TARDIS

[Designation: "Omega"]

Species: (Paradox-Origin)

They call her The Engineer because she doesn't just travel through time; she rebuilds it. A reincarnated human from another universe dropped into the Doctor Who cosmos with a Gamer System.

Physically, she looks like trouble made beautiful, slim, muscular, all edge and elegance. Her black trench coat bears the glowing Ω mark, and her eyes' pupils are like clockwork engines(she gets it later in the story). Underneath the gothic aesthetic is a being made of time fractals and pure willpower.

When she drops her disguise, she becomes something that doesn't fit three-dimensional space. A crimson-robed higher being, face hidden behind a mask of golden light, limbs flickering between quantum states. Behind the mask lies something wrong — eyes like collapsing galaxies, skin like raw probability, and a presence that hums with the rhythm of creation itself.

Mortals can't look directly at her true body without losing pieces of memory or time.

The Engineer is a renegade Time Lady who approaches the universe less like a traveler and more like an enormous machine somebody irresponsibly left unlocked.

Where most Time Lords study the laws of reality, she wants to know what happens when she takes those laws apart, rearranges several pieces, and adds something that definitely was not included in the original design.

She is brilliant, curious, reckless, and dangerously enthusiastic whenever she encounters technology she does not understand. Ancient alien superweapon? Fascinating. Collapsing pocket dimension? Educational. Mysterious device with seventeen warning labels written by extinct civilizations?

She has already opened it.

Despite her habit of treating catastrophic technology like an interesting weekend project, the Engineer genuinely cares about ordinary people. She despises cruelty, slavery, pointless authority, and anyone who believes technological superiority gives them the right to control others.

Her morality tends to be practical rather than ceremonial. She will cheat, trespass, steal enemy technology, break several temporal regulations, and lie directly to someone's face if she believes the alternative is worse.

Gallifrey has several considerably less flattering words for this behavior.

The Engineer's greatest strength is creation. She can look at damaged machinery, unfamiliar science, or completely incompatible technologies and somehow make them work together. Her TARDIS reflects this perfectly, having been modified so extensively that describing it as "standard Time Lord technology" has become almost insulting.

[Designation: The Doctor]

[titles: The Oncoming Storm, The Lonely God, The Madman in a Box, The Last of the Time Lords, The Destroyer of Worlds, The Hybrid, The Beast of Trenzalore, The Butcher of Skull Moon, The Imp of the Pandorica, The Destroyer of Skaro, The Shadow of the Vale Yard]

Species: Time Lord??

Homeworld: Gallifrey

Known As: The Doctor

Alignment: Chaotic Good

Current Iteration: Regeneration Cycle #15

Specialty: Temporal intervention, diplomacy, improvisation, alien history, saving civilizations through increasingly questionable plans

The Doctor is a renegade Time Lord who travels through time and space aboard a stolen an old Type 40 TARDIS, interfering wherever cruelty, injustice, monsters, dictators, or particularly unpleasant pieces of machinery happen to appear.

He prefers words over weapons, mercy over punishment, and cleverness over brute force.

Unfortunately for his enemies, "prefers" has never meant "incapable of."

The Doctor can walk into a room completely unarmed, surrounded by soldiers, monsters, gods, or machines capable of destroying planets, and somehow become the most dangerous person present without raising his voice.

[Designation: Tempest]

[titles: Lady of Chaos, The Crimson Storm of Gallifrey, The Paradox Sculptor, The Woman at the Center of the Maelstrom, The Architect of Paradox, The Engineer's Favorite Mistake]

Species: Gallifreyan Time Lady

Universe of Origin: Gallifrey / Doctor Who Universe

Affiliation: Independent Renegade, formerly Gallifreyan

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

Current Iteration: Variable / Regenerative

Status: Active / Emotionally Unpredictable

TARDIS: The Maelstrom

Tempest became one of Gallifrey's most brilliant and troublesome renegades, earning the title Storm of Gallifrey for her ability to turn carefully constructed temporal situations into disasters that somehow still work in her favor.

She is brilliant, sarcastic, charming when she wants to be, and emotionally unpredictable enough that even people who know her well rarely know whether she is about to save a civilization, steal something catastrophically important, start an argument, or somehow accomplish all three before lunch.

Tempest does not believe chaos is the absence of order.

To her, chaos is simply a form of order that hasn't bothered explaining itself yet.

Her understanding of temporal mechanics goes far beyond ordinary Time Lord engineering. Where other Gallifreyans manipulate established timelines, Tempest specializes in paradox sculpting, deliberately creating controlled contradictions and forcing reality to stabilize around the result she prefers.

That particular sentence has caused several members of the High Council to develop headaches.

Her TARDIS, the Maelstrom, reflects its owner perfectly. It is heavily modified, temperamental, extraordinarily powerful, and equipped with experimental systems that most respectable Time Lords would insist should never have been constructed.

Naturally, Tempest constructed them anyway.

Among its modifications are chaos drives, temporal disruption systems, timeline-shard technology, and mechanisms capable of navigating unstable regions of space-time where conventional TARDISes would struggle to maintain dimensional integrity.

Tempest herself possesses an unnaturally refined temporal awareness. She can perceive fractures in causality, identify weak points within timelines, manipulate localized temporal events, and use fragmented pieces of potential history as tools.

Her methods frequently resemble magic even by Gallifreyan standards.

[Designation:The Master]

[Titles:The Doctor's Oldest Friend, The Lord of Chaos, The Madman of Gallifrey, The Conqueror of Worlds, The Man Who Refuses to Stay Dead]

Species: Gallifreyan Time Lord

Universe of Origin: Gallifrey / Doctor Who Universe

Affiliation: Himself

Alignment: Lawful Evil / Chaotic Evil depending on incarnation

Current Iteration: Variable

Status: Alive, dead, resurrected, missing, or currently lying about all four

The Master is one of Gallifrey's most brilliant Time Lords and one of the universe's most persistent arguments against giving extremely intelligent people access to time machines.

Once a childhood friend of the Doctor, the Master eventually became his greatest recurring enemy thanks to a deal with death itself when he was a child

The Doctor travels across the universe saving civilizations.

The Master travels across the universe wondering why those civilizations have not already recognized his obvious qualifications for absolute rulership.

It remains an unresolved disagreement.

Unlike many villains who rely primarily on overwhelming force, the Master is dangerous because he understands people almost as well as he understands time.

Governments can be manipulated.

Armies can be redirected.

Heroes can be emotionally compromised.

Civilizations can be convinced they are destroying themselves for perfectly reasonable reasons.

And when subtlety stops being entertaining, there is always the traditional option of stealing an alien superweapon.

The Master's greatest obsession has always been control.

Control over civilizations.

Control over history.

Control over regeneration.

Control over death.

Control over the Doctor.

Particularly the Doctor.
