An alarm clock went off showing 9:00 am, before being turned off by a teenage boy with reddish-brown hair and green eyes, with his ears protruding from his head, and a scar running horizontally under his left eye and above his left cheek. His name, is Nick Brown.
Nick: (groans) "Stupid alarm clock." (sighs and gets out of bed) "Whatever."
Nick is then seen in the bathroom looking at himself in the mirror.
Nick: "Well Nick, it's time for yet another boring normal day, in this boring normal world. I wish I was in a world where things interesting happen. Especially sense I've FINALY graduated from high school a few months ago and my eighteenth birthday has passed a week ago, and Summer Vacation is almost over."
Nick then leaves his family's house, as he decided not to move out and live with his family while using his paychecks to help pay with bills, and goes for a walk through town. We now see Nick walking down a hiking path in the town's local forest. Nick doesn't know what to do, as he won't be graduating from high school until after he takes an extra year due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Nick's application for a college that's in a town two hours away from his was declined as there was no open spots, so Nick was now waiting for any opens in town so he can get a part-time job, as he applied for a job at the local Dollar Store, and gas station, he's just waiting for them to call him for an interview. It wasn't going easy, seeing as Nick has autism, making job hunting difficult for him. Nick isn't having a good high school life, as all of his male "classmate" are always mocking him for being autistic and having an overactive imagination, and other things that make Nick who he is, this leading to him becoming a loner at school with an extremely fragile trust in other guys, especially when his male "friends" from middle school all started to hang out with his bullies and one even calling him a "piece of trash", leaving him to only be able to trust his female classmates. Nick may also be the only guy his age at his school who will graduating, as all the other male "students" his age are literally stupid, always disrupting and having their phones out in class, making inappropriate comments, breaking all the school rules, drawing inappropriate things on the stalls in the boys' bathrooms, failing every class their in, skipping classes, not to mention the massive after school, weekend, and summer detention records, and failing grades to the point their all still in ninth grade while Nick will be graduating with passing grades. Nick had been living an ordinary life, and he wasn't comfortable with it. It wasn't like he had a girlfriend or anything, seeing as girls never showed any romantic interest in him, and ever since his sorry excuse for a "biological father" abandoned his family years ago, Nick mentally blocked himself from falling in love ever since he was ten years old, this is out of fear that he would end up the same as his "father", some one who would neglect his family and then disappear leaving zero good memories with his children, leading them to hate him forever. Plus, Nick's mother didn't have a good "father" of her own, as hers was an abusive alcoholic. Nick has excepted this and never looked for a love life, deciding to just stay single forever, not like he cares for something he sees as pointless and worthless. Nick is now seen exiting the forest and onto an open space next to a river dam overlooking the bridge on main street that leads out of town. Nick then lays down on the grassy hill to look at the scenery, then, a strange beam of light came from the sky, striking him. As he opens his eyes, Nick suddenly finds himself sitting across a table from a strange man, with a beard. Nick was very confused.
Nick: "Um....Who are you?"
Man: "This is the first time you and I have met, Nick Brown. But, your family have been devoted to my son's teachings for generations."
Nick: "So....You're God?"
God: "Yes, yes I am."
Nick: "I'm guessing this is just a form you're taking right now to talk to me?"
God: "You're clearly a smart Human, and surprisingly calm about meeting me in person."
Nick just shrugs his shoulders.
Nick: "I'm guessing that weird beam of light that fell from the sky killed me?"
God: "Sadly, yes. You see, Nick Brown, that fool, Loki, decided to steal Zeus' thunderbolt, and somehow succeeded in doing so. Heracles, and Thor went after him to retrieve the thunderbolt, but during their chase, Loki dropped the thunderbolt and it's energy struck you. Which leads us to where we are now."
Nick: "But, there wasn't a storm over town down on earth."
God: "Loki was in Ohio at the time, but when he saw Thor and Heracles, he fled through a portal and tripped on his own foot."
Nick: "Do I even want to ask why Loki wanted to steal Zeus' thunderbolt in the first place?"
God: "He may have wanted to cause massive thunder storms in the Human Realm as a "Prank". But, it's also possible he planed to use the thunderbolt to start Ragnarok. He has been captured by Thor and Heracles, but the thunderbolt has not been retrieved yet."
Nick: "Why hasn't it been retrieved yet?"
God: "Because it's in your hand."
God points to Nick's hand, causing Nick to look down to see that he is, in fact, holding the thunderbolt in his left hand.
Nick: "Oh. How did I just now notice that I am holding an actual thunderbolt?"
Nick then puts the thunderbolt on the table between him and God.
Nick: "So, what now? Seeing as I'm dead, am I going to Heaven or something?"
God: "Yes, you could go to Heaven. However, seeing as your death was unintended, and caused by divine conflict, I've decided to instead give you the choice of being revived in another world. You may also choose which world you'd like to be revived in."
Nick then thinks about which world he wants to be revived in.
Nick: (thought) 'Let's see, which world do I want to go to? Remnant from RWBY, maybe? I'd get to go attend Beacon Academy and become a Huntsman, bonus, I'd unlock me Semblance, whatever that would be, and become friends with Team RWBY, Team JNPR, and Team CFVY. I'd just have to ask God to make me the age to enter as a first-year student, and maybe make a few changes in Remnant's timeline. Maybe a Kamen Rider world? I'd get the chance to become a Kamen Rider, and live out my childhood dream of being a superhero. A Marvel dimension? A DC dimension? Like the world of the original Teen Titans, or the reboot Teen Titans. Sonic the Hedgehog's world? A Pokémon world, perhaps? The world of Zenless Zone Zero? Mmm....So many options to choose from as a world to start a new life in."
Nick then figures out which world he'd like to go to.
Nick: "Oh, I know. How about being revived in the world of RWBY, Remnant?"
God: "...."Ruby"? Do you mind if I read your mind to learn about this "Ruby" world?"
Nick: "Oh, yeah sure, go ahead."
God then proceeds to read Nick's mind, and learns everything about RWBY.
God: "I see, an interesting choice. Very well then, I shall send you to this "Remnant". And, I can give you the ability to use your Semblance if you'd like."
Nick: "Yes, please. And, can you send me outside of the City of Vale?"
God: "Of course, my boy. Is there anything else you may wish for, any items you'd like to bring with you to this new world?"
Nick: "How about all of my stuff from Earth?"
God: (Nods) "Very well then."
God then snaps his fingers, and summons all of Nick's stuff, and puts them inside of a small bag.
Nick: "Is this a Dimensional Bag?"
God: "Yes, it is."
God then snaps his fingers again, creating a magic circle to appear under Nick.
Nick: "Oh, could you also tell my family about all of this? I think it might be for the best if they knew."
God: (Nods) "Of course, I'll have Michael inform your family."
With that, Nick disappears.
Location: Remnant
Nick opens his eyes to see he is on a small hill in a grassy field.
Nick: "So, this is Remnant huh?"
Nick then looks across the field to see a town around a mile away.
Nick: "So, there's Vale. I sometime before Volume 1. (notices a red, reptilian tail next to him) Wait, is that a tail?"
Nick then notices that he has a pair of red wings. He then looks at his left hand as random information appears in front of him, showing different kinds of information, with a screen showing that Nick is using Semblance, which is called Conjuration, which allows him to manifest anything in his mind into reality. It also shows he is a Red dragon Faunus.
Nick: "Wow. So this is my Semblance huh? And I'm also a Red Dragon Faunus? That's awesome. Okay, now that I'm here in Remnant, time for me to go to work."
Nick then picks up his Dimensional Bag and uses his Semblance to open a portal, which he walks through.
