Not far from the Vibranium mine where Noah arrived, an ancient, mysterious underwater kingdom was hidden. Although called a kingdom, it resembled a thriving tribe. The people of the deep sea traveled on the backs of whales, merchants hawked their goods, and children played. Even more miraculously, despite the extreme depth of this ocean, the entire city was enveloped in a layer of warm, soft light.
In the center of the kingdom, a colossal structure, almost a temple, was fixed to the seabed. At the top of the building was a suspended artificial Sun, created by Namo so his people could feel the sunlight even underwater.
This was Talokan, Marvel's mysterious underwater nation. And in the temple directly beneath the artificial Sun, Namo sat on his throne, listening to the soldiers below report on their duties.
"Kukulkan, please look at this. This is what our guards just discovered." A blue-skinned soldier, clad in Talokan Vibranium gear, held a high-tech tablet and reported to Namo.
Namo watched the scene in the video. The tablet played content recorded by monitoring equipment. The video showed Noah emerging from the Abyss Submarine, and then the monitoring equipment malfunctioned, plunging the video into darkness.
"This is? Are these images transmitted from the equipment near the mine?" Namo frowned, looking at the projected content, leaning slightly forward from his throne. He felt an uneasy sensation in his heart as he looked at the strange fellow in the video.
"Yes, our personnel just discovered this. An unidentified person approached our Vibranium mine through some kind of Teleportation method," the soldier reported.
"Soldier, issue orders. Assemble the team, prepare the equipment, and come with me to the mine to see what this person's purpose is," Namo instructed the soldier after some thought. He had a feeling that the person in the video was not simple, and he had to go personally to see what the other party intended to do.
The scene returned to the Vibranium mine. After emerging from the Abyss Submarine, Noah went directly to the area indicated by the mission arrow. After observing the situation on the seabed, Noah raised his hand, condensed magic, and blasted it towards that area. The magic ball struck the seabed, instantly stirring up sand and creating a chaotic scene that obscured visibility. Noah then used Water currents to carry away the stirred sand. With the surface sand cleared, the seabed in that mission area revealed blue glowing ore—the Vibranium mine, a very rare and precious ore in Marvel.
"Lissandra, look, that's our mission objective this time: Vibranium, a special metal," Noah said to Lissandra. Lissandra likely hadn't seen this type of ore before.
Upon hearing this, Lissandra detached from Noah's shoulder, flew above the Vibranium ore, and transformed her suspended structure into a mechanical tentacle to touch the Vibranium. Her eyes emitted scanning beams, and after scanning the Vibranium ore, Lissandra flew back in front of Noah.
"Noah, the molecular structure of this ore is very special. I haven't seen this kind of ore before," Lissandra said to Noah. Her data did not contain records of this ore, but Noah, of course, knew this because Vibranium is one of Marvel's unique ores. Besides that, other well-known ores in the movies include uru and Adamantium.
"Vibranium is a very powerful metal, capable of absorbing heat, energy, and kinetic energy. Equipment made from this metal will be extremely powerful. Lissandra, I plan to use this metal to forge your future body," Noah said.
"I look forward to it. This ore will have many uses."
Looking at the exposed ore, Noah stroked his beard, contemplating how to extract these ores and how to transport them back after extraction. He wasn't sure if his system backpack could hold so much Vibranium, but after a brief thought, he decided he should first extract the ores and then consider how to take them back.
In the pitch-black seabed, the sand that had been swirling in the Water had long settled. Just as Noah planned to try digging out the Vibranium from underground, a slight ripple emanated from the distant seabed. Noah detected this ripple and sensed that someone was approaching.
"Are those people from Talokan?" Sensing someone approaching, Noah stopped his actions concerning the Vibranium and turned to face the direction of the ripple. Noah slowly descended, standing beside the Vibranium mine with his hands behind his back, quietly awaiting the arrival of the Talokan people. He intended to deal with the trouble of Talokan first, then handle the Vibranium.
