Shizuka suddenly comes into the room, but when she sees Nobita and Kurome sleeping together in bed, she blushes and becomes upset. Then, in this situation, she hears the sound of footsteps coming from the hallway.

Nobita wakes up to Shizuka's scream. Seeing Kurome asleep with her clinging to his back, he realizes the situation. He doesn't think she'll believe him when he tells her it's a misunderstanding. So he closes his eyes again and falls asleep.
