"Lupin!" Snape's sad face, as if his wife had died, suddenly became interesting.
Gently pulling out his wand, Snape walked forward firmly.
"Stop!" The goblin Pedro roared, staring at Snape coldly, "This is Pedro's private territory in the infirmary, no one can kill people here! If you want a duel, wait until he leaves here."
Snape's gloomy eyes drifted, as if he recalled something bad, and he pushed Pedro aside and walked in as if no one was around.
Poor Pedro was only 1.3 meters tall, and he was pushed aside by the head, staggered, and looked extremely embarrassed under Anton's weird expression.
"I'm going to kill you!"
Pedro roared, and with a bang, his figure flashed and appeared in front of Snape.
His flushed face was clearly filled with rage. "Get out!"
But he was too short, so he could only stare at Snape's stomach. Snape ignored him, staring at the pale face before him. "Lupin!"
He waved his wand. "Invisible Sharpness!"
Boom!
A massive shield with runes descended from the sky, shattering the wooden floor and blocking Lupin's path, deflecting Snape's spells.
Pedro snapped his fingers, and the light-emitting mechanism in the corner of the hall began to operate.
Suddenly, he transformed into a two-meter-tall figure, his thick fingers like dragon toes, surging with magical energy. "I'm warning you one last time, Snape! Get out!"
Pedro's eyes were filled with caution, but he still didn't attack Snape.
This wasn't because he had principles. Snape's reputation in the Chaos Lands reached its peak during the Dark Lord's rampage.
Although he later denied that he was the masked lord's most trusted servant, the Dark wizards and intelligent beings in the Chaos Lands knew it was Snape!
Everyone feared him!
This man had no principles. Not only did he kill white wizards for the Dark Lord, he also killed dark wizards.
He was one of his own, how could he be so ruthless!
"Lupin must die today. If you try to stop me..." Snape's cold eyes swept across the goblin. "Master Pedro, I must be rude."
"Impossible!" Pedro was as brave as a hero, standing alone against a thousand enemies. He raised a large shield in one hand, and a large number of magic patterns appeared around the other hand. "If you want to kill my patient, you must step over my corpse first."
In the corner of the hall.
The old wizard chuckled softly, "Pedro had to do this. He signed the 'Unbreakable Vow' spell with you. If Lupin dies, he's finished."
Anton pursed his lips and stared at the two people confronting each other. "Teacher, do you think my Shield Charm can withstand his Shadowless Curse?"
The old wizard was suddenly shocked.
"Are you crazy? I thought you'd secretly learned so much from me. You're so smart, how come you don't know how to judge the situation?"
Anton shook his head. "Some things can be done, and some can't be done."
The old wizard couldn't understand what he was saying in English, but he kept looking at Anton anxiously, pleading, "Don't be crazy, that's Snape!"
"You're just a little wizard, you've only learned a few tricks, what do you know?"
Boom!
Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh.
The battle erupted in an instant, spells flashing. One was filled with murderous intent, the other had no retreat, unleashing the most brutal spells.
Soon, the room was covered in cracks.
Everything in the house, expanded by the Invisible Extension Charm, shook, like a bubble ready to burst.
"Armor!"
Anton cast two Shield Charms in quick succession, shielding himself and Anna.
The spell exploded beside him, sending shattered furniture flying and hitting the Shield Charm, creating ripples.
He calmly watched the raging battle, then suddenly swung his wand at a wooden floor. "Armor!"
Snape's Shield of Light spell flew, instantly striking the pale blue shield on the wooden floor. With a soft pop, the Shield of Iron broke and failed.
But!
The wooden floor remained intact!
It could defend!
Anton instantly perked up, his mind racing, thinking of a way to break the deadlock.
Just then, Lupin let out a shrill roar, and thick wolf fur sprouted from his body. His legs stretched and lengthened, and his head continued to deform.
Anton's arms stirred. Anna, who had awakened without a trace, broke free from his grasp and dashed desperately towards the passage across the hall.
The old wizard looked at Anton with despair, finally swaying madly in mid-air amidst various spells. "Hahaha, I'm hopeless. That little bastard will surely die. He's my last hope. Gone, gone. You too, die. Come with me, come with me!"
The hall was in chaos.
If there were a spell to calm people down at this moment, Anton would have wanted to cast it on everyone in the hall.
What a psychopath!
Pedro was already furious, his eyes red as he roared, "Fighting for goblins, you human butchers! You killed my parents, my relatives, so many of my people! I want you all dead, all dead!"
Goblin spells were different from wizards', with their own unique patterns.
A purple-skinned goblin, resembling a robot, appeared behind him. Five heads, ten arms, and a massive longbow wielded. Magical arrows, woven from magical patterns, attacked everyone indiscriminately.
Attacked the old wizard, Snape, Lupin, Anton, Anna.
The invincible old wizard would lunge at the goblin, making faces, then lunge at Snape, sending him shivering with a single arrow.
Snape swung his spell, and a ball of yellow light appeared. The old wizard screamed and fled.
He engaged the goblin once more.
After Lupin transformed into a werewolf, he had a high resistance to spells. The spells only scratched his skin and caused a few bloody marks. He tore the gelatinous cage like a wild beast, roaring.
The machine that spewed out gelatin was hit by a sharp arrow and was now smoking. It was obvious that it could not hold on for much longer.
Anton and Anna were not so relaxed.
With one arrow, the armor spell shook as if it was about to break.
Before the second arrow was shot, Snape's flying spells flew first.
"Damn! Armor protection!"
Anton gritted his teeth and rushed towards Anna. In this situation, he couldn't care less; the only thing he could do was protect the little girl from being killed.
The entire house erupted in shrill cries, twisting and shaking violently.
Finally, Anton grabbed Anna's hand. "Are you crazy?"
Anna said with determination. "The Time Turner! I can't let it break!"
"Is it really that important?"
Anna gritted her teeth and looked at Anton seriously. "More important than my life!"
Anton exhaled deeply. "Let's go!"
The two rushed to the workshop. Magical cracks appeared on the walls, and wood and stone fragments flew everywhere. Anton could only cast Shielding Charms over himself and Anna repeatedly.
After so many casts, he felt like his head was splitting apart.
The ground was shattered, some pieces lifted up, and others collapsed into a dark cavern.
Anna stumbled to a nearby shelf, pulled down a suitcase, opened it, and struggled to drag the eight-meter-tall machine.
But it didn't budge.
"No, no!" Anna's small body pulled hard, almost crying.
She looked up at Anton pleadingly, her eyes full of despair, "Please help me!"
Anton felt a series of needle-like pains in his head, shook his head vigorously, and pulled Anna away.
"No, it must not break!" Anna screamed as Anton pressed her hard against his chest.
"Armor protection."
Finally, he only needed to release an armor spell to make Anton feel a little relieved.
He waved his wand again, "Wingardium Leviosa."
Anton groaned, feeling as if his head was about to explode.
He waved his wand with great effort, and the huge eight-meter behemoth sank into the suitcase. With a flick of the wand, the suitcase closed and automatically flew closer.
Anna quickly opened her arms and hugged him tightly.
"Thank you!" Anna kissed Anton on the face excitedly.
"!!!"
