In Alpha Rick's mansion, as he was about to step into his bedroom, he was startled to see Maya lying on his bed. He let out a loud exclamation, "Ahh! What are you still doing here?"
Maya quickly got up, flustered and unsure of how to respond. Two of Alpha Rick's rogues rushed over, alerted by the commotion. One of them asked, "Alpha Rick, what's going on?"
Alpha Rick slowly turned to the rogue, his eyes blazing with anger. "I told you to get rid of this mess last night! Do you realize that this filthy thing slept on my expensive bed?"
The rogue apologized, claiming he had forgotten to get rid of Maya, assuming Alpha Rick would always handle such matters himself. Alpha Rick scoffed, shifting into his werewolf form, and strangled the rogue to death for his negligence. He then ordered the other rogue to dispose of the body.
Turning back to Maya, who trembled with fear, Alpha Rick sneered, "Did you enjoy the show? That's what awaits you if you don't leave right now!"
Maya was about to flee from Alpha Rick's bedroom, but he stopped her, suggesting he might take her to Alpha Blake instead. Panicked, Maya begged him not to, but Alpha Rick asserted his authority, pushing her back into the room and locking the door. He went to take a bath and get dressed while Maya searched for an escape route, only to find that the room was secure and there was no way out.
Suddenly, she heard someone attempting to open the door. She rushed back and sat on the bed, pretending to be calm. Alpha Rick opened the door and ordered her to follow him. He warned her not to think of escaping, threatening to kill her if she dared to try.
Maya meekly followed him outside and stood by his car, expecting him to open the door for her. Instead, Alpha Rick dragged her and opened the car trunk, saying that was where she would be sitting because she did not serve to enter his car.
Annoyed, Maya retorted, "Seriously? But why?"
Alpha Rick condescendingly explained that she should be grateful he even allowed her inside the car trunk. Did she know how much the car cost? Furthermore, such luxury cars were not made for slaves.
Fueled by anger, Maya couldn't hold back and slapped Alpha Rick, telling him he had no right to talk down to her. Alpha Rick narrowed his eyes, warning her to be thankful for his mood or he would have killed her on the spot.
Maya locked eyes with him defiantly, daring him to go through with his threat. Alpha Rick, however, managed to control himself and smiled, pushing her into the car trunk and locking it. He got into the driver's seat and began to drive.
As Alpha Rick drove, he couldn't ignore the incessant banging coming from the trunk. He gritted his teeth, knowing it was Maya causing the noise. He muttered to himself, "That bastard bitch!"
Alpha Rick pulled over and got out of the car. He knocked on the trunk, warning Maya to stop or she wouldn't reach her pack alive. Frustrated, he returned to the driver's seat and continued driving.
Upon arriving at Alpha Blake's mansion, Alpha Rick was immediately surrounded by Alpha Blake's rogues. Lucas, stepping forward, asked what he wanted and warned him against causing trouble.
Alpha Rick smirked and replied, "I have nothing to say to you. Call your Alpha."
Lucas signaled to another rogue, who quickly went inside to summon Alpha Blake. As soon as Alpha Blake appeared, Alpha Rick opened his car trunk and dragged Maya out, surprising everyone present.
Pushing her toward Alpha Blake, Alpha Rick taunted, "Learn how to keep your rat in its cage."
Without further explanation, Alpha Rick got back into his car and drove away, leaving Alpha Blake to deal with Maya. The entire pack was puzzled by the unexpected turn of events.
Alpha Blake, with a mix of confusion and anger, demanded to know why Alpha Rick had brought Maya to his territory personally and why she was still alive. Alpha Rick was notorious for killing without mercy.
Maya, trembling, fell to her knees and begged for Alpha Blake's forgiveness, promising not to escape again. Lucas whispered to Alpha Blake, wondering if Maya had made a deal with Alpha Rick to spy on their pack.
Alpha Blake narrowed his eyes at Maya, grabbing her by the neck. He questioned her about any dealings with Alpha Rick, to which Maya vehemently denied any involvement.
Alpha Blake pushed her away, ordering his rogues to keep a close watch on her. Eve, who had been observing from inside the mansion, couldn't hide her joy at seeing Maya back with the pack.
*The Brown's company*
Alpha Rick arrived at Brown's company, and the employees were taken aback to see him. They immediately bowed in respect as he walked through the office. He headed straight to Liam's office, surprising Liam, who was already inside.
Liam quickly bowed as Alpha Rick entered, acknowledging his presence. Alpha Rick remarked, "This is a surprise visit, isn't it?"
Liam nodded, "Yes, Alpha Rick. I didn't know you were coming."
Alpha Rick took a seat and continued, "I went to return the filthy mess you brought into my mansion last night. I discovered that you simply picked her up from the street!"
Liam felt a knot in his stomach, knowing he had messed up. "I apologize, Alpha Rick. I didn't mean to make a fool out of you."
Alpha Rick raised an eyebrow, "Seriously? You expect me to believe that you didn't know she was just some random girl?"
Liam looked down, "I'm sorry. I should have been more careful. It won't happen again."
Alpha Rick's voice turned stern, "You know how much I hate disappointment and lies. If you ever try to deceive me again, I'll forget you're my pack Beta and take action."
Liam's anger was boiling inside, but he kept his composure, clenching his fists tightly. He knew he had to tread carefully in front of Alpha Rick.
As Alpha Rick left the company, Liam's lips curled in frustration. He knew he had to be more cautious in his actions and decisions to avoid further upsetting Alpha Rick.
