Chapter 3 - Chapter 3: The Science of Goal Setting

Dreams become reality only when you set goals and act on them. Without goals, you wander aimlessly. With goals, every step takes you closer to your vision.

Follow the SMART formula:

Specific – Clear and focused.

Measurable – Trackable progress.

Achievable – Realistic steps.

Relevant – Connected to your purpose.

Time-bound – With a deadline.

Exercise: Write three goals for the next year. Break them down into monthly and weekly actions. Check your progress weekly.

Example: Instead of saying "I want to be healthy", say "I will exercise 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for the next 3 months."
