A group of people once tried to stop Honkai by themselves. Each of them was strong—strong enough to contend against Herrschers, even the Herrscher of Flames.
A burning angel who led armies to victory, mastering binding and domination. He was called the Angel of War.
A mirror-like angel who could reflect the entire world with a single gaze. Along with his other selves, he fought against Rimestar. He was called the Angel of Reflection.
An angel who wandered across the world in search of a reason to live, monocle gleaming beneath his pointed hat. He was called the Angel of Time.
Another burning angel, this one filled with wrath and fury at the disasters that struck humanity. His flames could scorch even Flamescion and Star. He was called the Angel of Decimation.
A beautiful angel with pink hair who traversed time itself, slicing apart space and years with her blade. She was called the Angel of Setsuna.
An angel overflowing with knowledge and imagination, the one who envisioned a brighter future. He was called the Angel of Imagination, and he led them.
Together, they aided Flamescion, Truth, and Origin, ensuring victory. Flamescion became the Finality of Honkai, and humanity bloomed once more.
They were remembered as the Ancient Sun Order.
Past
Before them came another group—not heroes, but wretches remembered as such. They had not saved anything, yet history still called them heroes.
Fourteen sat in their ranks:
The first, cloaked, with a massive clock behind him, monocle glinting under his pointed hat. He was called Error.
The second, a white-haired, emotionless figure wielding a burning greatsword. He was called Deliverance.
The third, a woman so beautiful it seemed God had sent her to protect humanity. She was called Ego.
The fourth, a priestess with eyes of despair, seeing futures drenched in ruin. She was called Discipline.
The fifth, a striking red-haired woman, her very presence embodying wealth in a world of despair. She was called Gold.
The sixth, a woman who embodied steampunk itself—an aura of intellect and invention surrounded her. She was called Helix.
The seventh, a white-haired man wearing the mask of a fallen foe, embodying divine rage. He was called Decimation.
The eighth, a man whose eyes were shut yet who seemed to see everything. He was called Bodhi.
The ninth, another pink-haired beauty, but this one's face was still and emotionless, her aura a calm lake. She was called Setsuna.
The tenth, a boy with dark green hair and a detached air, unlike Deliverance, yet capable of emotion. He was called Daybreak.
The eleventh, a green-haired woman with serpent-like eyes. She was called Infinity.
The twelfth, a little girl with a paintbrush, sketching worlds onto the paper before her. She was called Stars.
The thirteenth, a woman with neck-length hair and a fiery yet controlled aura. She was called Vicissitude.
The fourteenth, a girl with feline features, playful yet enigmatic. She was called Reverie.
Together, they were the Flame Chasers.
Present
Now, in this broken world, three leaders stand at the helm, each ruling in their own way.
The leader of Anti-Entropy was their Sovereign, ruling through freedom of action. He was the Herrscher of Reason.
The leader of World Serpent was a relic of ancient times, the last bearer of the previous era's dreams. He was a Flame Chaser of Deliverance—and the strongest human alive.
The leader of Schicksal was called the Overseer. He commanded the entire organization, wielding relics of the past to fulfill a final promise to his beloved. He was the False God.
Together, they ruled the world—one in the shadows, one through mechanical life, and another with his army of Valkyries.
And as I, ROB, look down at it all, I whisper the truth:
"For all this time, they only ever had one goal… and it was to survive."
