leo reached out his hand.
Nela looked him in the eyes and laughed.
"Yep… I guess Ren told you a bit about me.
But don't believe everything he says.
I might seem a bit weird, but I'm not crazy."
Leo smiled. "Don't worry, he only said good things about you."
Once the girls sat down and placed their order, Ren asked in a calm but serious tone:
"Where were you?"
Zoi immediately started to speak.
"Ren, I was at my English class, and after it finished, Nela came to pick me up… and now here we are."
"She came to pick you up, but you took the driver's seat, right?" Ren asked, now fully serious.
Zoi knew it was pointless to lie.
Just a glance into Ren's eyes was enough to realize he already knew.
"Hmmm… yep ," she said, smiling. "But don't tell Smart."
Ren took a deep breath and turned to Nela.
"You know the consequences if Smart finds out, right?"
"I know, I know… and I'm really scared," she said, laughing ironically.
"Ren… you won't tell Smart, right?" Zoi asked, opening and closing her bright green eyes like a Barbie doll.
Ren gently ran his fingers through her hair.
"You know I won't tell, but I want you to be careful.
You know how much we care about this… and yet you still go for it."
"Hmmm… but I really want to ride the bike," she whispered.
"I know, but you can do it on the track where Nela practices. It's safer, okay?" he said calmly.
"The track?" Leo asked, curious.
Ren turned to Leo.
"Yep, Nela is a professional and she trains for this.
She's aiming to compete in international races soon, and to be honest, she's really good at it… she deserves it."
"Seriously? That's so interesting," Leo said, feeling both surprised and intrigued.
To him, this sport was insanely cool for a girl.
In that moment, Leo's memory flashed back a few years, to when he and Jin were completely obsessed with cars and speed.
They spent every moment together, training and preparing for every race in the city.
Those memories were almost buried deep in his mind.
But suddenly, a scene from the past popped up—one he would have liked to erase from his memory.
A moment that made him shiver slightly.
A very handsome person, sitting in a car, with a sweet smile and laughing eyes.
It stayed etched in his mind, like a photograph.
A gentle touch on his shoulder pulled him out of those thoughts.
He shivered slightly as he returned to the present.
"Leo… are you okay?" his boyfriend's voice brought him completely back to reality.
Leo looked at Ren, and for a moment, he felt so lucky to have him by his side.
He felt so good that he could finally let go of that memory he never wanted to linger on,
a memory he had wished he could just erase, as if it had never existed.
He smiled softly, sweetly.
"When I'm with you… I'm always okay."
"Wow, so romantic!" the girls' voices rang out immediately, giggling as they covered their mouths with their hands.
"Enough, you two," Ren said, his tone commanding as if he were in charge.
But they didn't care.
They were loving every moment, completely adoring these little scenes, and couldn't resist teasing them even more.
Leo took a deep breath and turned to Nela.
"I really like the courage and passion you have.
If you ever need my help, just let me know… I'll help you with anything."
"Then buy me a new bike," she said immediately, just teasing him.
Ren turned to her, shooting a fierce look to make her realize she was pushing her limits and should stop.
"Pick which bike you want," Leo replied, leaving the three of them with their mouths wide open.
Ren watched him, unable to believe he had someone so generous and amazing by his side—
someone who would even offer to help out his friends.
Nela smiled, looking Ren in the eyes.
"You really hit the mark with your choice this time."
"This time?" Leo asked immediately, curiosity sparking in his eyes.
"Leo, don't listen to what Nela says," Ren muttered,
shooting her a look that clearly said, *"shut it."*
She was enjoying the situation, and she had no intention of stopping… not until she dropped the bomb.
She turned to Leo.
"I'll be taking part in a race really soon.
It's going to be a friendly competition between teams.
I expect you to come and watch!"
"I'll definitely be there," Leo said.
As soon as the words left his mouth, he felt Ren's head settle heavily on his shoulder.
He cupped his face gently and looked him in the eyes.
"Ren, are you okay?"
Ren met his gaze, but his eyes were cloudy, a little powerless.
"I'm fine… I just need a moment to calm down."
"Maybe he caught a cold last night?" Nela asked without thinking.
Leo knew exactly what she meant when she said "last night," but he still chose not to react.
Ren heard her and wanted to speak up, to tell her to stop.
He hadn't had the chance or the time to warn the girls not to bring up last night—and now, it was almost too late.
"You should have come last night too," Nela continued, speaking without a hint of restraint.
"We had so much fun."
"It was really an unforgettable night, especially for Smart," Zoi chimed in, then turned to Ren.
"Why didn't you bring Leo with you?"
In that moment, Ren froze, realizing it had all been revealed.
He hadn't expected it to come out like this, and even more so from these two troublemakers.
He felt more worried for Smart than for himself.
