Chapter 11: Awakening in the Village of Sunagakure
In a small, quiet room, a boy lay on a bed. There was no sound except for the gentle rustle of the wind coming through the small window, carrying fine grains of sand that fell onto the floor.
Morning sunlight crept in, illuminating the fine dust floating in the air, creating a scene that was almost like an illusion.
The room felt slightly hot and dry. It was almost entirely made of sand that had been compacted into a sturdy structure. The walls were brownish with a rough texture, and the ceiling was similar, with small cracks visible in several places.
The floor was also made of sand, giving a slightly dusty sensation even though it had been compacted. Even the bed the boy was sleeping on was not made of wood or metal, but rather sand that had been hardened to resemble a platform, covered only with a thin layer of fabric as a bedding.
Not just this room, but the entire building, even the whole village, was made of sand. A dry and barren village, where life depended on the scarce resources available.
The boy appeared to be sleeping soundly, his breathing regular, his small body covered by a thin cloth that served more to protect against dust than to warm him.
The boy's short, dark blue hair looked messy, with a few strands sticking to his forehead, slightly sweaty from the heat in the room.
The boy's eyes began to move, his eyelids twitching slightly, indicating that he was starting to awaken from his deep sleep.
Slowly, the boy let out a soft groan, his body stretching lazily before finally opening his eyes a little. The bright light pierced into his pupils, causing him to blink several times to adjust to the morning light.
"Uhm... Where is this..." the boy mumbled in a hoarse voice, half-conscious. His vision was still blurry as he looked around, trying to understand the situation.
As the boy's awareness fully returned, his expression changed immediately. He let out a long sigh, then stared at the rough ceiling above with a vacant look.
"Ah! Sunagakure..." the boy said in a tone full of despair. He sat up on the bed, raising both hands to rub his face, which still felt sleepy. "Damn... So this... isn't a dream, huh."
He—Souta—paused for a moment, allowing his still chaotic thoughts to slowly merge with reality. A nostalgic smile appeared on Souta's face, a mix of resignation and old memories that suddenly surged in his mind.
In his previous life, Souta was an orphan. Since childhood, his life had always been full of hardships. Souta grew up without parents, without family, relying only on himself. The world felt cruel to Souta, especially because of his nature, which was closed off and struggled to communicate with others.
Souta didn't have many friends. His social relationships were very poor, often leaving him isolated. However, Souta was not the type to give up on his circumstances. He studied hard, built a strong determination, and eventually dared to take risks.
After graduating from school, with great courage, Souta applied for a loan from the bank and established a robotics company. It was a significant step in Souta's life—a step that ultimately led him to success.
However, that success was short-lived. An accident at Souta's company, an explosion that occurred in the main laboratory, ended Souta's life in an instant.
But Souta did not regret his death. There was no family to mourn for him. He had also prepared everything, including leaving a small legacy for the only friend who had helped him greatly during his difficult times.

Chapter 12: Souta Goes to the Bathroom
And now, Souta has to start everything over again. However, this time, Souta is not in the same world. He has been reborn in the world of Naruto, specifically in Sunagakure—a village known for being poor, dry, and full of hardships.
Souta lets out a long sigh. He stares at the ceiling and then smiles wryly.
"Haah... My life is difficult again," Souta mutters while shaking his head slowly.
After gathering his resolve, Souta slowly rises from his bed. As his feet touch the floor, he immediately feels the rough sensation of compacted sand. Souta's first step feels a bit unsteady; his body still feels weak after waking up.
As he walks out of his room, Souta's eyes sweep across his small apartment. The tiny living room merges directly with the entrance, the bedroom is on the right, the bathroom is next to the bedroom, and across from the bathroom is a small kitchen with only basic utensils.
Although simple, the room is arranged quite neatly. There are no scattered items; everything is well-organized despite the minimal furniture.
Souta grabs a towel hanging near the bathroom door and steps inside.
Inside the bathroom, the air feels slightly cooler compared to the other rooms. Souta's gaze sweeps around, noticing details that he might have missed before.
There is a small mirror mounted on the wall, its reflection slightly blurry. A clean toilet sits there, showing that even though this village is poor, they still maintain cleanliness. What catches Souta's attention the most is the large bathtub in the corner.
Instead of being made of sand like most things in this village, the bathtub is made of compacted earth, ensuring that the water inside will not seep out.
Souta looks at it with curiosity.
"Interesting..." Souta murmurs quietly.
But what surprises him the most is when he steps closer to the faucet. With a bit of hesitation, Souta reaches for the faucet handle and turns it slowly.
A few seconds later, the sound of water trickling is heard, and water begins to flow from the faucet. Clear, clean, and quite abundant.
Souta stands in awe for a moment, then unconsciously raises both of his eyebrows.
"It seems I can take a shower in peace," Souta says with a relieved tone, a small smile appearing on his face.

...
In a bathroom that is almost entirely made of sand, Souta stands next to the gentle flow of water coming from a faucet made of rough clay.
This simple design, although it looks primitive, serves its purpose well. The water flowing from the faucet falls softly, adding to the peaceful atmosphere in a room that contrasts sharply with the harshness of life outside.
The bathtub, also made of earth, holds water perfectly without a single drop leaking out. This earth, although it appears rough, has the ability to retain water, creating a natural bathtub that can hold a lot of water without leaking.
Souta gazes at the calm surface of the water, with a few soap spots floating on top, creating small bubbles that reflect the dim light from the sun coming through a small vent in the sandy wall.
Souta reaches for the bar of soap resting on the side of the bathtub. The soap looks simple, with a surface that has been slightly scratched from use, but it is effective enough to clean Souta's body.
Souta finds it strange to discover this bar of soap in a village that has always been known as the poorest. Sunagakure, with almost all its buildings made of sand, has facilities that are far better than Souta imagined. There is running water, soap, and even a clay toilet.
Souta smiles bitterly, unable to fathom how the waste disposal system works here. This clay toilet does not look like those in other villages, but Souta feels quite relieved, as everything, although simple, functions well.
