Hours passed, they remained in the room of a hotel to rest, for the rest of the day. But Zeriel didn't liked doing nothing, and knowing he couldn't go away because would just get inside the Master Ball, he then hesitated side eye looking the Master Ball, and then he grabbed it and accidentally pressed the button in the middle, making himself getting back inside of it.
The three got surprised of what just happened, Ash remained in shock and surprise as that caught him off guard, while Brock and Misty remained worried, both trying to think of why Zeriel did that. But as was too late, the three decided to not think much about it and sleep.
In the morning, Misty and Brock woke up early while Ash remained snoring. Both hesitated for a second before glancing at each other to then sigh. Brock then walked out of the room, while Misty moved to wake up Ash, but the Master Ball fell down to the ground and bounced a little few times, until it suddenly started glowing a red clear crimson color from the middle as if it was coming from inside.
Misty wondered, but when she moved to grab the Master Ball, it suddenly opened and Zeriel got out yawning, and then he I stretched his head side to side and his arms.
Zeriel: "Are we there yet...? Huh?... We didn't even moved..."
Zeriel hesitated while looking around, and then turned and looked at Misty.
Zeriel: "What? What do you want now?"
Misty: "Uhm... N-nothing, you got out by yourself."
Zeriel: "Eh? No, I can't for some reason, is not like I could anymore, so-"
Then, the snoring of Ash made Zeriel stop and move his hands to his ears.
Zeriel: "This motherfucker does that loud noise?!? Fuck!!"
After a second, Zeriel quickly moved his right hand making his right hand and Ash have a blue outline and then Ash quickly floated as Zeriel swong his right hand down, making Ash fall and crash against the ground, waking up instantly.
Ash: "Ouch! Ugh, what?"
Zeriel: "Fucker!! THe fuck's wrong with ya?! Why you so fucking loud?! Disgusting!!"
Ash: "Eh? What do you mean? Loud?"
Misty: "You snore, Ash. That's the problem and what it's all about."
Ash: "I do? Hehe, I didn't know."
Zeriel: "... Disgusting... Let's go already. I have better things to do."
Zeriel then started walking, but before he could leave the room, Misty made him go back to his Master Ball.
Misty: "... Phew... Well, Ash. Brock is waiting us for breakfast. Ready?"
Ash: "Yeah! Let's go!"
Misty: "And your neck? Are you alright?"
Ash quickly got up and ran outside with energy. Misty hesitated, surprised for few seconds, but then she sighed and remained with a worried and concerned expression.
Misty (Whisper): "This kid... Ash is just a kid... Can't blame him, is just 10 years old, can't really expect him to be really prepared for his trainer journey..."
After a while, they took their breakfast, and started walking to Cerulean City. The travel was quite long, but also quick as wasn't really far away. When they reached Cerulean Gym, as they entered, they were suddenly surprise by Lily, who also got surprised and dropped a little yell.
Lily: "Oh, Misty!! You're here! I thought you would drown in your way~"
Misty: "Yeah... Nothing will ever 'drown' me, Lily."
Lily giggled, and then moved over Brock who got surprised and moved slightly back as Lily leaned over him.
Lily: "I also see your got yourself someone strong~. I see why you left the gym, from Water Type Gym to Watered Girl~"
Misty: "Lily! Is not like that! Don't get things as aren't!"
Lily giggled while moved away from Brock. Brock remained surprised, while Ash was curious and intrigued more for what they needed from Misty.
Misty: "So, what do you want?"
Lily: "Oh, nothing much. Just your help to help us with our sweaty duties~. You know..."
Misty: "... Seriously?... You want me to help you with something about your show things??... No, I have other things to... do... Oh, ugh..."
Brock: "You noticed you sound like it. Seems like it could have been really your Pokémon after all."
Misty: "Don't say anything about it, Brock..."
Lily: "Oh, say everything about it, big wall~. What Pokémon is it?"
Misty: "No! Lily, go away back to work!"
Ash then pulled out Zeriel. Misty gasped and her expression went of deep worry and surprise. Brock remained neutral. Lily gasped and was amazed about Zeriel, and quickly grabbed him and hugged him, caressing his face with her own.
Lily: "Oh my GOD! Is so cuteeee!"
Zeriel hesitated, surprised and caught off guard.
