Chapter 88 - Chapter 88 Peach Gold Girl

After a long while, Kaisen left the Headmaster's office and reappeared in the alchemy office.

He dismissed Lockhart after pulling the Creeper head off his head, which Lockhart had been wearing while sitting in the corner.

Next were four Little Wizards...

Hmm, surprisingly well-behaved, the four Little Wizards sat on the sofa, each holding a novel they had found under the coffee table and reading it.

As Kaisen sat down in his seat, the four Little Wizards finally 'activated'; Neville remained calmly seated on the sofa, while the other three Little Wizards all looked towards Kaisen.

"...What's up?"

"Professor, I want to learn Alchemy!"

Kaisen didn't waste time with unnecessary talk this time, nor did he explain anything extra to them; instead, he directly pulled out three redstone blocks, slightly larger than Neville's from earlier, and placed them on the desk.

"Light it up, and I'll consider you passed... Of course, it needs to light up to a considerable degree."

The three Little Wizards quickly picked up their redstone blocks and desperately poured magic into them.

Neville watched as his three friends each held a redstone block slightly larger than his own, and their glow was even brighter than his.

Then Professor Kaisen began to speak nonsense: "Hmm... not very good. If you force yourselves to learn Alchemy now, you'll easily get hurt, but I'm still very willing to let you lay a solid foundation."

Saying that, he bent down and found a few Alchemy notebooks under the desk.

"Take these back and read them. If you plan to enroll in my class next year, I think you'll find them useful." Kaisen gave one to each of the four Little Wizards.

Even Neville, who had already started class, received one.

"Then Professor, does this mean we just can't really do hands-on practice for now? What if we just audit?" Hermione asked.

"In fact, there's no need to audit, because for now, I won't be lecturing. Instead, I'll be using a more inhumane method."

"Inhumane?" Hermione was a bit confused.

Then the four of them each received four Runes textbooks, and honestly, these books were visibly thicker than an Oxford dictionary and larger than the benches in their Great Hall.

"Oh my goodness." Ron looked at the massive book in his hand, which could knock someone out cold, a bit bewildered.

"Hmm..." Kaisen looked at his watch: "It's almost curfew. Aren't you going back now?"

The four Little Wizards looked towards the distant office door.

"Can we sleep here tonight?" Ron asked.

"Hmm... Of course not. I'm going out tonight." Kaisen shook his head.

"So Professor also goes out at night?"

Kaisen tapped Harry's head with his knuckles: "How can a Professor's business be considered sneaking out at night? I'm just on a normal patrol of the Castle."

"Oh..." Harry suddenly understood: "If you're patrolling the Castle tonight..."

"You can certainly try... Perhaps you can even try with your Invisibility Cloak and see if I can find you."

"Oh, alright." Harry shrank his neck, and soon the four Little Wizards walked towards the distant office door.

Kaisen, on the other hand, used Ender Teleportation directly to reach the abandoned lavatory on the second floor of the Castle.

He reached out and knocked on the door: "Hello, Myrtle... Madam? Or perhaps fellow student? May I enter?"

...

Inside, there was only the gurgling sound of the sewer.

Kaisen knocked on the door once more.

"Who are you?" A sharp voice came from inside the lavatory.

"Kaisen Heath, the Alchemy Professor of Hogwarts."

"Oh... I know you. Come in."

Kaisen pushed open the lavatory door and walked in. He looked at the translucent, grayish-white ghost sitting on a toilet, lost in thought.

"Should I call you Madam Myrtle or fellow student Myrtle?"

"Do I look very old?" Myrtle's voice suddenly became sharp.

"Of course not, I'm just expressing my respect." Kaisen quickly shook his head.

"Oh... don't bother. No one in this whole school respects me, and I'm not worth your respect. After all, I'm not excellent, not pretty, not smart... not...."

"Why do you think that?" Kaisen asked.

"Do I even need to think about it myself? I just need to stand in front of a stranger, and those answers will be spoken from their harsh mouth." Myrtle floated towards Kaisen.

"Like you, look at me, what kind of person do you think I am?"

Kaisen slightly tilted his head, a habit he always had when observing others.

[magic] [Soul] [Death] [Void]

".....A kind person." He quickly spoke.

"Kind? Why would you think I'm kind?" Myrtle asked with some surprise, as if she had never imagined that word would be used to describe her.

"According to your description, the Little Wizards of Hogwarts probably don't treat you very well, but I've rarely heard of you playing pranks or saying hurtful things at Hogwarts. Although ordinary ghosts can't play pranks like Peeves, they can suddenly appear to scare someone or chase after them with curses."

"But you endured those undeserved insults without any outlet. Perhaps at most, you just hid in this lavatory quietly... waiting for your mood to calm down. How can that not be considered kindness?"

Myrtle's grayish-white face uncharacteristically showed a hint of color.

"Perhaps you're right... Can you say more?"

"These are easy to say. You just haven't discovered your own strengths, such as wisdom. You are a Ravenclaw, aren't you? A Ravenclaw chosen by the Sorting Hat and Madam Rowena Ravenclaw. You can completely become the person you want to be, instead of letting others search for the qualities you've overlooked." Kaisen comforted her.

"Oh... thank you... But I'm still ugly, and I wear glasses, and I'm a crybaby." For that brief moment, Myrtle's mood improved, but soon, her mood dropped again.

"Come on, aren't all teenagers like that? At least from my adult perspective, you look pretty good, and wearing glasses isn't something to be ashamed of; I wear glasses too."

"Crying is also normal. Last year I had a student named Kasili, of course, she has already graduated this year. She was also a crybaby. She wrote to me recently, and she joined the Ministry of Magic's Department of Magical Law Enforcement."

Myrtle's eyes brightened as she looked at Kaisen.

"I know her, she's a good person."

Kaisen subtly wiped the sweat from his forehead.

Teenagers are really hard to coax.

Fortunately... I still have some talent.
