Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: The Transmigration Website

Connor had been scrolling through the void of the internet for hours, the kind of boredom that makes you question the very fabric of existence. Memes, conspiracy theories, and oddly specific forums had all lost their charm. And then, nestled between a page about "10 Ways to Cook Instant Ramen Like a Gourmet" and another about cat cosplay, something… different appeared.

A popup blinked onto his screen.

WELCOME TO THE TRANSMIGRATION SELECTION PORTAL

Choose carefully. You may only fill in three.

Connor blinked. A portal? On a website? For a moment, he considered that this was probably a virus designed to steal his credit card info. But the glow from the screen made his room feel… unreal. he typed in three things he thought was cool:

1. The Weave – the very fabric of magic from d&d.

2. Magic Godhood (魔神) – the Pinnacle of magic in a certain scientific index.

3. True Magic – the five Great magics from type-moon

Connor hesitated. Considering if he should change anything But he'd always been a sucker for the flashy and impossible.

deciding to keep it he clicked on the complete button with a pop-up asking are you sure and clicking yes again.

The screen flared with blinding light. Connor felt as if he were being pulled apart thread by thread, then reassembled in some bizarre cosmic loom. The sensation was exhilarating, terrifying, and slightly… itchy.

A calm voice echoed in his mind:

"You have chosen your gifts. Use them wisely—or don't. Reality bends to your hand, but the consequences follow."

And then—nothing.

Or rather… something.

Connor opened his eyes to a sky painted in Stars, and a landscape of colossal, jagged cliffs and rolling forests that seemed both alien and familiar. Creatures with jagged horns and armored hides roamed freely, and somewhere in the distance, a massive dragon-shaped rock formation loomed over a valley.

Little Garden he instinctively knew, he realized, blinking at the sheer scale. And I have magic god powers. Oh no.

He raised a hand. A simple thought—a spark of intent—and the air shimmered. Threads of raw energy, invisible moments ago, now twisted and twined like silk under his control. He flexed a finger, and a miniature, perfectly sculpted tree popped into existence with a flourish of golden leaves.

"Okay," he muttered, "that's fun."

Then he noticed the first local threat: a massive creature, easily ten feet tall, loping toward him with claws that could crush a car.

Connor grinned. "Alright, let's see how weave manipulation and True Magic play together."

He lifted both hands. The threads of the Weave responded instantly, wrapping around the creature like invisible ribbons. A thought, a command, and the creature's massive claws were instead replaced by giant, fluffy pillows. It blinked, confused, then scampered off in embarrassment.

Connor laughed. "This is going to be fun."

And somewhere, deep in the back of his mind, he felt the faint pull of the True Magic principles. Generation from Nothingness… Operation of Parallel Worlds… He could already feel the rules of the universe bending slightly to accommodate his will.

Little Garden didn't know it yet, but it had just been visited by a Magic God.
