Chapter 1: Immigration
The sun had barely risen over the dusty streets of Accra, but Kofi was already wide awake, his mind racing with the plans he'd been making for months. He'd heard stories of a land across the sea, where opportunities bloomed like flowers in spring. America, they called it. A place where dreams came true, and futures were forged.
Kofi's eyes scanned the cramped room he shared with his family, the worn furniture, and the faded photographs on the wall. He knew every inch of this place, every creak of the wooden floor. But he was ready to leave it all behind, to chase the promise of a better life.
The journey would be treacherous, he'd been warned. But Kofi's determination burned brighter with each passing day. He was willing to risk everything for a chance to build a new life, to forge a new path.
As he slipped out of the house, Kofi felt a thrill of excitement mixed with fear. The unknown lay ahead, but he was ready to face it, he had a friend named Maxwell whom was deported from the U.S due to his Father which was in the U.S Army. His father engaged in black market, which was illegal and was deported.
Kofi was joining them to leave unlawfully. He hid in Maxwell's mother colossal Bag breathing heavily and with the out look of following his dreams.
Due to lack of oxygen he passes out.
