Rebecca's dad has been very supportive financially but she was almost getting used to being without him. During the divorce process she was given the right to chose which parent she was going to live with and she had chosen to live with her mom but honestly she loved her dad more and that's why news of his infidelity hit her harder than she had expected
'She had hated him
Now the man she hate the most in the world was here in her room sitting comfortable on the world and smiling like he had just won the father of the year title.
"Come here honey" her father's words jolted her back to reality
"What are you doing here dad?" she asked in a voice filled with all the anger she had kept bottled in
"That is not the way to talk to your dad her father young lady" Her father said
"I want you to leave my room this instant"
"I really want to talk to you about something important so please if you would quite acting like a child and sit down for a minute"
"If you wanted to talk you would have called, you can't just show up here unannounced after cutting communication for over a year"
"Can you just stop for a second"
"I want you to leave my room and go back to where ever you are coming from" Rebecca said pointing to her door and refusing to bulge
"I have missed you, you will forever be my little girl", he got close to her and patted her affectionately on the head.
"We both know who you love, get out and go back to that cheap excuse you have for a secretary, that home wrecker
"I will not have you speak to her like that, she is expecting a child and we wanted to be officially wed before the child gets here, I really wanted you to be there for me on that special day"
"Oh, I guess she did not want her child to be a bastard" Rebecca said with a smirk on her face
"I think I made a mistake coming here" Her father said as he stormed out
Rebecca sank to her knees and wept, she had no idea where the rage came from, she did not want to feel this way about her dad but she could not help it. He was no longer the loving father she once knew, he had totally disregarded how she felt and he was planning to start another family. She won't be his only child again and the thought of that made her very sad. She laid in her bed, turned her face to the wall and wept.

She was back in that night her father stormed out of the house. Her mother had come to her room to check if she was really sleeping and she had pretended to be sound asleep so her mother does not feel so bad. Her mother quietly locked the door and went into the kitchen and brought a bottle of wine. Rebecca had heard the wine pop open from her room. The mother was talking to someone on the phone.
"Gerald has left me, he could not even wait for Rebecca to get better, he just left his sick girl to go be with his mistress" Sully had cried that night for hours Rebecca heard her mother cry and she cried too, she wailed just as she was doing now because it felt like she was losing her father all over again.

Rebecca fell asleep while crying and when she opened her eyes it was very late in the night. She had woken up to the sound of something falling. Phoebe had come back earlier to prepare for a party and noticed her sleeping and had tiptoed to get ready so as not to wake her up but she had accidentally knocked of her Stanley cup while trying to put on her booths.
"I am sorry for waking you up" Phoebe said very apologetic
"It's okay, I really needed to wake up thanks"
"Why are your eyes swollen? oh my god did you cry? Phoebe asked her with a mixture of concern and shock. "Who is that son of a bitch, just give me a name and I will find him and end him? Phoebe added
Rebecca laughed so had she felt a bit better " No there is no he"
"So it's a she? Phoebe said
"It's not that, just something personal" Rebecca said
"You do know I am here if you need to talk, I am really sorry about Julian"
"It's okay, I just overreacted"
"So are we good?"
"Yes, I honestly can't stay mad at you? Rebecca said smiling and Phoebe jumped on her to give her a hug that did not go well and they both burst into laughter.
"So do you want to come for the party?"
"No, I don't feel up to it, "
"Well you would be missing out on the fun, don't feel bad when you see the Instagram pictures." Phoebe said getting her purse and leaving. stopping at the door to turn and look at Rebecca. "Are you sure you are good?, I can cancel and stay here with you if you want."
"I am fine honestly"
"Oh thank god for a second I thought you'd ask me to stay" and they both laughed as she hurried out.
Rebecca felt really hungry and looked around the fridge for something to eat, she found milk and a sandwich and she got back in bed to eat it. Her hostel was far from quiet, it seemed everyone was going for the party.

Julian had not seen Phoebe the entire time, he had no way of getting in touch with her and it really bothered him. He honestly did not want to come to the party tonight but he knew Phoebe and he knew she would never miss a party even if that party was a frat party happening on a Monday and it had nothing to do with her. He was counting on the fact that Phoebe would be able to persuade Becca to come and so he started looking for Phoebe in the crowed. Amidst the loud music playing he had seen people in a corner having a drinking game and they were cheering and he looked closer and saw Phoebe having a drinking competition with some guy, which she obviously one and proceeded to collect the money she one.
Julian smiled when he saw her and she thought he was smiling for her and she moved to him
"Do you see something you like?' she said in a flirty voice.
"Did you come with Becca, where is she?
"Oh" She said in a disappointed tone. "Well she's not here"
"Well where is she?"
"Calm down lover boy, I am not your private investigator"
"Come on Phebs, you would at least know where she is"
"Oh I know but it will come at a price"
"What price?" Julian asked clearly running out of patience
"Just dance with me:
"Really?" Julian asked looking shocked. "You just want a dance? "
"Yes, a lady can't ask for a dance?"
"She sure can," Julius said as he took her hand and took her to the dance floor and they dance to a routine with every one and it was very exciting.
After the dance routine ended Phoebe looked at him laughing almost out of breath. "I would never had pictured you to be a dancer but boy do you know your moves"
"So tell me where is she?
"Well at least let me catch my breath" He just stood there signaling her with his eyes to talk. "Fine, she said in surrender, she's at the dorm, she wasn't feeling up to coming out."
"Why?, is she okay?"
"One dance one answer remember" She smiled at him, grabbed a drink from the bar and walked out leaving him with more questions but she even had more to ask.
He ran to catch up with her but his guys blocked his path asking him to join them for drinks and games and when h looked he could not see her again. He gave up and joined them for drinks and a game.
