I always thought necromancy was about raising ugly corpses, commanding skeleton armies, and smelling like rotten flesh. Turns out, I was dead wrong. In this life—after betrayal, after death, after waking up with a second chance—I discovered necromancy could be used in a… spicier way.
"BEEP" "BEEP" BEEP"
I woke up, everything was...different.
the usual rotten smell was gone, instead it was replaced by a faint scent of a morning dew.
as I was struggling to get myself together, it suddenly hit me I regressed after being betrayed by those scum bags.
I remembered each word they said, every word felt like a knife tearing my flesh.
"do you even do something?"
"your sole purpose is to become a sex doll!"
these words doesn't hurt one bit.
I looked up to see my team captains reaction, but what I got is a disgusted look. I didn't expect anything like this my usual gentle captain isn't like this. he said something, it hurt as if an arrow pierced my heart.
he bent down and coldly said, "hey elara I know you're a goddess, but you see here.., we're surrounded by a horde of zombie. Do your purpose okay?" before I can even comprehend what the captain is saying, he pushed me from the building. i looked at them as I was falling but they didn't show any mercy, instead they laughed. I accepted my faith and began whispering, "if I have another life...I'll kill you all"
I fell from the building, they watched as I was being tear flesh by flesh by the group of zombies.
_______
I sit upright in my bed, the nostalgia hitting me. the soft bed that I used to sleep on.
I saw the calendar it was July, 8, 2028
2 more days before the apocalypse.
I stood up and began walking downstairs, I was staggering all the way my big chest bouncing back and forth every step I take.
I gripped the railing for support, forcing myself to move forward. No matter how disoriented I felt, I couldn't ignore the truth written on that calendar. The countdown has already begun.
Finally I reached the living room, my gaze fell upon the mirror I saw myself, a delicate young girl, with porcelain skin that seemed translucent beneath the light. "This is my younger self" I muttered to my self.
My eyes drifted across the mirror, I stared at my "big front".
I sat down in my squeaking chair, I felt like it could break in any moment but I brushed it off. I whispered to myself, "I should prepare and make sure they pay!
While I was preparing myself I saw a blue transparent thing, I muttered "is this the one that can grant you ability?..."
After saying that, it etched a word

I stared at the words for a long moment, my lips dry, my hands trembling slightly. The letters pulsed faintly, then glow into nothingness. Leaving the room unnervingly silent. I swallowed hard, forcing myself to look away.
"No....not yet.....I don't have time for this" I muttered, pushing the unease down. "If what I think is gonna happen, food will be worth more than gold."
I grabbed my worn out backpack and rushed out. The cool air brushed through me, and seeing people talking and cars driving by, made me uneasy because this isn't what I been used to.
I headed to the nearest gold shop, with a serious face slowly moving to the counter.
The people whispered there and there "why does she only have that ragged backpack?"
But I didn't care, I'll get the last laugh once the apocalypse struck.
"Good morning miss are you here t-" before the cashier can even finish her words I unloaded my backpack, the golds slowly dropped from the bag. Making noises as the golds fall one by one.
Someone approached me from the back, and said obviously flattering me. "Miss let's go to the vip room we can talk business there" I nodded slightly and followed the manager.
______
I'm now inside the room, the room is cold possibly due to the air cooler. The manager gestured for me to sit on the sofa.
I did as say and sat cross-legged.
I leaned back into the cushions. Now having been bored, I speak right into business. "So how much for all of that?"
I said with my face serious.
The manager stammered, I knew at a glance he's not the one to make customers lose interests, "y-you see here....w-we only have half of the money right now..." The manager said nervously, his fingers tapping on the desk as if the rhythm will distract me.
I tilted my head, unimpressed. "Half?"
The man swallowed hard, then pulled the brown envelope from under the desk and casually put it on my hands. "This is....fifty thousand. The rest will come later today, I swear"
I weighted the envelope, it felt thick enough to buy all my necessities. I smirked and said, "make sure to give it to me I need it fast. Don't make me chase you"
After the deal was done I slowly walked outside, with the brown envelope in my hands.
________
As I was walking through the supermarket something caught my eye, it was familiar yet I'm not sure.
I walked inside, The air wafted with a alcoholic smell, along with the indescribable smells.
My eyes drifted across the bar, and then something clicks. I muttered to myself, "t-this is one of the many structures that became a magical structure! The magical structure can grant it's owner a system without being a awakened. There's a rumor that a wandering store with 2 strange people and 3 little green things are inside it."
I rushed to the counter and immediately proposed an offer. "I'll buy this bar for 35k!"
The bartender was shocked he dropped the liquor in his hands.
With a stammering voice he said, "miss are you serious?!"
I nodded, and continued "is the offer small? If it is I can't b-"
He cutted me off, "you can buy this place, here's the contract he rushed to get the paperworks and the pen.
I readed the contract and it's good so I began writing my signature.
While I was writing my signature, I saw him staring intently, like he was waiting for this his whole life. "Finally someone will buy this low selling bar!" I heard him whispered but I still continued the signature.
The paperworks is ready and I pulled a thick 35k in my envelope and handed it to him.
Along with my phone buzzing, it was the manager, he sent me 50 thousand.
