Of course, this isn't really embroidery yet for Huaixi. He has only read some introductions online, and asked Changxi and Su Mo to help him prepare some threads of different colors, then drew pattern outlines on clean cloth and pondered on his own...
His mom discovered this little hobby of his a few days ago, and the next morning, she gifted him a very cherished and complete embroidery technique book. I don't know how Mom got it, but its comprehensive records and theoretical knowledge are indeed much more reliable than those online.
However, the little guy doesn't recognize many characters, and most of those obscure descriptions he can't understand; he can only pick the parts he can comprehend to study. Mom once said that men also wore skirts in Ancient China during the Earth Era, so maybe they did embroidery too?
