Chapter 2 - Chapter 2 – Pretty Girl Problems

Morning came, and with it, my new reality: I was a walking, talking, people-eating Muzan knock-off in the world of Naruto.

Lucky me.

"Alright, priorities," I muttered to myself, stretching. "Step one: figure out powers. Step two: don't get roasted by the sun. Step three: don't look suspicious."

Easier said than done, since I wasn't exactly human anymore. I could feel my cells squirming, reshaping. My body was… flexible. Literally. I tested it by letting my arm morph, muscles twisting like clay. Claws sprouted, then shrank back. My hair lengthened, then cut short in an instant.

And then, I had an idea.

"Disguise time."

I focused, pouring that demonic regenerative energy into a transformation. My body shifted, bones rearranging with a sound that should've been horrifying, but honestly felt like stretching a sore muscle.

When I opened my eyes again, I nearly whistled at my reflection in a puddle.

Long silky black hair. Crimson eyes with a faint glow. Flawless pale skin, lips soft as sin. A perfect figure—slim waist, long legs, curves sculpted by what I can only assume was God after five cups of coffee.

"…Damn. If I met me in a dark alley, I'd probably ask for my number."

So yeah. Female disguise achieved. Why a girl? Simple—people are easier to lure when you look like the cover of a romance novel. Especially in a world where 90% of ninjas are emotionally stunted boys.

I set out into the forest, waiting for my first "meal." And sure enough, bandits appeared like clockwork. Because apparently, if you're a lone woman in anime woods, bandits are basically Amazon Prime—fast, free, and always on time.

"Oi, pretty thing," one sneered, stepping forward. His teeth looked like they hadn't met a toothbrush in years. "What's a girl like you doin' out here all alone?"

Another chuckled. "Maybe she's lost. We can help her, heh."

I tilted my head, blinking innocently. "Help me? Oh, that's so sweet…"

Their grins widened.

"…because I was just about to eat."

And then I tore them apart. Claws flashed, blood splattered, and within seconds, the clearing smelled like a butcher's shop. My body hummed with energy as I feasted, absorbing their flesh.

[System Update]

Consumed: 3 Normal Humans.Reward: +3 Minutes of Sunlight Resistance.

"Three minutes? What am I supposed to do with that? Microwave noodles?" I sighed. But hey, every snack counts.

Just as I was licking the blood off my fingers—don't judge, waste not want not—I felt it. A chakra signature, fast, approaching like a blur.

I turned just in time to see him land.

Uchiha Shisui.

Great. Out of all people, it had to be the most loyal golden boy in the Uchiha clan. He stood there, wide-eyed, staring at the bloody scene.

I froze, calculating. Should I play dumb? Run? Pretend it's that time of the month—

And then I realized…

He wasn't looking at the corpses.

He was looking at me.

Specifically, at my face. And his cheeks were… pink?

Oh. Oh no.

"Who… are you?" he asked, his voice calm but his eyes darting between my crimson gaze and the bodies at my feet.

Think fast, me.

I smiled sweetly, tilting my head just enough to make my hair fall over my shoulder. "Just someone who doesn't like being bullied."

Shisui blinked. He was supposed to be Mr. Genius Ninja, but right now he looked like his Sharingan short-circuited.

"I… saw you killing them," he finally said, frowning slightly.

"Would you rather they killed me?" I shot back, raising a brow.

That shut him up. He opened his mouth, closed it, then sighed. "You're not from any village, are you?"

"Nope. Free agent."

Shisui hesitated, clearly torn between protocol and… whatever crush-like symptoms he was currently experiencing. Finally, he extended his hand to me.

"…Come with me. I can't leave you out here alone."

I looked at his hand. Then at his face. He was serious. This idiot didn't even know who I was, yet he was ready to drag me home like a lost puppy.

"…Do I get free food?" I asked.

His lips twitched, like he wanted to laugh but didn't. "You'll get… a place. Safety."

And that's how I, Demon Queen in disguise, ended up walking toward Konoha with Uchiha Shisui blushing every time I accidentally looked at him.

Honestly? I should've run. But a part of me was curious.

What would happen if the Demon Queen played "good girl" inside the strongest village in the world?