Zeriel: "Uhm... thanks..."
Lily: "Gasp Can talk too?! The best and cutest Pokémon EVER!!"
Zeriel moved his hands to his ears, and closed his eyes as was discomforted by how loud Lily was being. But then, she quickly grabbed Misty and ran inside the gym with excitement.
Brock and Ash remained hesitant, surprised and in shock, but after a second, Ash got curious and decided to go inside, and Brock after sighing, decided to follow Ash.
Meanwhile, Lily took both Misty and Zeriel to Daisy and Violet who were in a backstage room of the Gym. In the way, Misty was leaded as Lily had her grip over Misty's right wrist; while Zeriel hesitated and remained calm and curious, even reaching to remain his hands over Lily's shoulders.
After a moment, the three reached the backstage room where the three of Misty's sisters usually prepare for the battle shows or spectacles for Kanto. Misty remained refusal, while the situation made Zeriel curious and so he remained calm. The way Zeriel was behaving made Misty annoyed and concerned, not buying anything, but couldn't also accept how Lily was being so affectionate with Zeriel, and somehow, Zeriel was letting himself get treated like that.
Meanwhile, Ash and Brock sat down in one of the person viewer chairs, waiting as they couldn't go further in the gym.
In the backstage, the three sisters prepared themselves for the spectacle, but Misty always refused to say anything about their suits.
Daisy: "Please, Misty. We want your help to see how we can improve. Could you accept this is what we want?"
Misty: "But is not how a Gym Leader should be. You're taking this as a spectacle or show, instead of taking it seriously."
Lily: "But this is our way. We take it as serious as the flow of water, or the blood in our veins. We flow along our style seriously in battle and shows."
Misty: "No, you're not. You're just ridiculing the Gym and yourselves."
Lily: "And how about your 'friend'? Still wanting to baby sit him with your boyfriend?~"
Misty: "I don't baby sit Ash, and Brock is not my boyfriend!"
Lily: "Whatever you say~"
Misty then, enough of dealing with this, couldn't handle it anymore and furious walked out. Brock noticed and called Misty to go with her, and then Ash noticed Misty who started walking towards them. Both noticed how she was, but she didn't wanted to talk about it, but then Ash asked Brock asked about Zeriel as Ash had the Master Ball but Zeriel was with Misty. Then, Misty's expression went pale and deep worried as ever before, as just noticed she left Zeriel with her sisters, so she quickly got up and started running, but then got stopped by a guard who told her she couldn't as The Sensational Sisters were preparing themselves for the show that was about to start.
Misty tried and begged, but couldn't, and Brock had to hold her to calm her down that they would find a way to make Zeriel get back to the Master Ball.
Meanwhile, in the backstage, the three sisters wondered, while Lily explained to Daisy and Violet that Zeriel could give them his opinion as was capable of talking. Both got surprised and curious, and decided to ask Zeriel to help them for the suits.
Zeriel hesitated for a short moment, as the name Lily made him remember, but after a short moment he composed himself and got back to reality. His expression trying to hide he was about to cry, so he nodded and quickly accepted.
Zeriel: "Uhh... Y-yeah... I can."
Daisy: "Interesting, so it does talk... Fascinating."
Lily: "Isn't as I told you? The best cutest Pokémon ever! It can help us, is very cute, and is easy to hold! Is so adorable!!"
Lily then moved her finger to touch Zeriel's nose.
Lily: "Pop."
After a second of Zeriel hesitating, he closed his eye sockets and moved his tongue slightly out. Day and Violet giggled, finding it actually adorable, while Lily grabbed Zeriel against, squishing it to her body. Zeriel hesitated, but after a second, he slowly started to move to hug her, until few seconds later, he hugged her, but then she moved him up and made her arms be around him with his arms above her's.
Then, Lily started playing by caressing Zeriel's nose with her own, moving her head side to side. Zeriel hesitated, his breath steady and heavy, but after a short moment, he stopped hesitating and placed his hands over her cheeks, and after a second of both staring, he gave her a lips kiss, despite not having lips, he just made as he did.
Daisy: "Ooohhh, seems like Misty's Pokémon likes you more than her~"
Violet: "I... That was quite... Yeah, it does like you, definitely..."
The three blushed, but Lily did more. Zeriel also blushed, but with his blush was slight faint blue over his skull, making his skull change color from white into this faint blue ocean color.
