Chapter 9 - Chapter 9: Your Surname Is Fegalando!

The bear swallowed the Paw-Paw Fruit in a single gulp, and Linlin's rage boiled over—her eyes locked on Ji Ge like she wanted to devour him alive.

But at that moment, she was powerless. Jialin Shengzheng had her completely restrained, leaving her no room to move.

Taking advantage of this, Ji Ge reached out and pulled Ivan toward him, shouting at the bear:"Bear! Use your ability to send us away! Control your strength—just shoot us!"

Ji Ge had already explained to the bear how to use the Paw-Paw Fruit's ability for quick travel.

Fortunately, the bear was highly compatible with the fruit's power. The moment Ji Ge spoke, the bear glanced at himself, then appeared beside Ji Ge almost instantly.

Ji Ge spread his hands, summoning swirling black vortices in each palm. Their powerful gravitational pull drew in Ginny and the injured Ivan.

Meanwhile, Ji Ge kept a wary eye on Sartan, who was fighting against the Rocks Pirates. According to the original timeline, this man should have interfered with the bear's actions.

Yet Sartan never moved toward them. Ji Ge guessed it was because Jialin had left the battlefield.

After all, until Roger's crew arrived, facing the Rocks Pirates was already a challenge for the Marines and Sartan combined, even with their strong fighters.

The bear raised his paw again, preparing to send himself and Ji Ge away from God Valley.

Jialin, who had been silently observing Ji Ge, noticed the bear's power and realized Ji Ge was about to escape.

Just as the bear's paw was about to touch Ji Ge, Jialin suddenly shouted:"Boy! Remember! Your surname is Fegalando!"

BOOM!

The Paw-Paw Fruit's power activated, and Ji Ge's figure vanished in an instant.

The bear wanted to save more slaves, but Rocks suddenly went berserk. His overwhelming Conqueror's Haki exploded outward, and God Valley turned into a scene of chaos—lightning crackled, thunder roared, and the very air seemed to tremble.

Rocks' red eyes locked on the spot where Ji Ge disappeared. His roar echoed through the sky:"Bastard! Where did you send that kid!? That's my fruit!!"

Sengoku and Garp exchanged confused glances."What fruit? The Paw-Paw Fruit?"

Though the bear had great potential, he was still young. Rocks' Conqueror's Haki stunned him for a moment. Regaining his senses, the bear immediately used his ability to teleport himself away.

"Sartan!" someone shouted. "Jialin! Come back quickly!"

Jialin hesitated briefly, then released Linlin and returned to his own battlefield. Linlin, no longer restrained, had no intention of joining the fight. Instead, she turned her attention to finding the Green Dragon Fruit.

From a distance, Sartan breathed a sigh of relief when he saw Jialin's return. He muttered:"That fruit… it should've been yours."

Jialin shook his head calmly."I'm not that interested in Devil Fruits. I only came here for the thrill of the hunt. Besides, the fact that he's alive means Vegapunk's experiment worked. That fruit suits him best."

Sartan opened his mouth to say something, but Rocks didn't give him the chance. In a flash of black lightning, Rocks charged forward, fists blazing with fury.

Garp and Sengoku, standing in front of Sartan, stepped aside—whether by coincidence or intent, no one could tell. Jialin didn't intervene either, cautious of Rocks' power.

The Celestial Dragon guards, loyal to the end, charged at Rocks fearlessly. But in his eyes, they were insects. Many were obliterated instantly, reduced to clouds of blood mist.

Rocks' devastating punch sent Sartan flying, his cane spinning through the air. The strike left him reeling.

Sengoku tried to suppress a laugh, while Garp couldn't hold back a loud snort.

"Garp!" Tsuru pinched his side hard, her face stern.

The attack even broke through Garp's Haki defense, leaving him grimacing in pain.

The Rocks Pirates, however, laughed without restraint, mocking Sartan mercilessly.

Despite the blow, Sartan got up quickly—Zoan Mythical-type users had incredible recovery. Even so, his trembling body proved that Rocks' strike was no joke.

Sartan glared coldly at the Marines, then fixed his gaze on Garp, who was casually picking his nose.

Though anger boiled within him, Sartan knew Garp was too important a fighter to scold. He swallowed his pride and ordered Fleet Admiral Kong:"Destroy the Rocks Pirates. Leave none alive!"

"Hah!" Rocks sneered."With just you lot? After today, I'll be king of the world! Come on, brats!"

The battle reignited. Despite the combined forces of the Marines and the Holy Knights, the Rocks Pirates held their ground, even suppressing their enemies at times.

Rocks himself grew more excited as the fight went on. He had hoped to claim the Dark-Dark Fruit, believing it would make him unstoppable.

But the resistance he faced didn't worry him. If anything, he saw opportunities.

Among his crew, Kaido fought the hardest. Still a young, wild fighter, he swung his massive mace with terrifying force, attacking anyone in his path. His savage fighting style stood in stark contrast to the other captains' more cautious approach.

Rocks made a mental note: once he won, Kaido would be promoted and rewarded.

But celebrating early was always a mistake. Just as Rocks was about to crush a Marine officer's neck, a crimson-black slash ripped through the sky.

"Divine Departure!"

Rocks' pupils shrank. He tossed the Marine aside and leaped back just in time.

The sword strike hit the ground, splitting it open and sending clouds of dust into the air. When the smoke cleared, a massive ravine lay before them.

A man in a red cloak descended confidently, a grin on his face.

"Roger!" Garp roared, his fighting spirit reignited. "You bastard, you finally showed up!"

Roger smiled at Garp, then leveled his sword at Rocks, his voice firm:"Rocks… you're too dangerous. I can't let you continue."
