Chapter 104 - Chapter 104: Uru Metal, Rune

"Last time, after you and Thor defeated that Iron monster, you went to a place called Asgard, right? It was Asgard, wasn't it?" Tony stood in front of the Armor, arms crossed, observing if there were any changes to it after the battle. He found that despite the intense battle with Noah, the Armor remained undamaged. So, he raised his hand and told Noah what had happened after he left with Thor on the day of the Destroyer duel.

"Then, those scattered remnants that you blasted apart, I thought it would be a waste to leave them to the S.H.I.E.L.D. people, so I brought the largest piece back," Tony said. He considered himself talented, and it would be a waste to leave such a miraculous alien Armor to those mysterious S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents, wouldn't it?

"But I think Nick shouldn't have any objections, otherwise, he would have called me to return these things by now."

Next, Tony clicked on a nearby projection a few times and had Jarvis pull up the data.

"The metal that Armor was forged from is a very peculiar metal. It's incredibly hard, harder than most metal materials on Earth, and it has extremely high energy conductivity," Tony said, enlarging the data and speaking to Noah.

"This metal is called uru, one of the rarest metals in the Universe. This metal possesses powerful strength and magic conductivity and can be used to create powerful magic equipment. Thor's Mjolnir is made from this metal," Noah directly told Tony the name and function of Uru. Knowing the plot, he understood this metal well; it was one of Marvel's famous metals.

"Oh, you actually know about this metal. So, all the remnants I brought back are made of this metal called uru, and you said Thor's Mjolnir is also made of uru? Does that mean my Armor has also become a divine artifact?" Tony thought of Thor's divine artifact hammer that could control lightning and couldn't help but ponder.

"Emm, pretty much. Thor's Mjolnir was enchanted with Thor's power when it was forged, and the Destroyer, it is King Odin's armor. After it was forged, King Odin enchanted it with the power of Rune, which are those Runes from before, so it should also be considered a divine artifact," Noah said. But seeing Tony's eyes gradually light up, Noah continued:

"However, what you brought back are just remnants, not a complete divine artifact. One day, if you can collect all those fragments, you should be able to obtain a complete Destroyer Armor." The Destroyer, over nine meters tall, though hollow, if entirely melted down, the resulting Armor would likely not be too small. Could the Hulkbuster Armor be making an early appearance?

Noah interrupted Tony's rising excitement. In fact, he still had some thoughts unsaid. This Destroyer Armor belonged to Odin; it was just secretly taken out by Loki, that mischievous child. If Odin were to awaken, it was uncertain whether he would reclaim this item.

Thinking of this, Noah discovered another problem: Wasn't Odin still alive? His soul should still be able to perceive some things. So why could this Destroyer Armor give Tony a Buff? Was it allowed by Odin?

'Forget it, don't speculate too much about these old guys' thoughts; it'll just give me a headache.' Noah put aside his wild thoughts and reached out to tap the Destroyer Armor.

A touch of magic contacted the Armor, and then the mysterious Rune began to emerge on its surface again, quickly spreading throughout the entire Armor.

"These are the Rune."

"Legend has it that King Odin hung upside down on the World Tree for nine days and nine nights, obtaining the Rune. Then, he exchanged his right eye with Mimir, the God of Wisdom, to obtain the Runas spell. The combination of the two is the legendary Rune," Tony said, looking at the glowing Runes.

"Oh? You know quite a lot," Noah said. He didn't really understand these things himself, only knowing that these mysterious Runes belonged to Odin's Rune. After all, he wouldn't pay special attention to these Norse mythology stories.

"Of course, after I learned that Asgard truly existed, I specifically researched this Norse mythology knowledge," Tony said, looking at the Runes that once again dimmed due to the lack of subsequent magic support.

Noah nodded, then thought of something and turned back to Tony, saying:

"Tony, you'll need to exercise more from now on. These divine artifacts from Asgard require physical exertion to use. This effect will become even more pronounced once you collect all the Destroyer fragments later."

"Physical exertion? Why didn't I feel anything just now?" Tony asked, puzzled. He didn't feel weak after the Runes disappeared.

"Did you forget this?" Noah flipped his hand, shaking the golden bell that suddenly appeared in his hand. Michael's Blessing had not only healed Tony's injuries but also restored his stamina, which was why he hadn't felt any loss of energy.

Tony suddenly understood. It seemed he would have to add exercise to his future schedule.

"By the way, Tony, you don't have magic, so how did you activate this Armor?" Noah asked, puzzled. In his perception, this Armor was a magic item. Could Tony's Arc Reactor power this thing?

"I tested it step by step. By adjusting the Arc Reactor's energy output to the appropriate frequency and fluctuation, it can simulate the energy required by the Armor (I made that up)."

"It can actually do that."

Next, Noah helped Tony tidy up the Rune inscribed on the surface of the Armor. Although he wasn't very familiar with Rune, magic generally leads to the same destination, with similarities. And Noah had recently learned the magic of Kamar-Taj, so he had some insight into this aspect and was able to repair some magic patterns.

After all, when Tony forged the Armor, he melted down the Destroyer's remnants and then remanufactured it, which more or less affected the Rune inscribed on it. So Noah took the opportunity to repair those things.

Tony watched Noah's hands emitting magical light, performing some gestures that seemed profound and unfathomable to him. He sighed with emotion:

"By the way, you're only 16, how did you learn so much, both magic and technology?"

Although Tony considered himself a genius, at 16, he had only graduated from MIT a year ago and was still in the learning phase. While he was an unimaginable genius compared to ordinary people, compared to Noah in front of him, he seemed like a small witch meeting a great one.

After all, Noah in front of him was not only a scientific genius but also a powerful Mage. Tony didn't know how he learned these things. Did he start reading and learning magic from the womb?

"I can only say it's natural talent," Noah thought. The system is strong, having a system makes you the boss.

"The place where I learned magic, I can take you to see it if there's a chance in the future. I think you'll like it there," Noah said. After all, in some parallel Universes, there exists a Sorcerer Supreme, Iron Man. If Tony were brought to Kamar-Taj, perhaps some unexpected things could happen.

"Alright." After a short while, Noah finally finished organizing those Runes. After all, this was not his familiar field, and it was still somewhat challenging.

"Great job, Noah, I really need to thank you properly today. It's lunchtime, how about staying for lunch?"