Lily: "Oh, so you like me more than Misty?~"
Zeriel hesitated, her playful expression making him even more nervous, and after few seconds of looking around and wondering ended in him moving his hands to cover her mouth while remained looking to his right. His skull now deep blue color.
Lily hesitated, but enjoyed how Zeriel was at that moment, and giggled. After a moment, Lily moved him to sit, and then quickly prepared the tools the three sisters used to create their costumes and with a quick glance, Daisy and Violet understood and started working on a costume for Zeriel.
After quite a big while, all lights went off in the gym. There was more people now in the viewer sits than before, and they all except the three, Ash, Misty and Brock; knew the spectacle was about to start.
After a short moment of tension, slights started to light up, highlighting the entrances where each sister and their Pokémon were about to enter, and so, from the left, Daisy entered above Tentacruel, the tentacles making her capable of posing and moving around to change of pose as Tentacruel moved; from the right, Violet riding Lapras calmly, and then Violet got up and jumped along an impulse of Lapras, reaching to get on top of Lapras' nose and then Violet started spinning calmly and slowly while posing shyly; and then from the middle, Lily walked along her Vaporeon, both dancing and posing romantically and with passion, almost a duo dance.
After a short moment, the three stopped and moved to be together, while Vaporeon jumped and posed above Lily's head. The spectacle had started, and was on live all around Kanto.
Misty was deep worried, as was wondering where Zeriel would be, but then, for her surprise, and the surprise of everyone there and watching the live, from the opposite of where the sisters were, Zeriel suddenly appeared after teleporting, with small bones in a circle around him.
Misty went pale after seeing what Zeriel was wearing, not liking the way her sisters interacted with Zeriel. Brock and Ash were surprised and in shock of how all was going, but Brock was more shock of Zeriel have letting himself by the sisters to do such thing.
Zeriel slowly turned around, the bones slowly moving and following him while remaining around him in circle, until he walked a little and faced the three.
Daisy: "For today's show, we have a special battle spectacle for you all! In here, we have Zeriel Drelith, our special guest for today! Let's give him an applause as welcome!"
Lily: "Why don't we send him a kiss with our hands? Such cutie deserves some warmed hearts flowing through us!"
All the viewers who were in person and on live, except Ash, Misty, Brock, the Elite Four, and Oak; did send a kiss with their hands, to then applause. The noise in the gym was huge, and Zeriel looked around nervous but highly surprised. After few seconds, he moved his right hand to his chest, holding the costume on that spot.
Misty couldn't handle it anymore, and so grabbed the Master Ball from Ash, despite had to jump over Brock. Ash got surprised and wondered what Misty was about, while Brock got stunned and surprised. Misty grabbed the Master Ball, and tried making Zeriel go back, but when the red trail reached Zeriel, suddenly, it got cancelled. Everyone observed, and the cameras moved to Misty holding the Master Ball, but then, all the attention was moved to Zeriel, as the costume started to glow and shine, as in the decorations, were all of them done of Water Gems along Water Stones.
Lily: "Sorry, my dear sister, Misty~. But we cannot afford you to take away Zeriel from us~. He has been crowned as the official Cerulean Mascot. Right, everyone?~"
Misty slowly fell down to sit, her expression gone and deep dead worried, and her face pale. Brock tried to make Misty react, but then as she didn't react, decided to hug her, and after few seconds, Misty slowly reacted and moved her left arm to barely hug Brock.
After a moment, the battle begun, and everyone was extremely excited. The three sisters started dancing, and their Pokémon followed along, while Zeriel jumped into action against the three.
Bones flied everywhere, but the water moves of Lapras and Vaporeon worked to counter the bones, while Tentacruel used Hydro Pump, but Zeriel quickly made a Soul Blaster appear and both moves shocked against each other, and instantly, the water started forming waves and then move Hydro Pump exploded into a rain of sparkles and light.
The fight continued, and the sisters dodged with their dancing ballet moves every single bone with precision. The three even moved together to dance along in tango dance or even impulse each other in the dance, while Zeriel continued the battle against Lapras, Vaporeon, and Tentacruel.
