Chapter 47 - Chapter 47

"Teacher, this brat is a real troublemaker! Can't he be a little more calm?!"

The shout echoed through the East Blue Marine Headquarters. All the rules and social relationships seemed to no longer apply. The Governor was sending report after report, no matter the content. He wanted Marineford's Headquarters to act immediately.

In Marineford, Fleet Admiral Sengoku read the report. The frown on his forehead deepened with every line he read. He picked up a Den Den Mushi, his connection going directly to the East Blue. "Is this true?"

The East Blue Governor's voice sounded serious from the other end. "It's absolutely true! We investigated Cocoyashi Village, Lieutenant Colonel Nezumi was colluding with the Arlong Pirates... However, twenty-six Marine officers in the local branch were slaughtered by Monkey D. Luffy. He also annihilated the entire Arlong Pirates."

"The incident at the Baratie has also been clarified. The Krieg Pirates were wiped out, Headquarters Captain 'Iron Fist' Fullbody was killed, and Luffy fought Hawkeye for hours. Hawkeye... was ultimately wounded and fled."

Fleet Admiral Sengoku's brow furrowed even more tightly. The creases were not only from confusion, but also from deep annoyance.

"Understood."

Sengoku hung up, then looked at Kuzan who was sitting leisurely on the sofa. The ice man seemed unfazed, as if all this commotion was just a gust of wind.

"What do you think of Garp's grandson?" Sengoku asked, his voice heavy.

'What do I think? I sit and think, of course,' Kuzan thought to himself. He glanced at Sengoku and said casually, "Oh, Fleet Admiral, don't be so tense. Garp's grandson is still young."

Sengoku's mouth twitched. "Young? He's practically made a hole in the sky... Call Garp now, I'm going to raise his grandson's bounty!"

Kuzan shrugged. "Alright."

Beep beep beep~

"Hello, Mister Garp, Fleet Admiral Sengoku is looking for you." Kuzan spoke quickly into the Den Den Mushi, then immediately handed it to Sengoku. Sengoku gave him a sharp look.

'Sengoku, that's a good trick!'

There was a moment of silence, then Garp's hearty laugh rang out. "Sengoku, I'm busy here..."

'Why are you looking for me in Loguetown?'

Sengoku took a deep breath, trying to calm himself. "You've heard, haven't you? Marine Headquarters plans to raise Monkey D. Luffy's bounty!"

Bang!

On the other end of the line, a terrifying aura surged. The Red-Haired boy next to Garp almost collapsed in fear. Garp's face hardened.

"I know you're not happy."

"Nonsense, if you're going to hurt my grandson, how can I be happy?" Garp was truly annoyed, yet he knew his grandson's actions had long warranted a bounty increase.

"In any case, to prevent the Marines from losing face, Luffy's bounty must be raised. But in deference to you, this time it will read 'Capture Alive.' Once he's caught, you'd better discipline him properly, otherwise, I'll have no choice but to lock him up!"

"Understood. Once he's caught, I'll break his legs first!" Garp snorted, his words full of menace.

Sengoku could only fall silent. Break your grandson's legs? You're all talk!

Hanging up, Kizaru, who had just entered, walked over. He looked at the photo in the report, Luffy standing in the sky, confronting Hawkeye. His eyes gleamed with interest.

"Oh, Hawkeye even drew his sword? Mister Garp's grandson truly has some skills."

"What skills... He's just a little brat!" Sengoku thought of the boy who always followed him, calling him grandpa, and he gritted his teeth in anger.

Kizaru continued reading the report, his eyes widening. "Seventeen years old, Gum-Gum Fruit user, capable of self-healing, using the Lightning-Cloud Fruit? Also mastered all three types of Haki, can teleport? Even forced Hawkeye to retreat? Good heavens, this guy is truly a monster!"

"Navigator Nami, eighteen years old, Logia Devil Fruit, can transform into a thundercloud and discharge electricity? Crewmate Kaya, ability unknown... Crewmate Nojiko, ability also unknown."

"This guy is already this strong before even entering the Grand Line?" Kizaru couldn't believe it. "And this is called a rookie pirate crew? How terrifying, Fleet Admiral, where did Monkey D. Luffy find this crew? How are we going to deal with this if it continues!"

"The crewmates are secondary, the most frightening thing is him," Sengoku said in a deep voice. "All three types of Haki, plus those terrifying abilities, his strength is almost equivalent to an Admiral."

"Admiral equivalent?" Kizaru's face wrinkled. "How do we deal with a guy like that becoming a pirate?"

Sengoku let out a tired sigh. "This time, for Garp's sake, will be the last time Monkey D. Luffy is let go. If this boy cannot be used by the Marines, then he will be locked up for life."

"If he becomes a great threat... then he can only be eliminated!" Sengoku felt a piercing headache. Red-Haired Shanks had just become an Emperor, and now Garp's powerful grandson had popped up out of nowhere. 'Why are there so many geniuses in the pirate world? I really can't figure it out,' Sengoku muttered to himself.

"Akainu isn't here, so let's the three of us discuss it." Sengoku took off his glasses, rubbing his temples. "What bounty do you think is appropriate for Garp's grandson?"

"This kid's actions, even injuring Hawkeye... it should be at least a few hundred million Belly, right?"

Kuzan instantly felt Kizaru's overflowing malice. 'A few hundred million Belly? Wouldn't other big pirates rush to kill Luffy? Good heavens, are you not afraid of Garp coming back to settle the score!'

Kuzan mused for a moment, then crossed his legs. "I think, for a newcomer, a bounty exceeding a billion isn't appropriate. If something happens to him, Mister Garp will surely cause a scene."

Sengoku nodded. The bounty couldn't be too low, otherwise, he wouldn't be captured. After weighing his options, Sengoku gradually calmed down. "To have such strong talent and become a pirate, I can't let him live too comfortably."
