'Uchiha Obito's Mangekyo Sharingan analysis complete. Kamui intangibility analysis complete.'
Schwarzer recited silently to herself. This was one of the greatest gains of the night. As for the other...
With the physical contact made between them, a pitch-black fissure had silently transferred to Schwarzer's body without Uchiha Obito noticing in the slightest.
'World fragment recovery complete. Commencing analysis of the Naruto world's information...'
The fragment was hidden on him, just as she'd thought. Having obtained what she wanted, Schwarzer released her grip.
From Obito's perspective, this was a truce, or rather, the sign that the battle was over.
"What is this ability of yours? Copying?"
Obito quickly guessed her ability, but he was still utterly shocked.
They had only fought for a short time, yet she had already learned how to use the Mangekyo Sharingan and his intangibility.
In the ninja world, quite a few people coveted the Sharingan, such as Orochimaru, yet even he couldn't crack its secrets.
And yet, right before his eyes, in a battle that lasted less than five minutes, Schwarzer had seized the very foundation of his power.
"[Correction] This unit's ability is to analyze and comprehend an opponent's abilities, then replicate them."
"That's even more terrifying."
Obito was already unfazed by this point. With a pop, he snapped his dislocated arm back into place.
Copying and analyzing were two different things. Schwarzer's display meant she had already completed her analysis and fully understood the power of the Mangekyo Sharingan.
"So, how was my performance? Leader?"
Without realizing it, Obito's form of address for her had already changed, a clear sign of his acknowledgment.
What else could he do? He couldn't win in a fight, and the way back home was in her hands. He could only accept his fate.
Besides, he had been undercover in the Akatsuki as Tobi for so long that he was used to working for others.
"Right, Leader. By the way, what's our organization's name? And what is its purpose?"
Obito quickly fell into his role, appearing eager to serve the organization.
"[Confirmation] As for the organization's name... let's call it the Celestial Organization."
"[Addendum] The organization's goal is simple: to send all of you who do not belong to this world back where you came from."
"[Main Point] Traversing worlds requires a massive amount of energy. In this world, the corresponding energy is Cursed Energy."
"[Conclusion] Your mission is to continue the Infinite Tsukuyomi plan. Use the Gedo Statue and the Ten-Tails to collect all the Cursed Energy in the world."
Schwarzer spoke in half-truths, but from a purely logical standpoint, her story was almost seamless. At least, Obito didn't see any problems with it.
The ability to cross worlds required a vast amount of energy, just as he had suspected.
However, the biggest problem right now was...
"But, Leader, I didn't bring the Gedo Statue with me."
That's right. Obito had left in such a hurry, seemingly blinded by Kakashi, that he was almost completely unprepared and had no time to prepare.
He definitely hadn't brought the Gedo Statue to this world. He didn't even have time to retrieve the Rinnegan; it was still with Pain, or rather, Nagato.
This also meant the current Obito was very weak, only able to step into the realm of super Kage-level thanks to Kamui's intangibility... well, weak in relative terms.
"I have my own arrangements for the Gedo Statue."
Schwarzer indicated this was a minor issue. She was just giving Obito something to do. As long as he started moving, it would have a huge impact on this world's fate.
Two days had already passed. Her first batch of Core Data was more than halfway depleted, and she hadn't forgotten her true objective.
'So that means I'm free to act on my own again?'
Obito more or less understood Schwarzer's meaning. His own strength didn't seem very important to her; rather, his status as a visitor from another world was more crucial.
Her goal seemed to be sending him and the others back. He couldn't figure out the reason for now, but did he really want to go back?
In the past two days in this world, Obito had seen none of the cruelty of the ninja world. Compared to his home, this place was like paradise.
Unfortunately, this was not his world, which only intensified his obsession. He wanted to create a world where everyone could live, even if it was just an illusion.
This had always been Obito's goal. Before, he had no choice; only the Infinite Tsukuyomi could achieve it. But now...
Obito recalled what he had seen of this world's history and development. It seemed there might be other options.
"[Reminder] What is false will always be false. It can never become real."
Schwarzer seemed to have seen through his thoughts and offered a casual reminder.
Hearing her voice, Obito snapped back to reality. What was the point of thinking so much right now? Better to just go with the flow.
He wouldn't be able to return anytime soon. He might as well use this time to learn more about this world.
It was best to leave some things unsaid. Schwarzer had no idea what this version of Obito would ultimately become. Whether he was redeemed or continued down his dark path made little difference to her.
Only change, constant change, was what she wanted to see. And for Obito, witnessing a new world was, in itself, a change.
Tonight's 'education' of Obito was sufficient. She had other places to be. By her calculations, Hanami should have already engaged the Jujutsu High students.
Then there was Kenjaku. He should be making his move soon to seize the Cursed Womb: Death Paintings and Sukuna's fingers. The scarcity of her Core Data forced her to be this hasty.
"Right, um, could you do me a favor?"
Seeing that Schwarzer was about to leave, Obito suddenly called out to her.
He activated Kamui again, spitting out an unconscious white-haired man—Kakashi, his Chakra completely depleted.
"I don't want to be exposed just yet. If he wakes up, tell him you were the one who saved him."
Obito said, his mask effectively hiding his expression.
Schwarzer nodded with a subtle look in her eyes, hoisted the unconscious Kakashi over one shoulder, and flew away without another word.
Having seen the entire story, she knew all about the love, hate, and entangled drama between Obito and Kakashi.
He talked a big game about hating Kakashi, but during their final battle in the Kamui dimension, he never once aimed for a vital point.
Was this the Uchiha way? Both their love and their hate were so twisted.
Speaking of the Uchiha clan, she couldn't help but think of Sasuke. She had left a little gift on him; she wondered if it had taken effect yet.
Watching Schwarzer disappear over the horizon, Obito collapsed onto the ground. The sea of flowers around them had been reduced to ruins during their battle, just like his Chakra, of which almost none remained.
What frustrated him most wasn't his fight with Schwarzer tonight, but the fact that he had actively saved Kakashi.
Excuses could only fool others. He himself knew that he had saved Kakashi simply because he didn't want to see him die.
'Have I gotten weaker? Is it because of Kakashi?'