Still, he gathered the courage and looked Leo in the eyes, trying to read them—whether he was angry or just feeling normal.
"Leo…" he called softly.
Leo pressed a finger to his lips.
"We'll talk about this later.
For now… tell me how you feel."
Ren took his hand and gently stroked it, breathing softly, letting him know he was fine and there was nothing to worry about.
But at that moment, he tried to take off his jacket.
Leo stopped him immediately.
"Baby, it's hard to breathe with this jacket… it's so hot in here," he said.
At that moment, Leo realized it wasn't the place that was too warm—it was Ren who wasn't feeling well.
He reached out, lifting Ren's hair, and pressed his lips to his forehead, just to feel the warmth.
Zoi and Nela immediately pulled out their phones, snapping a few pictures.
They couldn't take their eyes off them.
"Ohh, so cute," they whispered together.
Ren's heart started racing.
His breathing grew heavier from their actions.
"You're on fire," Leo said, standing up.
"Come on, let's go to the hospital…"
"Don't make such a big deal out of it. I only have a fever.
I'm not dying yet.
You won't get rid of me that easily," Ren said with a faint smile.
"Even in this condition, you still have the strength to joke?" Leo muttered.
Without wasting another second, Leo grabbed him by the waist, holding him firmly as he headed toward the car.
The girls followed right behind them as they stepped outside.
Leo settled Ren into the car, and as soon as he fastened the seatbelt, Ren murmured again,
"I want to take off the jacket… I can't breathe."
"Okay, baby. I'll take it off for you—just calm down," Leo said softly.
Leo removed the jacket right away, secured the seatbelt properly, and started the engine.
After briefly saying goodbye to the girls, he drove off at once, heading straight for the hospital.
"Take me home," Ren whispered. "I don't want to go to the hospital."
"You're not in a condition to argue," Leo said calmly. "You know that."
Ren's breathing grew heavier.
"Please… I don't want to go to the hospital," his voice sounded tense and panicked.
Leo immediately thought that Ren might have a phobia of hospitals.
It wasn't unusual — many people had the same phobia.
"Okay, my baby, okay," Leo said softly.
"We're not going to the hospital. Just breathe… please don't stress yourself."
"We'll go to my apartment. I'll take care of you."
He stopped somewhere along the way at a pharmacy, bought some medicine, and then continued driving.
Leo was very worried, unsure of exactly how to handle a situation like this.
As soon as they arrived at the apartment, he didn't waste any time and went straight online to look for information on how to take care of someone in this condition.
He read that cold water could help lower a fever.
He hurriedly filled the bathtub with cool water and, gently, placed Ren in it, leaving him there for a few moments.
"I'm cold…" his soft voice whispered.
Leo immediately lifted him out of the bathtub, holding him gently in his arms, and carried him to the bed.
He dressed him in a comfortable set of pajamas and lightly covered him with a blanket.
Leo prepared some soup and tried to sit close, feeding him.
"Eat a little, please," he said softly, guiding the spoon toward him.
"I'm not hungry, I swear," Ren replied, resting his head against Leo's chest.
"Do it for me, please," Leo said softly. "Just a little, and then you can take your medicine."
As soon as Ren heard that, he lifted his head and opened his mouth.
Leo smiled. "My good boy… get better as soon as you can."
"Hmm… if you treat me this well," Ren whispered, wrapping his arms around Leo's waist, "I might not want to get better."
Leo fed him slowly, while Ren looked at him with admiration.
His heart was pounding so hard he felt it might burst from his chest.
He felt so happy watching Leo so attentive and close to him.
He didn't want anything more—just to be with him every day.
"Open your mouth… take your medicine," Leo said, reaching out to place the pill in his mouth.
Ren opened his mouth and swallowed it with a sip of water.
"Hmm… so bitter," he said, making a sad little face.
"Then let me sweeten it for you," Leo whispered, leaning in to press a gentle kiss on his lips.
"My baby… what's bitter is my tongue," he said, slowly sticking it out so Leo could see.
"I guess you won't let it stay bitter, right?"
Leo smiled, thinking that even sick, he never let those teasing little moments go unnoticed.
"Hmm… then let me sweeten it for you," he said, getting ready to get up.
"Where are you going?" Ren placed his hands on Leo's waist, holding him tightly.
"I won't be long," he replied, heading toward the kitchen.
A few moments later, Leo appeared at the bedroom door, a lollipop in his mouth.
Ren stared at him, his eyes almost half-closed.
He swallowed hard at that sight.
Damn… he thought helplessly, how sexy he looks with that lollipop in his mouth.
"Cute… I said I wanted to sweeten my tongue, not yours…"
Leo leaned closer, teasingly licking the lollipop a few times before pulling it from his mouth.
