In a small, silent condo office, the only sound was the steady clatter of the keyboard. Noona—real name Khanittha Worametakul, pen name Noona Pantawan—was buried in her manuscript, but her eyes blurred with fatigue.
Last night...she had dreamed again.
> Two large black wings spread across the sky.
A man's voice said, "Will you forget... or will you remember?"
"Damn it..." Noona pressed her fingers to her temples. "The same dream every night... I'm going crazy."
Her phone vibrated, showing "Pantawan" on the screen.
"Hey, Tawan," Noona answered.
"Still not sleeping? Planning to blind yourself from all that work?"
"Deadlines for the editor. Who has a boyfriend to support them like you?"
"Oi! Teasing me..." Pantawan chuckled softly, then his voice grew serious. "But are you okay lately, Noona? You look unusually tired."
Noona fell silent for a moment...

The lights flickered in the room. Flick! Noona jumped, her heart pounding.
