[Yes! Most of the perks are pretty self explanatory but just to explain, by Legendary Potion talent we mean for example Severus Snape would have that talent or for Legendary Transfiguration Talent Minerva McGonagall would possess that.
Now as for the more complex Debuffs I'll first start with
(Fated Enemy) This Debuff makes it so that when you are born your fated enemy will be born also whether that's in a different country or continent they will absolutely be born.
This enemy will grow fast encouraging you to grow even faster, you and your enemy shall first meet when you are 16 and you will battle it out, whether you die and they live or they die and you live is all up to how strong either of you grow.
(Orphan) If you choose this Debuff when you are 5 years old your parents will be killed in a Wizarding battle between DeathEaters and Aurors. There is nothing you can do to stop it.
(Hated by the Dark) If you choose this Debuff, you shall be hated by dark magic and therefore you will also be hated by dark wizards, your Dark spells will be severely weakened.
(Hated by the Light) This Debuff is basically the above Debuff but flipped, Light Wizards hate you and your light spells will be severely weakened.
(Coward) If you choose this Debuff, you will instinctively become a coward and you will feel the need to run from every fight you are in.(this Debuff can be removed by sufficient Occlumency shields) ]
