"Ooogaloo!!!"
"We brought you some weird, (and somewhat okay tasting...) Leaf Cookies!", John Shouts out at the entrance of the doorway to Ooogaloos (very cozy looking and kind of jungly, room/house room.)
"Eh, to be honest, I don't think Faith knows how to cook very well" ,Veronica says a little too honestly as she still continues to much on the supposedly "gross" cookies.
"Yea, plus they're, kindaa blaand..." John whispers even more honestly hoping nobody will hear them as they cluelessly start to pass the room Ooogaloo is in, while still somewhat smack talking Faith's kind of off putting and very dry, mushed leaf "cookies".
"Are you two talking blasphemy about the Faith woman's cooking skills??"🤨, Ooogaloo suddenly asks from his cozy, two chaired room with a bricked fireplace that's warming up the very small but still very nice room near the side of his whole big house-like area of the tower.
"Um nope" John yelps.
"Nuh uh" Veronica shouts, (respectfully lying of course).
"Oh, Don't worry..." Ooogaloo grumbles and then chuckles as just to he tries to calm their worries.
Then he whispers to them, very confidently while trying to wisp out his somewhat funny, but very quick and easy, and not as stale as the cookies..., joke.
"I really didn't care for the "Blue Banana" Casserole she made the other day if I'm being fair... tasted like liquid mud if I'm being real with you two." They then slightly chuckle happily for a quick second and then he hops out of his chair, goes to kneel on the floor, and starts praying.
"So Ooogaloo, why do you pray to a God from our planet, it's a totally different planet if I'm being honest."
"Listen... John, that was your name wasn't it?" Ooogalooo asks John, in which the still curious but somewhat non-beliefed John replies, "Yes. That's my name"
"Okay, John. if your alright with me asking..."
...
"Do you believe?"
"Believe in God?", John asks as he still questions in a spectacle.
"Yes..., Do You Beleive in Him?"
"In which John replies, No, not really, I don't beleive in any Gods..." then Ooogaloo takes a deep breathe, as if he's breathing true life in and out of his body itself.
"You may not believe in any gods, but... if you were given a choice, one choice that outlasts time and will always be there for you to grasp and cherish, no matter what, would you choose it?
John then falls back into the other chair and closes his hands together while leaning forward, his back far from the chair, and tilts his head downward.
"I... ... I don't know.", he mutters in near but not yet full silence.
Ooogaloo then leans foward, and speaks straightforward, with full truth, honesty, and that sparkle in his eyes that no one can ever take from him but is also a light that he wishes to give away to someone who has been sitting right in front of him all along.
Ooogaloo then breathes these words out in response to John's Lost filled, "I don't know".
"But He Does."
"And speaking of... I want you to have something, Johnny boy"
The Old Ape they've come to know well, then pulls something out from underneath his own cozy chair and holds it out, handing it to John.
John then dusts it off a bit to reveal a leather shirt made out of a similar material to a crop bag, that, firmly dyed into the shirt with an almost permanent like chalk material (or like dusty permanent paint) was a yellow and white colored cross with a colored "rainbow-like" circle around the cross with stripes of all the colors of what a rainbow would look like, all around that cross in one very bright, colorful, God-Made Shirt.
John then cries intensely as Veronica asks him,
"Yo you okay bro?"
"Are you alright John, I can take back the shirt if you don't want it?"
He then welps in pure joy and thankfulness,
"I'm sorry... I've just, never really gotten a gift from someone as kind before..."
"So thank you, Ooogaloo..."
"For your kindness".
"Your True Kindness."
