Kalvin was having a rough day. First off he had been whisked away to this champion beast protocol trial thingy, who would have thought that a bloody rabbit of all things would have been a champion beast.
It wasn't even a particularly strong rabbit, it was only tier 2, he only hunted it as a light snack on a whim. Yet here he was almost half a year later being dragged into this gosh darn death trial.
Still he supposed he shouldn't complain too much, he had already gained several levels since arriving here. Plus the landscapes were very interesting, great for advancing his skills.
Still he did want to complain, but that was more out of habit than any actual gripes he had with the place.
That would have remained true had he not run into another enlightened, for this was unfortunately a human, not just a regular human, no that would have been too good for ol Kalvin.
