_________
One Week Later
UA High
A man with short, spiky white hair and sharp teeth, wearing a red and black hero suit, was leading two teenagers in black suits to an office labeled Principal.
"Thanks for the tour, Vlad King, we appreciate it," Izuku thanked the hero professor with a slight bow.
"No worries. The principal asked me to show you the school before bringing you to him, so who am I to refuse?" the white-haired man stated before turning to leave.
"Well, what are you waiting for? Knock on the damn door!" Katsuki demanded, watching as the green-haired teen stepped toward the door and knocked.
After waiting a few seconds, both aura users heard a high-pitched voice from inside the room. "Come in." Impatiently, the ash-blonde teen grabbed the door handle and walked into the office with an annoyed scowl, closely followed by the cane-holding teen.
"I hope you two enjoyed the little tour I organized. Now, if you don't mind, I'd like to get started on this interview right away," the small mouse-like creature in a formal suit said to the two teens entering the room.
"Of course, Principal Nedzu. That's fine with us," the green-haired teen replied before he and his best friend sat down on the two chairs placed in front of the principal's desk.
Taking a prepared teapot, the rodent poured himself a cup of tea before asking the two, "Would you like some as well?" Referring to the tea, he received a nod from the green-haired teen and a shake of the head from the blonde one. Nedzu poured the potential employee a cup, receiving a brief thank-you in return.
"Now then, let's talk about you. Both of you have doctorates in quirk science and degrees in engineering. Not only that, but you are the youngest humans to ever achieve these feats. Both of you are renowned for your accomplishments around the world and respected for your exceptional lectures at TUQS. With this in mind, I was very pleased to see that you applied for a teaching position here at my school, so I hope you understand why I requested to see both of you," the principal began.
"Of course we understand. Besides, we only recently finished a long-term project of ours, so it was the right time for Katsuki to finally start a real job instead of sitting at home pondering what to do next," Izuku clarified.
"I see. Well then, I hope you can also understand that with the talents you possess, it would be a waste to have you only teach biology at this school. This is why I'd like for you to also give hero course lessons."
"Hero course? We're not even heroes ourselves, how are we supposed to teach kids to be heroes?" Katsuki argued, raising his voice slightly.
"You don't need to worry. Mr. Daigo and I have been friends for quite some time now, so I know all about Aincrad and Mr. Midoriya's quirk. Not only that, but I have also already requested for you two to get licensed as pro heroes. With the backing of myself, All Might, and another important figure, there's nothing the Hero Public Safety Commission can say to stop this," the principal said as he took a sip of his tea.
"I see," the green aura user stated calmly, though internally he was anything but calm. 'Dammit, Asahi, that was supposed to stay a secret. This mess just got a whole lot more complicated. I'm just glad we never told him about aura, or this could've backfired really badly' he thought, maintaining a composed expression.
The blonde teen looked at his friend with a hint of concern, but it quickly vanished when he saw the space user nod. "Well then, it seems we don't have a reason to refuse, but I'd like to ask, what would we be teaching the students? We don't really have experience in heroism, so would we also teach other subjects?" the green-haired swordsman asked.
"A fine question. Indeed, even with all the combat experience you possess, the job of a pro hero isn't just about fighting. For that reason, you will not be teaching hero law, regulations, or support. Instead, I'd have you focus on the combat aspects of the hero course, to teach the students how to fight individually, in groups, and so on. Of course, the end goal would be to incorporate Aincrad into their training. But before that can happen, I want to ensure there won't be any complications before implementing it."
"As for your other question, I'd like for both of you to become homeroom teachers. For Mr. Midoriya, I was thinking of the business course, and for Mr. Bakugo, the support course. In addition to hero combat lessons, I'd like for both of you to teach biology and engineering. Does that sound acceptable?"
After thinking for a moment, the green-haired teen replied, "Yes, that does sound like the most productive way. However, I'll need to excuse myself from becoming a homeroom teacher for now, as I am still responsible for a classroom at TUQS. I can only start working as a homeroom teacher next year once my current class has graduated. The rest is acceptable."