"Come on… stick out your tongue now," he said to Ren, locking eyes with him.
Ren just stared, doing nothing.
He had always been used to being the one who demanded Leo to stick out his tongue so he could taste it.
But in these moments, it was the other way around.
Now Leo was ordering him to stick out his tongue.
"What are you waiting for?" Leo's voice was heard.
"Do you want to sweeten your tongue? Then stick it out—I'm waiting."
Ren couldn't resist; the moment was consuming him.
His imagination was running wild.
He slowly stuck out his tongue, never breaking eye contact with Leo.
Leo leaned in, brushing his lips gently against it, softly kissing the bitter taste.
He took it into his mouth, savoring it, licking and kissing it slowly, over and over.
The kisses were accompanied by gentle touches and soft moans.
The sweet taste of the lollipop had spread through Ren's mouth, leaving him melting from the sensation.
He couldn't stop himself—the sweetness, the feel, the taste of Leo's tongue was intoxicating.
Leo pulled back just slightly, then placed the lollipop back in his mouth, swirling it slowly, savoring every moment.
Ren watched the movement, his eyes following every motion, and something inside him was about to burst.
His imagination had no more boundaries—he pictured something else that should be in Leo's mouth.
He grabbed Leo by the nape, pulling him close, pressing his ear against his lips.
"I wish you'd hold something else in that sweet mouth of yours," he murmured softly, sending shivers through Leo.
Leo immediately placed his hand on Ren's throat and removed the lollipop.
"Open your mouth," he commanded, his voice firm.
Ren laughed, shaking his head, but he was already getting used to Leo's commanding tone.
His eyes were now burning with fire, his chest moving uncontrollably.
He opened his mouth just enough for Leo to place the lollipop inside, and immediately, Leo pressed his lips against Ren's, capturing him while the sweet treat filled his mouth.
After a few moments of kissing, just before their excitement took over, Leo gently pulled back his lips.
"Now I want you to lie down and get some rest," he said softly.
"I don't want to sleep, I want to stay with you," Ren protested, his gaze lingering on Leo's beautiful lips.
"Baby, I'll be right here with you… I won't move.
Please, just rest a little so you can heal quickly, or I'll be worried."
Ren took a deep breath, his mind still on what the girls had said.
The thought that Leo might be upset, even if he didn't show it, tormented him.
He realized Leo wasn't being harsh at that moment, simply because he was sick.
In any other situation, Leo would have reacted very differently..
"Cutie, can we talk about what the girls said?"
"No!" Leo replied immediately.
"When you're feeling better, we'll talk about everything… but not now."
"Okay… just tell me one thing!" Ren looked him in the eyes.
"Are you mad at me?"
Actually, Leo wasn't truly upset. He had been there last night and had seen everything from a distance.
He knew very well that Ren had lied only to protect Smart, so he didn't want to make a big deal out of it.
Still, he had to act a little annoyed, just to avoid raising any suspicion.
At the same time, he felt guilty himself, since he had lied too, right from the start of their relationship.
He gave a soft smile.
"I'll put my grumpiness aside for the days until you get better.
Right now… I'm not.
But if you don't get some sleep, then I'll really get upset—"
Ren hugged him tightly.
"Forgive me for lying when you asked me!"
Leo kissed his head softly.
*Forgive me too… for every lie I've ever told you,* he whispered to himself,
not having the courage to say those words out loud.
"Okay, baby. Sleep now.
I'll be right here with you,"
were the only words that managed to leave his lips.
"Okay… when I open my eyes, I want to see your face right away.
Don't leave me," Ren said, his voice now very low.
The medicine was starting to calm him, and he could finally fall asleep.
Seconds later, he fell asleep almost instantly.
Leo watched that beautiful face and caressed him with gentle touches.
He knew Ren wouldn't wake up because of the medication, so he let himself touch him freely.
He traced his fingers over his nose, his lips, his closed eyes, his ears—every part of his face.
"You look so cute in moments like this," he whispered.
He picked up his laptop and worked for a while.
He made a few important phone calls, then went to take a shower.
When he came back, Ren was still asleep, like a little baby.
Leo lay down beside him, pulled him a bit closer, kissed him softly on the lips, and watched that beautiful face for long minutes.
Suddenly, Ren's phone started ringing.
Leo grabbed it immediately and silenced it, not wanting Ren to wake up.
He glanced at the screen and saw only one name—three letters.
Kai.
Who could this be?
Curiosity wouldn't let him rest—he wanted to find out more.
He took the phone and gently placed Ren's finger on it to unlock it.
The phone unlocked, but at that exact moment, he regretted it and immediately locked it again.
"I need to trust my baby," he whispered.
Then he lay down, pulling Ren into his arms, and fell asleep beside the one he loved.
