Night Town.
Under the moonlight, the night in the town was exceptionally quiet. No one would come out at night because the night always represented danger. Before the morning sunlight shone upon the town, the rules for the residents of Night Town had already been refreshed, but just hadn't been displayed.
The things that residents of this world need to do every day and the things they must not do can only be fully seen during the daytime.
So, no one would leave their house during the night; as long as they stayed inside, they wouldn't violate the yet unformed rules.
Step step... step step...
A somewhat mechanical sound of footsteps arose, as a dazed old man slowly walked through a narrow alley.
This was the mayor of Night Town. As a product of the rules, the laws of the town were his rules, and within the law, the mayor had the obligation to protect this town.
Thus, upon receiving word that someone would attack the town tonight, he began his patrol.
