17-year-old Koen Cruz had always known cars. From the age of 8, he was helping his father in his garage, and by the age of 13, had built his own go-kart. Racing was life for him, and regardless of school and life, he would always make time for it.

That was until he got swept up into the life of underworld racing, exotic cars, illegals tunes, and dangerous nitrous. It was like the world gave him an opportunity to belong somewhere, a place he could call home. But alas, that also brought it's usual problems.

One night, it was a simple job. A few supercars would be seen at a showing. Take them. The commission price was too high for Koen to ignore, and with that, he could mod out his favorite car...and then some. He could change his life, and probably move away from his hometown all together. But things weren't as they seemed.

And just like that, his life flashed. He lost his best friend in the exchange, was put in jail for 3 years. After that, he had nowhere to go. He promised he would never, ever drive again.

But just like that, a higher official whispered into his ear about a "promise", and he couldn't help but ignore it. Because either way, the streets wouldn't forget so easily.

Then, it came as quickly as a warning, a blue screen placed right in front of him.

I've seen F1 Webnovels…but I always thought why is there none about street racing? I don't know if some people don't care a lot or have the time to put in the research…or their AI that ghost writes for them doesn't understand street racing that well so I took it upon my own hands. Some F1 webnovels are heavily realized with little to no fictional elements, so I thought about writing my own. 


It pulls from Fast and Furious, Need for Speed, Forza Horizon series, Asphalt 8 (legendary mobile game), and somewhat a bit of my own personal writing. 


Like, even the cover pulls from racing media. Video games such as Midnight Club 2: Dub Edition and Need for Speed: Heat, were heavy inspirations.