Three thousand meters deep in the Atlantic Ocean, a humanoid catfish stood on the seabed, with a spherical machine floating beside him. The ground beneath his feet glowed with a faint blue light, the only illumination in this area. Several hundred meters away, many figures were rushing towards them.
"Lissandra, come to my side. Enemies are coming."
No sooner had he spoken than the Talokan group approached. Noah had already seen the Talokan group, and the Talokan side also saw the two—not two people, but rather one catfish and one machine.
Leading the Talokan group was Aquaman Namo, Marvel's anti-hero character, King of the underwater kingdom of Talokan, and an ancient Mutant. He possesses powerful physical attributes, with a pair of small wings naturally growing on his ankles. These wings not only allow him to swim incredibly fast underwater but also grant him the ability to fly on land. However, Namo's abilities are weakened on land, so his strongest form is in the sea. It is said that Namo possesses power as mighty as Thor and Hulk in the sea. Noah had not witnessed Namo's power in the Water in the movies, but he would soon get to.
Namo led several teams of Talokan soldiers. These soldiers all had blue skin, looking like Avatars. This was due to them drinking a mysterious herb born from Vibranium. Originally, they were land dwellers, but later, due to illness, their people drank a potion made from the mysterious herb, gaining the ability to breathe underwater but losing the ability to breathe on land. However, this herb also strengthened their bodies, granting them tough skin and great power. Of course, Namo was different; he was a Mutant, born with a pair of ankle wings, possessed a longer lifespan than other Talokan people, and could still breathe on land, making him the Talokan people's natural King.
Namo gazed at Noah opposite him, and the scene fell silent, with only the sound of the Talokan people moving through the Water. After a moment, Namo spoke first.
"Stranger, you have now entered the borders of Talokan. State your purpose, or we shall treat you as an enemy," Namo said, pointing a Vibranium spear at Noah.
"Ha~ haha, deep-sea dwellers, I heard that you have something very precious here, so I came here to make a deal with you," the large catfish chuckled deeply, stroking his whiskers, his huge tongue sweeping over his equally large mouth as he spoke.
Namo's gaze swept over the blue-glowing ore exposed on the ground, knowing what the other party was there for, and said, "Stranger, you are not welcome here, and Talokan will not make a deal with you. Leave here quickly, or don't blame us for being impolite."
"Don't rush, deep-sea dweller, you haven't heard the terms of my deal yet. Don't refuse so easily. The specific terms of the deal are…" Noah paused here, then grinned and let out an evil laugh, saying, "Trading your lives for Vibranium, how about that?"
Upon hearing Noah's words, Namo's expression instantly turned furious. This fellow was clearly here to cause trouble. Namo said no more and immediately ordered his nearby soldiers to attack, determined to take down this arrogant fellow.
Several blue-skinned deep-sea soldiers charged directly at Noah, holding spears and turtle-shell-shaped shields crafted with Vibranium. Their speed underwater was incredibly fast, and within seconds they rushed in front of Noah. Their spears thrust forward, cutting through the seawater, about to pierce Noah's body.
But the sensation of piercing flesh did not reach their hands. They only felt as if they had struck a wall. The soldiers looked closely and realized their spears had not pierced the opponent's flesh, but were blocked by a pale White shield that had appeared in front of him.
This was Tahm Kench's Thick Skin, a shield formed by Noah using Tahm Kench's magic. The powerful shield directly withstood their attacks, not even stirring a ripple. Noah opened his large mouth at the people in front of him, his massive tongue lashing the seawater forward, transmitting immense force through the Water as a medium. These soldiers were directly knocked back by this force, leaving a trail in the seabed, then losing consciousness and floating in the sea.
Noah didn't want to touch them with his tongue; it would make him feel like he was licking them, which was a bit disgusting, so he used this technique. Although Tahm Kench always licked people in the game, Noah didn't want to do that.
Meanwhile, Namo, seeing his soldiers knocked away by Noah, became extremely angry. He decided to take action himself and teach this madman who dared to offend Talokan a lesson.
