Once dinner was over, the girls told me to head to the master bedroom and wait until they called for me. I lay on the bed, casually scrolling through my phone. If this had been the old me, my heart would've been pounding like crazy. But now I felt surprisingly calm, excited, but not nervous.
After a few minutes of waiting, I got bored and stood up. I was only wearing a pair of black shorts. What the hell was taking them so long?
I quietly walked to the door and cracked it open. The girls were all huddled together in the kitchen, whispering and struggling with something. They were… wearing some costumes. And those were… some costumes, alright.
"This is so embarrassing…" Jasmine muttered.
"Let me try it," Tessa said.
I stepped out and stopped in my tracks at the sight in front of me.