The three overwhelmed Zeriel, their moves doing super effective damage, but then in surprise, Violet got impulsed by Daisy and Lily, and landed behind Zeriel. Zeriel hesitated, but was quickly grabbed by Violet who threw him to Lily, and then, the three started throwing Zeriel to each other and dancing a little with him.
Daisy spined around with him in hands, Violet posed while holding Zeriel, and Lily danced more closely and almost in a romantic way holding Zeriel. After a while, Zeriel started to get dizzy for being thrown around, and when Lily had him, he suddenly threw up.
Lily hesitated, and moved him closer to her, with his back against her chest, and her head above he's. Zeriel hesitated, coughing a little very few times, and with a sick expression.
After a short moment, Lily lifted him up, showing him to the viewers, and slowly spined around until facing Vaporeon, who used Water Gun cleaning Zeriel instantly, and then Lily got out a Persim Berry and started feeding Zeriel as if he was a toddler, slowly and with care. Zeriel then recovered, and Lily spined him before holding him closer to her, and even kissing him with love and care across his skull.
The kiss slowly went into passionate as he moved his hands on her shoulders, but after a short moment, she broke it and moved him around to then drop him down, and then, he observing Lily, started following her moves to dance along her. At first, he was barely doing so, but as he continued only looking at her, he started moving less shily, until a while later, he did a spin and faced Lily and danced face to face.
After few seconds, Vaporeon started using water moves to create water beams, but after few seconds, Zeriel did a move of pointing with both index fingers to up in each side, and two Soul Blasters appeared, one in each side. Lapras and Tentacruel then used their moves and fueled the Soul Blasters with water, and when they shot, the beam was an explosion of sparkles and light along small sized rain everywhere, and Vaporeon remained over Zeriel's head as both Lily and Zeriel continued dancing.
After a moment, the show continued, until the stones glowed more and more, and then, they started being covered in flames, and Zeriel started to glow white. Everyone then got in shock, as the sihlouette of Zeriel moved bigger, as it moved his hands in a circle around, and flame appeared following the hands' movements, and then Zeriel finished evolving.
Everyone was in shock, as Zeriel was taller than Lily, with bigger horns, and was now partially with white fur over him, and his pupils glowed intensely. Then, Zeriel moved and grabbed Lily's hands, and both started dancing in a romantic tango dance, where Zeriel was leading Lily, and placing her to pose while holding her. As they moved, Zeriel's hands moved in circles constantly, and around them, a small flame moved alon Zeriel's hands movement.
After a while of the dance, Zeriel moved Lily down while holding her, both highlighted alone, and then Zeriel finished the dance with a sudden moved after few seconds where moved her up against him, and then give her a passionate kiss.
Everyone got in shock and awe, including Ash, the Elite Four, and Oak; while Brock and Misty were in shock and worried, their concern to other level, mainly Misty as was seeing one of her sisters in such position with what considers such extremely dangerous Pokémon.
After a short moment, he broke the kiss slowly, and then spined her again, but this time moving her away, and Daisy and Violet supported her to then pose together, and after a second, Lily recovered and posed too. Vaporeon jumped from Zeriel's head, and then Zeriel moved his hands slightly, and the flames followed his hands and palms. The stones on his decorations glowing blue ocean with an intense ember flame on them.
Zeriel: "Now, let's get into real show, shall we?"
The three sisters glanced at each other, and then nodded, and the battle then started.
Lapras used Hydro Pump, but Zeriel moved his left arm like holding a shield, and a bone wall raised up blocking the move. Zeriel then aimed his right hand at Tentacruel, making bones fly towards it, and Tentacruel used Acid Armor raising it's Defense by 2, but the bones impacted and pierced it, making it be highly damaged.
Vaporeon jumped in front of him, and Zeriel made Vaporeon have a blue outline and float caused of Blue Magic, but then Vaporeon used Muddy Water that impacted on Zeriel's face and he moved his right hand to quit it, what allowed Vaporeon get free, and move away.
Zeriel then moved his hands, and around him, a flame ring appeared moving around him and up. the three Pokémon used Hydro Pump, but when they impacted on the flame ring around Zeriel, the water instantly disintegrated. Zeriel then moved, and Soul Blasters started appearing, easily impacting both Lapras and Tentacruel, and both fainted. Vaporeon moved quickly, dodging the blasts, and used Last Resort, and broke through the flame ring taking high damage, but also impacting on Zeriel. But then, Vaporeon also quickly fainted by the damage from the flame ring as it continued hitting constantly.
