He often caused trouble for Decade, but due to his position as the second Rider, he and Decade/Xiao Ming had a love-hate relationship. Initially, they were enemies, but eventually became friends.
Because Decade indulged him so much, he was jokingly called "Madam Kaito" by many netizens.
"Quick, follow them. That's who we're looking for, Xiao Ming!" Han Yu pulled out a few Japanese yen bills from his pocket, slapped them on the table, and then dragged Stark away.
It was hard enough finding them, there was no way they were just going to let them go.
