After days of traveling through the forbidden mountains, the group reached a massive, ancient gate. The large stones and ancient carvings held the legends of the Path of Glory.
Arin took a deep breath and said,
"This… this is the gate the village elder spoke of."
The Silent Mage raised her hand and whispered an arcane chant. A faint light emerged from the carvings, but the gate remained closed.

"Only those with a pure heart and steadfast will may pass through this gate."
Daren stepped forward, gripping his sword tightly:
"Then we must be tested… but how?"
A faint voice whispered in Arin's mind:

The group paused for a moment, fear and doubt rippling through their eyes. Each knew that passing the gate would require courage, trust, and faith in one another.