Zeriel hesitated, and then lifted his right arm and right hand closed with strength, and it was covered in flames. He then swong his right arm, and all in the gym turned into flame tone visual, and with flames everywhere that didn't raise higher but were constantly moving left and right. Zeriel then walked, slowly but firmly towards the three sisters, and then using his Blue Magic, made them float, and then in a sudden move, he started dancing with the three at the same time in a tango dance.
Zeriel moved constantly, making them spin, turn, move up and down, and pose in many ways. His movements were calculated and leading the three. The three were constantly spinning, and only stopped when were hold by Zeriel to pose or dance for a little in a much more closer way, before he changed of sister and made the before one spin and pose again.
After a while, Violet posed down, sitting with her legs and arms down, and laying against Zeriel's right leg. Daisy posed over Zeriel's back, in a dramatic pose. And Lily posed with Zeriel's left hand over her back again, moved down and being hold by him, and then kissed passionately again.
After a moment, the show ended, and the viewers started to leave, but the awe generated in that spectacle was something no one in Kanto would ever forget.
Misty walked towards Zeriel, and in desperation, tried any possible way to make the Master Ball work, but it didn't, and she even tried hitting Zeriel's chest with the Master Ball in case it worked, but didn't either. Misty then tired and desperate, decided to catch her breath, and give up.
Brock hesitated, lifting her up and holding her.
Lily: "Don't worry, sis~. You have your boyfriend right there. Don't try to steal mine, man eater~"
Misty hesitated, mad, but was too tired to deal with Lily, so sighed and took a deep breath.
Ash: "That was AWESOME! I can't believe you evolved!"
Zeriel: "Yeah, well... I'm sure there's much more than this."
Lily then started moving her right hand over Zeriel's chest.
Lily: "That means you can evolve again?~"
Zeriel: "Well, I'm sure I can. But only time will tell, and... Don't worry, I'm sure I'll be here quite often."
After a moment, Ash, Misty, Brock, and Zeriel; left the Gym, and started walking to their next objective. But after a short moment, Brock stopped.
Brock: "Ash, go ahead of us. I'll take Misty with me to rest. I think she does really need some good rest and be out of worrying."
Misty (Whisper): "But... who will make sure... that doesn't kill Ash?..."
Brock: "Don't worry, Ash will be alright."
Ash: "Yeah, Misty! I promise I'll be alright. You don't have to worry about anything. Me and Zeriel will continue on our own, and we'll surprise you how I befriend it."
Zeriel: "... Whatever you say, kid. I just tolerate you because I have to, not because I like you."
Ash: "That's good enough for me! You always start in somewhere! So let's go, and let's reach the goal of becoming the Pokémon Champion."
Zeriel: "... Heh... And what would that make me? If Pokémon Champion is for the trainer, what for the actual Pokémon?"
Ash: "Well... How about... Champion Pokémon? The Champion of Pokémon? The Pokémon of the Champion?"
Zeriel: "... You kinda suck with names... Just like me, heh. We'll see what we can get from granny, and for sure he gives me a better title."
Ash: "Yeah, I'm sure Professor Oak will know better titles."
Zeriel: "So... Who's next?"
Ash: "Oh, well I have six gym badges, what makes us... Well... I don't know, but we can ask people to know. I just need eight before challenging the top and becoming the Champion!"
Zeriel: "So... two Gym Leaders, and then those who are the top, and that's it?"
Ash: "Yeah! Said is way easier than done, so don't get over yourself."
Zeriel: "Wanna bet?"
Brock and Misty hesitated, both observing as both Zeriel and Ash walked together forward to the next Gym, Blaine in Cinnabar Island. And after a moment of Brock calming Misty down, both started walking slowly away.
Meanwhile, the Team Rocket was panicking, as Giovanni was forcing everyone to be prepared for that Pokémon for when they had to face it.
Giovanni: "Now, with everyone getting ready... Let's begin the last step, Mewtwo. If we want to can win, we need Mewtwo. And with that last said, all steps and instructions are told."
Team Rocket Members: "Yes sir!"
Then, they started mobilizing and preparing. Giovanni hesitated but after a second he slowly lifted his right hand as he was holding a Master Ball.
