Chapter 5 - Chapter 5; What does she want now!

Her eyes roamed around the place but couldn't see anyone, "Boss, I wanted to clean the other two halls but they are locked.." she muttered carefully while walking around tiptoeing.

The office was all mirrored entirely and you could see yourself wholly, while moving around she knocked into a human wall.

"Aah sorry.." she lost her footing and the person wrapped his strong arms around her waist pulling her closer and letting her stabilize her footing.

"Miss Yun, we meet again.." he eyed her as he let go before settling down on his office chair.

This was the first time she was seeing this man, what did he mean by again, she always cleaned the floor but it was rumored that the CEO of Mo Conglomerate operated from the States but there was a person who was in charge and she could always find him in that office.

"Have we met Boss? How come I don't remember?" she mumbled as she sneakily eyed him, he was handsome and masculine, his eyes were deep blue with thin lips, his face was smooth and clean, and his hair was cut short but you could see the wisps of hair falling all around and neatly combed as the back had a total low cut.

Why did they say he was a Devil? She couldn't see anything that expressed him to be so.

"No we haven't met, so what were you asking about?" he lifted his head and gazed at the girl who was standing there and studying him.

"The other two halls are locked, I wanted to clean them up.." she muttered eying him, she didn't feel any cold feet nor feel nervous facing him.

"No need to, they are clean... You can go and do other jobs.." he respectfully dismissed her as he got a file to work on.

"All right, thank you, Boss.." she turned around to exit but halted midway... "Boss, can I take a half day off?" she politely requested keeping eye contact.

"Sure.." he gave her an off.

"Thank you, Boss..." she rushed out to get her work done then she could take a half day off.

She had exited when Mo Tang walked in, this was the man, Yun Luo knew as the boss and who commonly used that office.

"Mo Zi Xuan, welcome back.." he rushed in and lunged at the man who was looking at the files.

"Mnn... What brings you around here?" he inquired curiously.

"Got all the information you asked for me to find, here it's... But why are you interested in her?" he inquired curiously as he settled down on the desk while tossing the file onto the same desk.

Mo Zi Xuan was almost turning thirty while Yun Luo was going to turn twenty while Mo Tang was twenty-four years old.

Mo Zi Xuan was the youngest son of the Mo family and he was labeled as the heir and next patriarch since birth.

He got the file and opened it up, he read the little information noted on the papers.

He had seen her last night when she was having a fallout with Mo Zi Lin and also knocked into her but what triggered him to get her information was when he heard something about the formula.

The Mo Conglomerate Foundation was all about traditional years old perfumes, they excelled in producing top-notch perfumes and only the top families and rich families were able to buy them.

But when he had knocked into her, he could smell a natural scent that wafted out of her body, it was calm and not revolting, he didn't know why but his body didn't react upon her close touch but most importantly, he was allured by her resilience.

"Raised by a single mother, no other family member... Her mother was diagnosed with cancer, kidney failure, and liver cancer... She dropped out of the top University after failing to attend and pay for the exams and lack of fees or and scholarship..." he read out loudly, he then recalled, seeing her this morning looking all happy, was she good at masking her sadness or was its numbness.

" Okay, you can leave.. " he threw the file into his drawer before getting a pen and began working on the files while Yun Luo began dispatching and arranging the files that were lying around in those three-floor offices.

"Grandma said, she wants to see you.." he patted his shoulders knowing why his mother was looking for him. Mo Tang was the eldest grandson as his father was around his early forties while Old Madam Mo was mid-sixties.

"What does she want now?" he mumbled feeling irritated, he had just returned and there was a lot to do in company before he could even settle down.
