A violent storm raged over a small island where a group of soldiers was searching for a man hiding inside a bunker—a scientist named Mat Zero Two. The island was littered with corpses, and even the wildlife had perished. All the trees were dry and leafless, some ripped out or snapped in half, as if something had caused such destruction. Still, the soldiers pressed forward.
One of them, the sergeant, ordered the teleportation capsule to be prepared since they also wanted to secure the bunker's technology. Soldier One quickly set up the device and handed it to the sergeant.
Soon, they arrived at the entrance of the bunker, but just before opening the door, one of the soldiers mentioned feeling watched. He dismissed the thought and kept quiet.
Soldier Two then placed a bomb and started the countdown—one, two, three.
BOOM!
The explosion was deafening, drawing the attention of unknown creatures from afar. Inside, they carefully examined the bunker, but it seemed empty. To save time, Soldier Two advanced deeper, but before he could continue, a terrified soldier whispered to the team that something had just touched his back. When he turned around, he saw something horrifying.
The sergeant was being devoured by a three-meter humanoid creature, its razor-sharp teeth sinking into his flesh, dripping with blood. The soldiers opened fire, but more of those monsters arrived. Still alive, the sergeant threw the teleporter to Soldier One, ordering him to continue the mission and find the target.
Wasting no time, the soldier ran as fast as he could toward the laboratory, locking himself inside. Trembling, he watched in horror as his comrades were torn apart. His heart raced violently, and through tears, he questioned why he had ever agreed to come here.
"DAMN IT! DAMN IT! WHY DID I AGREE TO COME TO THIS PLACE? GOD!" he screamed, sobbing.
Forcing himself to calm down, he stood up, determined to finish the mission and go home. But just as he thought he was safe, a man pointed a gun at him. Shocked at first, he quickly realized it was the very target they had been sent to capture.
Without hesitation, he struck from behind, leaping aside to dodge the bullets before aiming his weapon at the scientist. But the scientist skillfully dodged, pulling out an atomic firearm and pointing it at Soldier One. Begging for mercy, the soldier froze as the scientist spoke in a cold, calm voice:
"No, little lamb."
With that, he fired. The soldier's body was disintegrated, leaving only his legs behind.
Calm once more, the scientist prepared to escape in a capsule, inside of which lay a frozen human.
Ready to depart, he grabbed the remote control, but just before activating it, a gunshot tore into his arm. He collapsed in pain, realizing it was the sergeant—still alive, despite the gaping hole in his stomach. Fueled by sheer adrenaline, he staggered forward, determined to kill the scientist.
"It's time you paid for your crimes, Mat Zero Two," the sergeant growled.
"Heh… fine," the scientist replied. "But before that… how about we invite the judge, hmm?"
Clapping his hands, he activated another capsule—this one releasing a demon.
The creature rushed toward them instantly. Horrified, the sergeant demanded to know how the scientist had such a being under his control. With a sinister grin, the scientist replied, "If I die… so will everyone else here."
The demon lunged, tearing the sergeant's soul from his body. His corpse hit the floor, eyes black as void.
Smiling, the scientist told the demon he would finish the plan. But the demon turned on him instead, closing in on Mat Zero Two and devouring him alive, ending him once and for all.