"I see. Well, that's unfortunate, but I understand. We can arrange that. And what do you say to our proposal, Mr. Bakugo?" the principal asked.
"Well, I only work as a substitute teacher, so there's no class for me to look after. Sure, sign me up, I'll teach the support brats how to invent stuff," the swordsman answered nonchalantly, leaning back in his chair.
"Excellent. Now then, let's get the last part of this interview started: your hero identities," Nedzu said as he took out some paper sheets, some with text and others blank.
"Hero identities?" both UA teachers asked simultaneously.
"Yes. I've prepared all the documents for you. It's just a standard procedure, name, age, quirk, and so on, with the addition of hero names and costume sketches. Oh, and don't worry. The secret of Aincrad will remain in this school. If the government caught wind of such an ability, I'm positive they wouldn't rest until you were their pet, training government heroes," the principal explained while handing them the papers.
"Thanks, I appreciate that. But just so you know, we won't need someone else to make our costumes; that's something we can handle ourselves," Izuku said as he took the other sheets of paper.
"Very well, you may do that, but I still need you to have them approved by the designer company," Principal Nedzu replied.
"Don't worry about that, Principal. We've got connections with them, so that'll be easy. Now, let's see... a hero name..." Katsuki interjected. He paused, pondering for a moment. Then, as his eyes lit up with excitement, he proudly declared, "I'm gonna be Great Explosion Murder God: Dynamite!" He beamed with pride as he prepared to write it down, only for Izuku to stop him.
"That name is way too long. Just shorten it to Dynamite," Izuku said, earning an annoyed glare from the explosive teen.
"Who the hell are you to criticize my name? It's an awesome name!" Katsuki exclaimed angrily.
"I might not be influential enough," Izuku said slyly, "but I'm sure Kurenai and I are going to have a good laugh once I tell her about your awesomely long name."
"You... damn lizard!" Katsuki growled, scowling as he begrudgingly wrote "Dynamite" on the paper.
"As for me," Izuku said, ignoring Katsuki's tantrum, "I think I'll go with Joker. I think it fits my fighting style." He finished filling out his form and handed it back to Nedzu.
"Great. I'll have your licenses sent to you within the week. Now you just need to sign the contracts, and we're all set," Nedzu said, pulling out another set of papers from the printer. These contained the updated contract details they had just agreed upon.
Both new heroes quickly read through the documents, ensuring everything was in order before signing them and sealing the deal. Handing the papers back to Nedzu, the principal smiled. "Excellent. This concludes our meeting. As for my evaluation of Aincrad, we'll set a date once the new school year starts, as we're not in any hurry." He stood up, offering a handshake to each of his new employees.
"Very well then. I suppose we'll see each other soon enough. Come on, Kacchan, let's get going," Izuku said, leading the way out of the office.
As they walked down the corridor toward the exit, Katsuki frowned. "So, you still think it was a good idea to come here? You know he's going to figure out Aura eventually, even if we hide it well."
"It might have complicated things," Izuku admitted, "but we'll just have to rearrange our plans. It won't be that difficult. Besides, I'm more interested in finding out who else backed Nedzu and All Might with our hero licenses."
The green-haired teen's words hung in the air as they reached the school gates and departed toward their home.

As you may have noticed I like to switch around the cover image of this fic, the reason for this is because it's the only way for me to give you visuals of the story and its characters. So I intend to switch it around every weekend or so. And in order to include you guys into this, I have a proposal. If someone has an idea for which characters or situations they would like to see depicted on the cover, I will do my best to create that cover an have it active for a week, if no responses come I will simply choose myself which character would be nice for you guys to see. Depending on how many responses this gets I may even start including a list at the description page detailing which reader proposed which cover art and during which period of time it releases/ released. If it gets to long I might even dedicate a whole chapter to it. I hope you guys like this idea and let me know your thoughts.
