Chapter 130 - Chapter 130: The Remaining Three as the Others Gradually Retreat

A flash of cold light arrives first—then the spear strikes like a dragon!

The sacred lance swept forward, and Lamorak's strength was displayed in full. Her speed was extreme, her power overwhelming, and her spear technique terrifying. Kaido was being pushed to the brink of collapse—especially by that dreadful holy lance.

Even Kaido's defense seemed meaningless.

Guardian.

True to its name, this was the weapon Lamorak created to protect her king: a sacred lance forged from the fragments of a broken holy sword and a shattered demonic spear.

Its holy side represented protection.

Its demonic side represented destruction.

This was Lamorak's life from birth—blessing and curse, angel and demon, holy spear and demonic spear existing side by side. She had always walked the line between the two.

Strange… yet perfectly natural.

Because she was Lamorak.

Clang! Clang!

Crackle!

Wounds were rapidly accumulating across Kaido's body, and his expression grew darker and darker.

"ROAR!!"

At last, Kaido let out a thunderous howl and transformed into his Azure Dragon form, shooting into the sky and glaring viciously at Lamorak.

For the second time—

Kaido chose to retreat.

He knew he was no match. Not even close.

Lamorak simply stood there, holding her spear with one hand, not even sparing him another glance.

Tap. Tap.

She walked back onto the deck and returned directly to the cabin, as if the rest of the battle had nothing to do with her.

For Lamorak, once the king's ship was safe, everything else was irrelevant.

She did not enjoy meaningless combat.

Who the enemy was didn't matter.

She only carried out the king's orders.

And the king's order was simple: protect the ship.

Nothing more.

---

"Well… that's Sir Lamorak for you," Gareth sighed with a smile.

Then Gareth moved.

With explosive speed, she unleashed terrifying power and cut down pirates in droves.

Galahad also surged forward, shield and holy sword in hand, launching fierce and relentless attacks.

He knew he could not retreat. If he gave an inch, the enemy would press forward endlessly.

He would not allow Britannia to lose here.

As the first Round Table Knight summoned into this new world, Galahad had sworn an oath:

He would never disgrace the king again.

He would ensure Britannia's stability and protect the king's growth.

Every Round Table Knight shared this resolve.

Clang!

cough…

Even in a three-versus-two situation, the gap in strength was undeniable. Captain John wiped blood from the corner of his mouth and shook his head.

"That's enough. This treasure… isn't worth it."

John loved treasure—but not enough to risk his life.

"I'm out. This isn't my fight. I don't need the money. Crew—withdraw!"

The John Pirates retreated immediately.

With John's departure, only six remained:

Arthur, Ochoku, Shiki, Big Mom, Whitebeard, and Silver Axe.

Anyone could see how this would end.

The final three would be:

Arthur. Shiki. Whitebeard.

Not because Arthur overwhelmingly surpassed Big Mom or Ochoku—but because of his unique physique. In a prolonged battle, Arthur had the greatest endurance advantage.

Which meant victory would naturally tilt toward him.

...

Silver Axe dodged one of Whitebeard's massive attacks and smirked.

"Ochoku… time to leave. If we keep taking damage, it'll become troublesome."

"Tch… fine. Shame we couldn't kill Arthur today."

Truthfully, everyone here wanted Rocks' treasure—but none of them wanted it badly enough to die for it.

They were all former Rocks Pirates. None of them lacked wealth.

If they suffered too much damage chasing an uncertain treasure, it simply wasn't worth it.

Their real goal had been Arthur.

Killing him would have been ideal.

But today… they had failed.

Still, that didn't matter.

"Arthur! Next time, I'll kill you!"

Arthur chuckled. "No need to hide it, Ochoku. I know you're planning something. Acting like this isn't your style."

Ochoku froze—then burst into laughter.

"You really are sharp. I'm looking forward to your strength."

He turned and left.

Everyone understood the unspoken rule:

No one would fight to the death here.

If one side truly went all-in, the others would seize the opportunity immediately.

So once victory became impossible, they withdrew—just like Chinjao and the others earlier.

They had come for treasure—but not at the cost of everything.

Arthur smiled faintly.

"Then this ends here. Ochoku… I look forward to your preparations. But don't reveal them too early."

Ochoku grinned. "Just you wait."

As he left, his mind raced.

The Pendragon family… the Round Table Knights… they're strong. Lamorak's abilities are still unclear. We'll need more preparation.

Even Ochoku now realized that defeating Britannia with only Silver Axe would be difficult.

Silver Axe also departed, laughing.

"Next time, Arthur. Don't disappoint me."

Arthur watched them go thoughtfully.

Ochoku and Silver Axe had clearly formed an alliance—and likely intended to recruit more allies.

Who will they approach next? John? Or… someone else?

Arthur smiled faintly.

Meanwhile, Big Mom laughed.

"MAMAMAMA! Shiki! Whitebeard! I'll leave the treasure to you—for now. I'll take it back later!"

She left as well.

With Ochoku, John, Silver Axe, and Big Mom gone, only three figures remained.

The final three.
